We were in the area around lunch time and decided to stop in for some food from their happy hour menu. there was plenty of parking available inside or outside of the parking garage. i dont remember our waitress name but she was very nice and quickly brought out our food and drink orders. the highlight of this visit were the poke nachos which we hadnt tried before. they also had a great selection of beer on tap which we ordered from their menu as well. i also ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza for myself which you cant go wrong with as its always really high quality and tastes so good.

Updated- still very good. Waitress was very attentive. Tried the Ahi Tuna Salad this time. Delicious, but I will go with the Maui chicken again next time. Pineapple express drink was a great choice once again.For the first time in a very long time, I fully enjoyed every single bite of my entree. The wait was very long, as was expected, but so worth it. The Maui pineapple chicken was perfectly cooked, and the portions were very large. I recommend the Pineapple Express drink 🍸 🍍

Broken glass found in our food. Server was great. Manager failed to accommodate since we found glass in our meal. One of the tacos (carne asada) had a piece of glass in it. My wife nearly broke her tooth on it. We showed a manager and he made excuses, stating there’s no glass in the kitchen and this could have not happened. We gave them our information and the store manager said he would file an insurance claim. We will see. They would not comp the bill even though glass was found in our food. I’ll edit post to include managers names once we get them.After we complained to store manager after they called us to pay bill, they eventually stated it was taken care of. I wish I had gotten the store managers name since the way the process was handled was terribly unprofessional.We are not “those people,” we understand but they treated us like we had done some something wrong like fall in their restaurant, while they legitimately served us food with broken glass in it and failed to take accountability.

We had a group dinner for a birthday celebration and it was a great experience. The wait staff and busser were excellent and very helpful. The food was delicious and our group could order from the regular menu which was perfect. The manager was helpful when we originally called to reserve the space and the restaurant was flexible and helpful throughout the planning process. We had a great time. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best Yard house restaurants I have been to. We had great service, and the food was amazing. The Buffalo wings are absolutely the best. The Glazed Salmon and the burgers are one of my favorites to get when I come here.

This was the spot to go after we finished our evening MBA classes. Recently have been going here for the happy hour. Their happy hour menu is a little slimmer these days but you can still find a few fan favs like the poke nachos. Our server Roy was a good dude.

Had a quick lunch with two family members a couple months ago, food was good, server took our order and came to check on us when food was brought to our table by another staff member. Hows the food look? well it looked great. We never saw the server again. We checked out on the tab on our table, we only tipped 20 on top of 120 after tax because there was not much service.

Went here to enjoy a nice meal along with drinks before playing mini golf. The yard house is always a good experience but its even better when youre watching the Phoenix Suns get beat by the Dallas Mavericks. It really makes the food taste better watching the sad faces of Phoenix fans as the Dallas Mavericks trample all over the Phoenix Suns. It was truly the highlight of the evening watching them lose by over 40 points. I hope I can experience this every time I go to the Yard House it really was a memorable experience. And the food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Truly a five-star experience.

Restaurant is now one of my favorites. I had the Sunset Sangria I was just very tasty I enjoyed it. The Edamame Appetizer Was very good tossed in a garlicy sweet sauce. That was a hit. And the Margarita Pizza. Really good food. I love the pizza. The waitresses will be nice and the food didnt take long to come very sociable place.

Long wait but good food, there were some small annoyances like food came in but no silverware to eat with, pineapple juice had to come from the bar and took a considerably long time, however these are probably due to the number of people there that night and the staff had a lot to do and did not take away much from the experience and the taste of the food. For appetizers we got a meatless buffalo wings (Im not vegan in anyway, but definitely recommend those). The highlight of the place is how the beer comes from the back (glass window you can see where beer is stored) to the bar through cold pipes on the ceiling.

Everything about the Yard House is usually pretty good The food is consistent.Its easy to order all of your food and drinks using the computer at the table You dont have to wait for a person.The only thing I dont like is when you register for the waitlist its never correct!If the waitlist says 15 minutes till you have a table always assume its going to be 30 minutes every single time

So many choices on the menu. I had fried calimari & mushroom butter garlic noodles, but no garlic flavor and noodles over cooked. One of us ordered the Halibut and was way overcooked as if it was cooked in the microwave. My brother still ate it, but manager got wind of his comment to the server and he didnt have to pay for it & they made it up by us having their wonderful smores dessert. Enjoyed snacks and drinks with my family. The queso dip was a delicious appetizer. I ordered the Hawaiian Mule it was sweet and got me where I needed to be :D I topped it off with Mexican Candy shot and that was really good. Makes me want to go back for just thinking about it. When were sat at our table we had Michael take us there this young man was very friendly and welcoming even got me and my wife to laugh as he sat us down. Havent been to Yard House in over 5 years so I decided to come back and give it a try after all this time. The drinks were good but expensive, the beer selection is what I think is the best thing about this place. Lots and lots of beers to try. The food was average and expensive for the food quality. The services was a bit on the slow side, needed some ranch and the waitress didnt come back to our table until we had already finished our food. I can see going back for some beer but other then that I would rather go somewhere else for better food.

