Great Korean taste in Tustin. Food was great. Perfect for anyone! The tofu soup was very nice. Fish was yummy. The ribs are super good.The aircon restaurant was a bit old or not sure why it’s super hot despite having it turned on. I sweated through the meal. Otherwise, everything else was amazing!

Food is decent. Rarely see this place busy.I definitely don’t know how some Korean restaurants survive with the amount of food they bring you and relative cost.That being said I did notice a few minor things.The place is basic so don’t expect fancy. Maybe not the place to go on a date unless you’re into low key places.I was charged $2 more than what the menu showed. I checked on my way out.Initially when I walked in I didn’t like the seat that was assigned to me. On an empty restaurant. (I didn’t sit there).I see myself coming here as it’s close to my workplace but other than that prob not.Hospitable staff, quick serving and reasonable price. That is a solid Tuesday lunch location.

Great authentic Korean food and a huge menu! Great for sharing and getting one big jjigae. The Bossamm is also very good. The interior is not an upscale place but the quality of the food far compensate for it. Lots of regulars here

I come once in while for my lunch and usually enjoy all kind of food at there.I usually try spicy or non spicy soup and enjoy so much with rice and small complimentary dishes.Must be close to real Korean dishes because I see a lot of Korean customers all the time.

Food is great. Service was awesome but the location is very random and no near by any other actual mall. This place needs to do better job targeting customers using Google or Yelp and Tier 3 local marketing. If they fail to do so, I strongly recommend move your location to somewhere else.

I forgot to take pictures, but I can assure you the food is exceptional. I really enjoyed the freshly made kimichi and other delicious appetizers. Compared to other Korean places in the area, I would say Ye Dang tastes better. My only complaint is that the food is a bit pricey.

The waitress was incredibly rude I don’t know how they’re still in business. I had to grab my own menu since it was a table for myself. They were slow and inattentive and when I asked for the bill and a box, the waitress told me that I couldn’t pack my half eaten (ban chan) kimchi to go.I asked her why since I already ate from it they’ll probably just throw it away? And then she said that the kimchi is only for here. Then she said fine just pack it. Like, I already paid for it, I really didn’t understand the fuss. No tip cuz tip is something earned. I literally didn’t even pack the kimchi or any of the ban Chan but was just saving the galbi bones for my dog. But what type of hospitality is this????

I went to Ye-Dang Korean Restaurant this past Sunday (10/09/22) in the afternoon to order food for pick up since they were not answering their phone. The person attending the cashier was extremely rude, answering with a repeatedly: what you want? on my arrival, then the whole exchange was very unpleasant and quite vulgar. Unless you dont mind an awful customer experience, I dont recommend visiting this place.

Used to go for years but lately I had disappointment by the foods quality and portions and staffs poor attitude and service when expressed a concern. Basically staff said not to talk to them as they only work at the restaurant and that I should direct my concern to the owner. I asked for the owner and she said the owner is on vacation. I asked the staff to have the owner call me when he or she returns and as of yet, after two weeks, I have not heard back. I guess they dont care about the loyal customer who went there for years, disappointing.

One dish was a 5 star and another was a 1 star.Spicy stir fried squid was so delicious. Huge portion with tons of squid. If mixed with rice, itll yield about 4 servings.Kalbi tang was horrible. How can a restaurant screw up such a basic soup? Maybe it was an off day?Because the squid was so amazing, I will def be back - but never get the soup again.

Feel sorry for this one waitress who was doing everything by herself and she was eating at same time. Owner and few employees sat at the tables and talking loudly enough that every customers heard them. Customers kept quiet and enjoining the food but it was the owner and employees who were making noise. No manners.How 4 or 5 employees sitting down on tables and talking out loud but this one poor lady was constantly moving, because she was doing everything.I wanted let owner know about this. but she was one of them sitting down on table running her mouth.I hope her husband sees my review.

I really wanted to give 4 stars because the food is so great. However they lack service.We walked in at 7:40pm, 20 mins before they close. They lady shook her head and said, Can you order right now since the kitchen is closing.Her body language was complete turnoff and next I saw some hair in my bowl of rice. So grossed out!I gotta give credit to their food. This location is up to par with the La Habra location.Asian restaurants are known to have poor services, but Im starting to see the quality of service pickup in a lot of businesses in K-Town and Buena Park area.

People complain about service here not being the best. Waiters here are not constantly running to your table, but they come to you when you call them, and the food is excellent and authentic. Ye Dang is fancy by no means, but youre going to get a good meal. The lunch special with its various options is one of my favorites.

Traditional style Korean restaurant. They do a bit of everything. Overall its pretty good. Side dishes (banchan) are good. I usually get a soup (galbitang) but the meat in the soup is a bit gamey. Service isnt great, but that is expected at these old school places.

Overall rating is 3 & 1/2.Taste : Good. Cleanness : Excellent. Service : Improvable.Relatively new one. I only visited once without any companion. So consider my opinion can be biased.I picked up a specific one that I liked most among many Korean signature dishes.That was Kongbiji, or tofu residue hot soup.The main dish was so so. Actually it was a bit disappointing.However, the rest side dishes were great. There were more than 6-7 dishes including Kimchi, Soy sauced tofu, Sprout bean salad, and so like. All were very delicious.I think they use quite a high quality rice. The cooked rice was splendid. That was one of the best rice I ever tasted in Korean restaurants in Southern California.One thing about service. They failed to hand me some napkins before I started my meal and didnt notice at the end of my eating. That was I think quite a huge mistake because there were more than 4-5 servers and they didnt seem to be busy. Moreover, I was sitting just in front of their desk.I think I should try one or more main dishes here again because my friend who recommended this place said ALL (Da) the food here are delicious, but I only tried one kind of the main dishes they provide.

A solid home cooked type meal with great service! One of my favorites in Orange County. If you are looking for anything from cold noodle soup to soft tofu soup to braised pork rib in kimchee broth to black goat stew, they have everything. If you are looking for the fast Korean like ddukbboki or jjolmyun, this is not the place. Huge plus is that if you go there on a weekend, they have amazing marinated crab that they serve. If you like gae-jang, you have just found THE place. Enjoy!
