Visiting from AZ! The food was superb!! I personally loved that they had Vegan options!! One of the BEST vegan burgers ever! It was cooked to perfection and a great combination of toppings! My husband loved his Filet Mignon! It was prepared lovely, and plated beautifully! Our waiter, Sean, was absolutely fantastic!! Very personable, kind and attentive! We enjoyed our dinner very much, and my husband received a delicious birthday dessert! Sean made our experience wonderful! We will return to this location on our next trip to Temecula!

I had the California Roll. Just as expected!It was delicious!!Strawberry lemonade should have strawberries in it but this one does not. Still tastes good.Service was excellent.Great for the whole family. Parking is limited in front but you can walk about 1 block or so into the mall. I had no trouble finding it.

I flew to LA and drove to Temecula to attend a concert at Pechanga Resort but was staying at the Holiday Inn Express near Promenade Temecula. I was killing time in the mall while waiting for my hotel room to be readied.Id never been to a Yard House even though we have one in Honolulu so it was the perfect opportunity to try it and kill an hour. I sat at the bar and ordered a Hendricks gin & tonic and French Fries. Why so little food? Id had a large breakfast at another venue in Promenade Temecula just a couple of hours ago.I did a bit of people watching while enjoying my drink and fries. I cant consider this a normal visit but it did give me a taste of the vibe at the Yard House. The drink was just right and the fries were crisp and tasty and not too salty. Thats all I want in fries. Call me satisfied and willing to return.

Go to their Happy Hour!! They have select dishes and appetizers at half price which cant be beat. Beers are a few $$$ off as well which is great. The food is exceptional, especially so when its 50% off the usual price. I only come during this window personally as the regular pricing is a bit high.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our 3 year anniversary! We sat at the bar and we were given our drinks swiftly after ordering on a busy Sunday.Rob was the star of the dining in experience. He took our orders, refilled our drinks and fulfilled our side requests quickly. He was running around the bar, quickly taking peoples orders and yet was attentive to each of the guests.When we told him it was our 3 years, he lit up and said he can provide us great dessert. We were not disappointed as the photos above will show. We felt appreciated, celebrated, and happy about the service provided. Thank you Rob and the Yard House team for your excellent efforts.

GREAT service! EXCELLENT food! From the cute young guy with shoulder-length black hair who greeted us (& took pictures of our group when we left), to our AMAZING waitress Dalia who was so warm, friendly, kind, and helpful, to the cute lady manager...ALL were great! For APPS, the chicken lettuce wraps and the 4-cheese spinach dip were excellent. BBQ chicken pizza was great! Whiskey glaze burger was EXCELLENT! Shrimp noodles were GREAT! Thank you!

My Husband and I had zero chance of getting a table. This Yardhouse is beyond busy all the time. Luckily, we spotted two seats at the bar, and sat down right away. The bartenders were very attentive and so nice. This is not always the case when you arent really drinking. We ordered the Whiskey Glazed Salmon and Sesame Shrimp Noodles, and they were BOMB! So much better that we ever expected from this place. Definitely will order them again!

Such an incredible atmosphere Jen and Jaimee are probably some of the sweetest employees weve ever met at any one of these establishments and they even gave us a free dog meal at the lazy dog next door these employees not only made us feel at home and comfortable being new to town I will definitely continue to come back to this franchise just because of the employees they hire!

I give props on the food I get because its always 💯 consistent with the last visit.The service is above average.... the only things I have to state a little negative is the checkbacks are rare. 4 minutes after the food arrives we should be asked if everything is ok.The wait is almost always long for my Beer for some reason....I sat 15 feet from the Bar last night.....I would give 5 stars if the service was just a little sharper.I work in the Kitchen at your competition... its name rhymes with DRIZZLER....ILL be back again.Heres a picture of my Wife looking prissy because she lost $200 at PechangaI won $400....

