Yard House in Marina Del Rey

Tried this place out last night. I was disappointed for several reasons. We ordered drinks for 2 people and only got 1. We had to ask for the second drink. Our server never asked what side we wanted with our burgers, even though several options were listed on the menu. They brought the wrong food order to our table. When we finally did get our burgers, we were never offered condiments. The restaurant wasnt even busy for this type of service.

Went for happy hour, it was great! The amount of food with half off makes it absolutely worth it. I do wish the fries were shoestring though. Im not sure if all Yard Houses have changed to fatter fries, but frachos werent as good with the thick fries. Service was nice and friendly. Splitting check was super simple using the kiosk to pay.Seems like there was plenty of parking in the structure.Pre pandemic this place seemed to be always crowded so I avoided it for a few years, but now that its reasonable, I may be a regular.

For vegetarians, you are able to sub in Gardein to most of the chicken meals. I got the Gardein version of the Nashville hot chicken, as well as wings with Korean chili garlic and lemon pepper dry rub sauces. Great beer selection, as well.

If youre looking for a great steakhouse experience with a lively atmosphere and delicious food, Yard House is definitely worth checking out. It offers variety of dishes including steaks, salads, burger, pasta and seafoods with wide selection of beer too.Apart from rib eye steak, my personal favorite is sliders for appetizer and their lobster pasta. Margarita is also refreshing too. Overall, it’s an awesome experience.

Had an amazing family dinner (2 adults & 2 young kids). They had an extensive menu with options for any type of food or appetite. All of the food we had was amazing (whisky/cheddar burger, Thai pork chop, bbq chicken salad & kids fish & chips).I wasn’t sure what to expect taking my kids to a sports bar, but everything was really well structured and suited for well behaved kids.The server was really friendly, one of the best we had in 3 weeks spent in California (sorry, I forgot his name).A fantastic beer selection, I am so glad I didn’t drive there! Menu includes beer pairings for many of the dishes.One of the best meals and experiences we had in our whole vacation, will definitely be back when next visiting LA.

Attentive service…excellent tasty Bar food !!!Atmosphere.. Music great but giant big Sports Bar….. little overwhelming !!!

Food was good, nothing spectacular. Though we only had burgers and mac n cheese, so that might be on us.One of three beers was flat.The real annoyance was the lighting of our booth. The ambient lighting was damaged and made the table so dark we had to use our cell phones to see the menus. I think the rest of the restaurant was probably fine, but it put a bit of a damper on our experience.The server made up for a lot. Funny, friendly, and helpful.

I hate giving 5 stars but everything was awesome, except that my Korean BBQ Philly Cheese Steak sandwich smelled like a wet bag of hot garbage as I brought it up to my face to take a bite. The taste was great so I got over the smell quickly.The Poke Nachos were very good too. Cool atmosphere, great staff, good prices. Nice fusion restaurant/bar, chain or not, good is good.

Met with a huge group for a reunion and it was a great atmosphere, great food, and great service. I had the pepperoni and mushroom pizza which was tasty and a passion fruit lemonade.

Classic! Our waiter was very attentive and energetic, and during happy hour the half-price apps were a really awesome deal. Fans of yard house will not be disappointed, and if you’re used to other chain restaurants like BWW or Cheesecake Factory, I think you’ll find Yard House to be a big culinary step above for the same price.