We went to have lunch for a friends birthday...the service was great. I wish I would have gotten our waitresses name. She was very attentive and was constantly checking on us. When we were just about to finish up our dinner, she came in and asked if we were celebrating anything (she didnt know at this point) so we told her and she promptly came back with in unexpected creme brulee dessert. Three words: Lobster Garlic Noodles!Yard House was a great group spot for Happy Hour (pre-pandemic) but -- My, my, my! -- I recently discovered (during the pandemic) that they have some of the best lobster garlic noodles outside of an Asian restaurant! As a garlic and seafood lover, I was impressed with the taste.I have had their regular Shiitake Garlic Noodles before but it was my first time trying their Lobster Garlic Noodles (LGC). I liked it so much, I had to come back the same week to order it again!Previous trips to Yard House for group Happy Hour used to be long wait times but, now, Take-Out ordering is quick and convenient, and can be done on their website. Easy-to-follow instructions were given on where to park for pickup.The service has always been good for me at this Yard House location so I have no complaints. Usually busy. Walked in 8 minutes before Happy Hour and the waitress declined to take our order. You have to wait until 3 pm on the dot I guess. Happy hours prices are fair for the quality of the food but it could be better. The hot boneless wing were ok, except for 2 pieces slightly undercooked. The mushroom/pepperoni pizza tasted like a store bought frozen pizza so we sent it back. Poke Nachos were ok. And the Clamari was good but they Do Not serve it with cocktail sauce. They give you pizza sauce instead.. Which is awful. And Cheesy mozzarella sticks are just a bad choice. Oil and cheap cheese. Sorry. I have seen better.

Every time we visit The Yard House is a great experience! We have visited during high peak times, with large groups, as a couple, finding seats at the bar, during in to kill time before a movie and they have been awesome at getting us seated and served. The manager here has assembled a good team around him and they definitely make this place shine in service. Our latest food adventure? Chicken fried rice with a fried egg and the bbq chicken salad. This is the first Yard House I ever checked out and and I was impressed. Huge selection of craft beers on tap, a varied menu, happy hour food and drink specials, spacious floor plan, really good service, and an extremely pleasant decor.If you’re a price shopper, the value here is good. You can spend some money-check out my menu pics for specifics-or you can enjoy yourself for a reasonable amount as I did.I imbibed in two high end beers plus sashimi and my check totaled under $25. My second beer and food were discounted thanks to Happy Hour.Upon entering, the host greeted me in a friendly manner and directed me to the bar per my request.A Stone Double Bastard was how I began. It was rich, malty, and served perfectly at just below room temperature. Only a slight chill to it. Susane (spell check me please) provided prompt, friendly service. She answered my questions readily and checked on my progress appropriately.Camiel (spell check again!) arrived a little later behind the bar. She also was happy to answer my questions and was helpful in pointing out that Happy Hour specials that were about to begin.The Ahi Sashimi was among the plentiful Half-Price Happy Hour dishes. I was told pickled veggies were recent tweaks added to the dish which the bartender sounded genuinely excited about! They added a different flavor plus a nice little “tang” to the Ahi.All the beers-yes, ALL-were $2 off for Happy Hour. I went for a Belgian Quadrupel called Gulden Draak Quad. Malty and on the sweet side as expected for this style.Each time I glanced around the Yard House the guests all looked like they were enjoying themselves, their food, and their drinks.Plenty of staff were on hand to provide efficient service. I noticed no rushing around or unpleasantness. The vibe was relaxed and positive.Though I mainly hit locally owned establishments as often as I can, I would not hesitate to patronize another Yard House. Well done!