Happy hours, 3 to 6 is definitely worth it if youre looking for a reasonable bill. Drinks are a few dollars off and food is 50%. Service was great, although a little on the slower side, but the waitress was friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. The food and drinks were really good (sliders, chicken wraps, dirty tini and dragon fruit cosmo)

Lovely restaurant. Its my first time eating here, so I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food were considering their prices. Went here during happy hours, which meant discounted food (appetizers) and drinks. Ordered Wisconsin cheese curds and fried calamari as appetizers. The cheese curds were good but a bit too salty, but the fried calamari was perfect.The actual foods, the ribeye steak and the BBQ Bacon Burger (? I think this is what its called), were fantastic. The steak was ordered medium rare and... wow. It was REALLY good and was so much more better than the Outback steakhouse (their steaks are much thinner and pricier). The burger was ordered medium for the meat and was just as great too. Fries were fresh. I was worried at first since there were some reviews that complained about their foods being served cold/not hot, but I can confidently say our food was fresh and hot.Service was amazing too. Our server was super nice and refilled our drinks a lot. I just have no better words to describe my positive experience here. I hope she got our tip at the table! This place was wonderful!I highly recommend this place. Good food at good value.

My little family took my fiancé to this location for Fathers Day. Overall it was an ok experience, the wait was about 15 minutes to get a table outside. Once we were seated the servers were very nice and attentive. We ordered the chicken nachos to start and they were ok they came in a pretty timely manner. For our main meals we ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and my fiance had the steak bowl, our children had pizza and sliders. My daughters pizza kinda tasted store bought and my sons sliders were very dry the bread on them seemed almost stale. My sandwich was tasty and the fries and ranch were just ok, my fiance had the steak bowl and didnt really care for it. We originally tried the Yard House in Riverside and realized we liked the food and environment a lot better there than at the Temecula location.

We stopped for an early dinner at the Yard House recently in the Temecula Promenade and were very pleasantly surprised to realize that it was happy hour! I love that it’s a nice long HH - 3-6pm, with ½ off all pizzas and a bunch of apps, $2 off draft beers, wine, spirits & cocktails, $3 off 9oz wine, and $4 off half yards. Theres also a late night happy hour. Beer is their passion, and the list is crazy long and has something for any beer lover (which I am not!), including cider, kombucha, gluten-removed beers and flights. The cocktail list is long and interesting, as well. The wine list is the shortest - very pricey and no Temecula wines are offered.I started with the dragonfruit cosmo which would have been great except it was way too sweet for my taste (if ordering it again, I’d ask for much less agave). Would like to try the lavender drop next time..and will inquire about sweetness before ordering! Hubby a hazy IPA which he enjoyed.We sat outside which was lovely with a view of the nearby Promenade fountain. Even outside, there was a football game going on 2 tvs in our one not-terribly large patio area (which I could do without…but I get it!) It was quite loud inside. Also, the rest rooms were sooo dark – like a cave, and not maintained very well when we were there.Being happy hour, we ordered two pizzas – BBQ chicken and the carnivore. Both were good and a reasonable deal at half-off. The menu is really extensive, with many gluten-sensitive options.We enjoyed Yard House and would certainly return, especially for happy hour. But other than that, I feel there are better options for the money.

A good place if you are into beers and that is all. The food is good, but not worth the price. I ended up getting a cheese burger at almost $20.00. My boyfriend got the poke, which was an appetizer, and he said it was okay.

I cant fault the service, but I have to place fault on the kitchen staff or whoever is responsible for checking the food goes out right. My wife was really looking forward to jambalaya but now we are stuck with this: soggy nachos with chicken. They were kind enough to refund the order for their mistake but just disappointed that this was our first experience with them and I hesitate to give them a try again after messing in a seemingly slow night.

Quality food and service, had not eaten here in years and Im very happy with the visit this evening. Staff was polite and correctly trained which sadly in todays world is actually hard to find. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was cause for any kids under 4 or even picky eaters they dont offer much small plates. Paid $9 for child Mac n cheese and it was fancy yet tasteless Mac. They really need better options for younger kids. $1 box of Kraft wouldve been better. Or actual chicken nuggets not chicken strips.

Been here four times with the family since Memorial Day when we came to this Yard House location, and we continue to take the family here because of the good food and even better service. I absolutely love the ahi dishes here, and my wife is a big fan of the lobster garlic noodles (which is more seafood than just lobster). Our server today, Tiffany, ensured our drinks were never empty and was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely bring visitors here with the great atmosphere, and there is a good menu for the kids. Will be coming back!

