Yamariki Sushi in Carlsbad

This is my first time and I was shocked on how delicious the food is. I had grilled Mackerel and fried soft shell crab. My friend had pork belly with kimchi. My taste buds were bursting with different flavors. The fried item is delicious and I can tell the oil is fresh. Thank you so much for a delightful meal and Jake our server provided excellent service too. Definitely recommend 💚💚

Came here to celebrate a birthday! They offer so many types of sake, beer and wine. We ordered a Flower Roll, Salmon Lemon, and the Happy Ending roll. The Salmon Lemon roll was my favorite! Such a great flavor profile from the spicy tuna inside the roll to the brightness of the lemon and fresh, slightly sweet and fatty salmon on top all went so well together. I would order this every time! The happy ending had mango on it, I remember that. But not as good as I had hoped.The service was pretty good for having such a large group.

We came upon this restaurant coincidentally and their sushi and rice bowls were very delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Delicious sushi roll, I had the Red Bird. Pleasant seating outside, where we could have our dog with us. The service was top notch. Food is a little on the pricey side, but worth the food quality.

‘Inside was a little stuffy and dark, so, we opted to sit on the patio. We were so pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the sashimi! Yellowtail and salmon that just melted in our mouths! The rolls were good, too, but the way to really judge a sushi restaurant is by the raw fish options and theirs was out of this world and ample portions! Of course, sashimi is much more expensive than 50% off rolls, but when you pay for it and really get the best, it’s so worth it!

Best Sushi in town! They also have very good desert as well. Sara was our server, she was fabulous! We highly recommend to our friends and family.

Outside dining was excellent! Food and service was great! Pet friendly if you want to bring along your furbabies❤️

I found a sliver of metal in my avacado roll so I wasn’t able to eat it, however before I even attempted to eat it the roll itself was falling apart. Also not happy with the customer service I received before ordering and was given incorrect change….