My 3rd time here for dinner. 1st time great! 2nd time super crowded but okay food, it was a little cold, super hard to get drinks. 3rd time, not good..service was sub-par, kind of slack attitude by waitress..nice but slow to respond, drinks were ordered at the same time but served 10 minutes apart? Appetizer was warm not hot, we realized we never recd our add-on shrimp kabob but realized we had paid for it. We didnt get happy hour prices for our drinks but we were there during happy hour...probably wont be going back any time soon:(

Tortilla soup was very tasty. Ribeye steak was okay nothing extraordinary, shrimp was a bit on the salty side. Moscow was on point and our Chocolate dessert was delicious👌 My friend had the jambalaya with jasmine rice 🤤 outstanding! Over all a very pleasant experience. The music is cool and they never hesitate to tune in to your favorite sport when you ask them. Weve been to other Yard House locations and the vibe is not the same as Yard House Riverside. Well, many of you have probably been to one of these places. But regardless if its a chain restaurant, I still like to leave a review. Well, its usually busy in the evenings or nights. Thats why I like to go during lunch hours. Beer selection galore. They haveanu beers and mixed drinks to enjoy. Food, I like to order the ribeye steak (pictured). But I like the calamari, cheese bites and the poke nachos. Those are real good. Prompt service usually happens at the bar. But on the weekends, this place can make you wait up to 2 hours. My suggestion is to put your name in the waiting list and go to the mall and kill some time, at least on this location. Stop by, grab a drink and dinner and enjoy the buzz and atmosphere.

Well I cant say I was entirely pleased about the two food items I tried from their menu. I had their chicken nachos and the spinach dip. The chicken nachos were nothing special, some tortilla chips were stale and hard. The chicken was tasteless by itself. The guacamole in the center was also tasteless and bland. The spinach dip was a little better but wasnt anything special either. It was a little salty for my personal preference. Ive had other food items in the past that were quite good, so I cant say its bad, just gotta try different items put and see which ones you enjoy. I did order a Modelo cerveza and that was quite good!It was quite busy, usual on a Saturday night, but we were able to find two spots at the bar, no problem.The staff was super friendly, and our bartender Ashleigh was awesome! So... Im usually good about giving an honest opinion and not complaining but tonight... I need to complain! Tonights service was probably one of the top 3 in the terrible category with the end of the night topping it off! We had a party of 12 which included two birthdays, split amongst two tables. My (grown) kids had Amanda as their server and we had Santos. The first people in our party arrived at about 4:45 pm and we personally arrived at 5:15 pm. The other people at the table where my kids sat had already gotten their food and eaten. There were appetizers on the table I was at. I sat at out table for a good 20 minutes before even having my drink order taken. The evening went on and Santos came over to introduce our temporary server that will be helping while he goes on his lunch break! While they were both at our table, we let them know we had not yet had our food order taken... the temp server immediately returned with our bill and asked if we needed boxes (for the appetizers on the table!) I started laughing and told her our order was never taken for food! She got our order and put it in. Santos returned from his lunch break and we still did not have food. We finally got our food @ 6:55 pm and my friends steak was very-well cooked when he ordered rare! My kale salad was good... I have no complaints there (besides only having 2 pieces of brussel sprouts in it!) I had let both servers know we had two birthdays with us (my sons birthday is literally today- the 20th!) and neither was acknowledged. Someone brought me my check to close out with myself and my kids on it, as Amandas table got closed out. My son and niece both ordered pizzas and both had 1/2 each left so they asked for to go boxes and left the boxes on the table along with everyones drinks. Two of the girls came to our table (a table over) to visit, my son went to the restroom while the others stepped outside to smoke. When my son came back from the restroom the table was cleared off and re-set for another party. My other son (the birthday boy) walked in and both his and my nieces pizzas were thrown out. My son approached Amanda and asked where their food and drinks were. She immediately got defensive and VERY RUDELY replied you guys got up and left! I immediately jumped in to let her know two people were at our table visiting (because our party was split into two tables), one was in the restroom and the others stepped outside, returning to find their food thrown away. The 2 stars are for our server she was very attentive and patient with us ... we spent $105 here and it really wasnt worth it . We had cheese curds as an appetizer and it was just sitting in a puddle of oil. My husband got boneless wings and he said they taste like they been sitting there, and from looking at them they looked very dry. My kids cheese burger was also dry, so instead they ate the bread and some fries that were also on the soggy side . My salad was amazing and my macaroni was okay . Beer wasnt cold .We came with 2 toddlers and a baby and were sat in the way of traffic (at a booth) so everytime a server passed us I was paranoid that my baby was gonna get hit in the head with an elbow or tray .. a guy with a walker got sat near us and we had to pick up the high chair and move it for him to get through, we didnt mind it was just such an inconvenience and we felt horrible being in the way .It was our first time here. I wouldnt come back but I appreciate the good service from the server. The patio looked nice just wish we got to really enjoy it without feeling in the way or stressed our baby might get hit .. cooks need to go though training again for the price of the food ...