Decided to come here on a very last minute decision, about 1 1/2 hours till closing to be exact. Oh ya, and it was Valentine’s Day night, so the fact that we were able to walk in and get seated right away was amazing!! From the minute we walked in through the doors till we were served our drinks and served our appetizer, we waited 20 minutes. Maybe less? AMAZING service! From the hostess to the bartenders.. perfect! 4 stars instead of 5 bcuz the fish in the poke salad was a bit disappointing. Still good, just not great. :/

The inside was much bigger than I thought it would be. Great customer service! Our waitress was honestly amazing.As for the food, the Nashville Chicken was a 6/10. My friend liked it, but in my opinion it was decent. It tasted more like oil and was barely hot. I feel it could definitely have more flavor than it initially did.The Shrimp Jamalaya (full) was an 8/10. I ordered it with brown rice. The flavor was definitely there and it tasted great, however, I feel it could have been soupier. That’s just my opinion though.

This was our 3rd visit here the first two times the food was amazing. The service was wonder and I left happy. This was our 3rd visit we came with a few friends. We placed our order with Zack he was nice and friendly so with that no complaints.Shortly after he took our order he came up to the table with another waiter to tell us that gentleman would be assisting us as Zack was going on his 30 minute lunch. So when the other waiter came and brought all our foods out my broccoli was not just cold on my plate but frozen i even had my husband touchbit to confirm. We pointed it out to the waitervwhere o asked him to hold or touch my broccoli but he chose not to all he did was say sorry i will bring you another one. He lwft then shortly Zack came back to the table i was able to get Zack to pick it up and touch it. He even said yeah your broccoli is frozen. Let me get the manager So then the manager Cody came to the table said whats the problem i had to re-explain a 3rd time to a third person the issue.Why did not one of the two waiters not explain the issue/ problem before arriving to my table i just dont understand. But.. when he did arrive and was informed of situation all he said was im sorry about that let me bring you another one then walked away. Thats it thats all i get a im sorry that was in no way sincere nor did it really feel like an apology at all. Okay whatever I lost my appetite as it took a while for them to bring me hot broccoli. I asked for To go boxes and informed the waiter we are done and ready to pay and go but please add two caramelized cheesecakes to go for us. Omg that took way to long for them to bring it out and they messed up there and didnt package it to go. They brought them out on plates but again thats not what I asked for. So then why did it take forever for them to package it and bring it out to us again. I was calmy upset. I stopped and asked to speak to Cody who just kept saying Im sorry..... Cody said his manager Paul will be in tomorrow if i want to complain about him.THATS IT THATS ALL I GET. Worst customer service ever and from the manager at that. I even asked others would they complain if they didnt get the food or service they deserved to receive after spending $131.83 and we still left a tip for the waiter. I thought I was going to ve a long time customer but this really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I USED to work here... and the way they treat their employees is unnecessary! Plus not to mention I had found crickets in the salads, roaches on the floor. Some of the workers dont EVEN USE GLOVES when cooking or handling the foods! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Too expensive and the food isnt all that great!

Had a nice lunch last Saturday. Great service and food was delish.My only complaint was the ladies restroom. There was no hooks for my purse and ended up having to use the restroom while holding my purse was quite a task. Bathroom was fairly new and modern but never have I seen a restroom without a purse hook. Please fix.

Today, I ate with my kids and we ordered their happy hour menu. We ate so much that we could hardly breathe( I know its gluttony but thats just how we felt ), and our bill was just $75 with take home included. The servers were super nice and attentive. The service was fast even if the place was packed. The only thing I dont like about it is. It gets too crowded and loud but ofcourse its a sports bar and restaurant at the time so its expected. The Poki nachos was outstanding. Sliders & pizza are great too. My kids enjoyed eating there for the 1st time.