Great Happy Hour Meal Deals and Adult Beverages Deals.From 3-6 pm.Lettuce Chicken Wraps were wonderful My daughter had the Nachos, she loved them, wonderful presentation. My grandson had the calamari. He said the horseradish jalapeño dip was super spicy. Finally my lil granddaughter had the hamburger sliders.The wait staff and hostesses were all friendly and helpful; the atmosphere was surprisingly nice for a neighborhood Pub type Tavern.The Music Choice was great, just too loud. It could go down several levels for my liking. With alot of hungry people, including children and the staff; everyone is competing to be heard over the loud music and it just gets Louder.All in all, great place, great food, great prices, great people... A Definite MUST EAT at THIS YARD HOUSE LOCATION!! 👍👍👍

Sat at the bar and enjoyed the company of a very beautiful and outspoken bartender. She helped us with our food our drinks and she never skipped a beat. I had the Nashville hot which was two of the juiciest chicken breasts Ive ever eaten... Five stars

It was a busy Saturday with a full restaurant and dozens of people waiting in and outside to be seated. We were pleased that the queue moved quickly and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table.The server was friendly.The guacamole appetizer was a bit spicier than we prefer. The onion rings were so good. The chopped salad was delicious and all ingredients were fresh.

The young ladies named Lauren & Samantha working the host stand today were extremely rude when I walked in. Not only did they have terrible attitudes they didn’t even greet us, they looked at my wife and I like we didn’t belong here. There is Nothing quite like being extremely hungry and in a good mood for a nice meal and being met with such nasty attitudes by the people who are supposed to make you feel welcome. Lauren sat us quickly without a word and quickly turned her back on us, it was very confusing as we are just friendly paying customers. I hope to not see their faces at the host stand again, normally I don’t make a big deal out of this but it was just plain rude. Just got out of Yard House with my family (6 of us) and had a really great experience. Becca helped us and did an excellent job, always pleasant and very helpful. Ricky, the manager, who came by to see how everything was doing was also very polite and welcoming. Tortilla soup is the best Tortilla soup I have had anywhere. I order it every time. Rib eye steak (medium), my favorite, very juicy, melts in your mouth.

They dont accept reservations before time for large parties, even at holiday time and refused to even put two tables together, for our party of 9, until we actually showed them reason. We didnt have enough room for all our plates and they finally obliged and pushed the tables together. Disappointing!I understand they have plenty of foot traffic to be able to decline business, but still trying to understand what is so complicated about accepting reservations and joining tables.

Well! What can I say about the Yard House. Gone to several locations throughout Southern California and always have a great time. The drinks are always spot on and the meals have never been disappointed with. Came here recently on a date and almost had an hour wait but some people move from the bar so we end up sitting at the bar for our drinks and dinner. Bartender was spot on with everything. I like this location and when Im in the area which is quite often Ill be coming here. Another great location is Costa Mesa and also Long Beach. Im glad the company staying open at decent hours on a Friday and Saturday night compared to some other restaurants which are closing at 9:00 at night. I know covid-19 is set some restaurants back as far as operating hours but come on! Closing at 9:00 on a Friday Saturday night completely ridiculous! Find a way to stay open.

I had jambalaya it was very good and fresh, the fish and chips were also amazing. I will go back just not on valentines day.. I called my order in they told me 20 minutes when I got there people were standing in line looking at a menu to order. They made us sit down after 10 minutes I asked the cashier excuse me so we have to wait til there done to get our food what if our food is cold..then she sent someone to get our food. Luckily it was still warm.

Steak was on the fatty side.guacomole was pretty bland. Very busy as usual. Had steak, spicy tuna tower and guacamole and chips. Got seated timely. 4 stars for the fatty steak and bland guacamole.

As for the food, PLEASE pay close attention to ingredients stated on the menu & actual ingredients received, if you dont theres no telling whats in your entre. There salads are even served with additional ingredients not noted on their menu. Be careful, especially if you have any food allergies.

Great service since we arrived until we left. The hostess was welcoming and attentive. When the server Brett came to greet us he was polite and he seemed interested in our needs. The food was fantastic in flavor, presentation and taste. The manager came out and informed us two of our dishes were a bit behind and he compensated us with dessert. I enjoy a restaurant who knows that customer service is as important as the quality of the food and drinks. Great job!!!

The food and environment was nice. They have a nice outdoor dining area with heaters for those cold days/nights. The only thing that I would really like is if you could reserve your table ahead of time. However waiting wasnt horrible, about 45 mins if not less. Other than that, is a nice spot to dine out.

A casualty of the worker shortage. We had a party of 8 and wanted to sit in the patio. They said about 30 min, as a group of 8 was about to leave. Because the staff is new and not well trained, they werent aware you can sit an 8 at two four tops, so we ended up waiting 2 hours for an 8 person booth to clear. Drinks were late and forgotten, food took forever, and we werent given napkins til the end of the meal. Not the staffs fault, as they were understaffed and slammed. The problem seems to be more staff shortage and poor management.