We dropped by there today for lunch. My husband ordered Cilantro Lime Chicken and I ordered chicken wings with no breading or sauce.Cons: Our server was Chris. He seemed very friendly and 100% understood our order. He could not name off which dressings were available for salad. He brought our drinks and then he barely served us again. Jade, another server, refilled our drinks both times, and served our food to us. She was there for us.They brought me wings with batter on them. Jade took them back to have the order fixed.Chris then told me that he got it straightened out and they were remaking my meal. He told me his manager knows and was very upset about it.Yet, the manager didnt come by to apologize or check in with us. We asked Jade if she was our server since she was the one taking care of us. If she had been, we would have left her a good tip. But Chris did a horrible job of caring for us, so we left him a much smaller tip. They did not compensate us in any way for me not eating my meal until my husband was finished and so I watched him and he watched me. Not our plan.Pros: Our food and tea were really good. The atmosphere was clean and nice. Jade was a great server. Chris seemed nice, but he just kept disappearing like he forgot he had our table.If you appreciate my honesty, please like my review. I ordered the Chopped Salad with grilled chicken, my daughter ordered Orange Chicken, and my wife ordered the Southern Fried Chicken (I think?), and I was the only one who ate their meal. They didnt like their food at all, and for $75, not including tip, if I wasnt going to eat it, I would give it to the in laws at least. Overall, the waiter Michael was great, but the food, especially for the price was not worth it. The calamari as an appetizer was very good though. Next time if i go ever again, I will get the fish & chips, at least the last time I went there, that was good.

For my birthday lunch, I ordered the spicy tuna stack. Apparently, the kitchen forgot to add the spicy component, and when I finally figured out what was wrong with it, I was almost halfway through the meal. Waitress delivered some Sriracha, and it improved the flavor. By then, though, I was kinda over it. I learned that theres currently a shortage of Sriracha, but they could either have taken the item off the menu or given me the heads-up instead of a weird ketchup bait & switch.

Tried this place for the first time for lunch on a Monday. When youre the first two people to arrive the place looks even more humongous! At peak hours it must be supercharged with energy.With 130 beers on tap, its like a cathedral dedicated to the St. Brewsky.I liked the large paintings gracing the walls, the spectacular bar with pipe-like arteries on the ceiling funneling the beers to the taps. The overall look and vibe is just plain fun. Screens strategically place showing multiple sporting events. And theres a large patio with fire features. Again, this place must be sensory overload when packed.Stacy, our server, took great care of us. Her tables quickly filled after our arrival and even though she was really hopping, she was a perfect example of grace-under-fire.My spouse and I shared a Margarita Pizza and Battered Fish Tacos (forgot to take pics!) and we enjoyed them both.Im not a beer drinker but I still enjoyed checking out the beer menu! Its insane! This place is a must if you love beer. They also serve wine and cocktails.It was a perfect lunch experience. Ill definitely return and bring my beer-drinking friends.

Very good place to eat in the promenade in Temecula. I had the ribeye steak. It was the best steak that I have had in town since moving from Denver in June 2020. My wife had a cheeseburger that she liked as well. Many beers on tap. We sat at the bar in order to avoid the wait, and it went great. Wait times are always an hour here. Our waitress was a pro handling all of the bar duties and waiting on people ordering food. It was amazing service. Will definitely be going back.

When they came out, I took one small bite and knew that the fish was old as well. So, I just opted not to eat it at all. Not worth getting sick. Not only was the fish old, but you could taste and smell that the oil they fried the fish in had not been cleaned in a while.My fiance got the pork hamburger with sweet potato fries. The burger was cooked through and through and was the only thing we both agreed that tasted good. The sweet potato fries were under cooked and soggy. He asked to have them fried a little more. They came back and were crunchy but again didnt taste good because of the old oil. They didnt taste like sweet potato fries at all. The oil was that bad!Suggestions: Clean your fryers and change the oil out (often)! Move the tables in the path of the back kitchen area. If youre going to serve fish (raw or cooked), make sure its fresh.

This review is for the reception lady, not the server or the food. We usually go to Yard house during weekend, today as usual, and we have a corgi, very friendly and playful. Many people played with him outside of Yard House before. But today as the reception lady walked us at the patio towards our seat, our corgi barked at a service dog which it was in front of us, and both of the dogs barked at each other, and as soon as they tried to get closer, both of owners pulled our dog so they can keep a distance. I siad, we come here all the time, and we never heard this is service dog only place, and she said, yes, service dogs only because my dog cause problem by barking like just now. I said, no our corgi is very friendly and gentle, he usually dont bark at all, then she said, you never know just like today..... I was very upset with what she said, and my daughter was holding the dog and she continued and said, oh but I will seat you down, but I will tell my manager and you and your dog might not be able to dine in the patio. I was like why, just because dog bark at each other? Therefore my dog has aggressive behavior issue? Thats ridiculous 😒I was about to leave but my daughter was hungry, so we decided to eat and go, and as soon as we about to sit down, there was another dog sitting adjacent to us, and that dog barked, and the reception lady was like I will let my manager know, and he will come talk to you. I felt so bad about what had happened. I was thinking to get it away and just eat, but my daughter said mom, that dog is not a service dog either, how come we might have to leave the restaurant? I then stood up and walked to the reception area and saw that lady and I asked her didnt you said your manager is going to talk to me? And guess what she said, she said oh, I talked to my manager. He said, as long as your dog dont hurt anyone, you are allow to stay. The waitress took both plates back, she brought mine back 10 minutes later, just a little bit warmer, but not hot, and then 45 minutes passed and my wife still had not received her plate back. After waiting for 1 hour, we told the waitress to cancel her order and we wanted our check. This was the first time we have been able to have lunch together in long time, and it was completely ruined. To make matters worse, there was no apology from the waitress and the manager never even came out to talk to us. So unprofessional. How can 3 items be cold, 1 allergy ignored, a plate take an hour and still not come out of the kitchen, the item get canceled and a manager not want to address the situation. Absolutely ridiculous.

Due to being an early Saturday night, we (family of 13- seven were children) had a 65-minute wait, but once we got in, the atmosphere was rolling in a controlled, respectful manner, 2-3 lady employees immediately served us in a quick efficient manner and the food was worth the wait.

Great atmosphere, inside or outside dining. Always seem to be a popular place for night and weekend get togethers, so there is usually a wait to be seated. Food is good and so is the service. Overall a good experience. Great for meeting friends, a lunch or dinner with the family or just a drink with the boys. Beer/drinks selection is on point. YARD HOUSE is always in the list of choices if were around this area. 🤘

Always come here for the happy hour which is half off of their appetizers. This is such a great deal! We ordered the chicken nachos, Mac and cheese sticks, onion rings tower, BBQ pizza, and burger sliders for 4 people and it was too much food! Paid such a cheap price for these and was well worth it and super tasty. It was my friends birthday so they gave him a free cookie and ice cream. Highly recommend this place and well worth waiting for the happy hour.

I stepped out of my food box and ordered the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak. I really like the consistency and choices I get at The Yard House. Great for a family meal or a special meal with your significant other. Not stuffy, just a relaxed laid back atmosphere. I really enjoy their Beef Dip! My wife is a vegetarian and they have a awesome veggie burger. There is pretty much something for everyone. The servers are always very professional and helpful. Dont like something you got served for some reason. They handle it. Their bar is great, and if you cant find a beer you like there... You just dont like beer!

Poor service poor food. The restaurant was freezing cold so we asked to sit outside. It took 15 minutes to meet our server. Another 15 to get our drinks. My drink was watered down with what seemed to be melting ice. When the food came, fries were cold, not even a little bit warm. The salad was drenched in way too much salad dressing...even for someone who loves dressing.The burger was very rare, not medium...almost inedible, but we just wanted to get out of there!. 8pm on a Monday and we got what seemed like the days leftovers.. Very disappointed and I wont be going back to yardhouse.

We came at a bust time. The wait was about 35-45 min for four of us. Not bad considering how many parties there was. We got seated at a table slightly larger than what we needed but was fine. Joined the YardHouse insider club and got a free Appatizer. Went for Happy Hour. The Korean BBQ Short ribs is the best dish on the entire menu. It is a must try when you go. Sliders, Garlic noodles, wing were great. Pizza is good. Take my word for it, Korean short ribs is sharable.
