You can not find higher quality, fresher sushi anywhere in this county than Yokoso, this has been my favorite go to for almost 13 years and they have never once disappointed me!! Go try my new self named roll, the “John Boy”, it is amazing! It has crab and tempura prawn inside, white albacore tuna with Japanese Mustard Sauce painted on top, along with thinly sliced avacado and more crab piled on top, and some fresh scallions !!!

This is one of the better sushi spots around, I would definitely recommend it. You’ll be hard pressed to find much better in the area. Service is always good as well.

We got the shrimp tempura and veggies and also the poke salad. The tampura was alright it kinda looked like it was dipped in flour batter and not tampura batter. Then the salad? I was disappointed. Over $15.00 for a salad that you wont even get full off. Dont get me wrong, it taste good, but the amount you get looked wasnt enough for a meal. (The appetizers were bigger than the salad.) We would go again, but I wouldnt get the poke salad ever again ... not for that price.

The experience you will have at this restaurant has no rival. The food, the service and over all feel of this place is AWESOME! The food is extremely fresh and the quick, friendly service is second to none. The more important thing I want to mention here is the owner of this establishment Ping. To have such a quality restaurant requires a quality person to make all this happen. Even if you arent hungry it would be worth your while to stop and say hello to Ping, she truly is a great person to know and to have as a friend.

Overpriced for the quantity you get. I have never had a bento combo that gave you such a small portion of rice when rice is so cheap to buy. This place is doing the consumers wrong. Don’t recommend!

My wife loves this restaurant.. Really tasty Japanese food. Service is generally fast and very good, but things do slow down a little when they get really busy..the servers are really nice. Nice decor. Reasonable prices.

So good.. And so convenient. One of my favorite sushi places hands down. The staff was super friendly when we walked in & all greeted us with hellos. Sushi was beyond good! Me and my friends literally killed 3 rolls in a matter of 6 minutes. I cant put into words how good the sushi was. Youre just going to have to try it for yourself!Lacking only one star because on the menu they had this green tea mousse that she As trying to get, and apparently they didnt have it..

Theres not much I can say about this place other than to tell you that its good. The servers are good, the food is good, and the atmosphere is good. Ive since found better sushi places when it comes to the quality of the fish. But when it comes to rolls both in selection and flavor this is still the restaurant I favor.

This is the first time weve tried Yokoso Sushi. I wasnt expecting much since its located in a mall near Panda Express. Much to my surprise it was fantastic. Fish was very fresh, soup was yummy, portions were generous. This will now be my go-to sushi place from now on! So excited I decided to try it.

The rainbow roll center texture was way off. The fish was soft too. The fried stuff mushrooms are round balls of batter soaked in oil. The cucumber salad was right on. Not too sweet. Good salad. The grilled chicken kebabs tasted burnt. Sorry just was definitely not worth it for the price or the standard of food.

The best sushi in Contra Costa County. Staff is always super nice and welcoming when you go inside. Sushi is on point. Fresh, delicious, and a great selection. It doesn’t matter if your trying something new or something you’ve had 100 times... you will be satisfied. It is my go to sushi spot for some delicious sushi!

Ive been going here since 2010!! Our favorite sushi place! Always tastes fresh, they know our order my heart, always friendly and efficient.We live in San Ramon and drive to PHill just for this place. One of my favorites is their Lion King roll - literally will only eat it from here.

Ive been coming to this place over 5 years now and I can honestly say this place is very clean with what they serve. Sushi is the best Ive had and their service is top 5. The owners and employees are very friendly and helpful when you asked for advice what to have. Thank you Ken and Pin for always being so great in service and very delicate with the food you serve.

It was my first time eatting here today, but I wasnt disappointed. It was a little pricey, but I think the quality of the food more than makes up for the price tag. My boyfriend and I had a hard time getting into the car with full stomachs to say the least. I will definitely eat here again.

Food was Okay, but they gave themselves a 120% tip without my asking. Do not eat here.I picked up food from this restaurant recently. Chicken teriyaki plate (too syrupy, panda express grilled chicken is better) and gyoza (they were better) for roughly $30.The next day, i receive an email from my bank flagging the purchase for a suspiciously large tip. It turns out the restaurant decided to turn my $10 tip into a $40 one. I know times are tough, but a business should never take advantage of people paying for food and service.

This is the first sushi place my wife and I fell in love with in concord. Very neighborhood friendly and they will remember you upon your 2nd visit and so on. Love the Saba here and soft shell crab! I recommend the honey bunny lol but just one, its quite filling!

So I am actually at this restaurant as I post this. I walked in, was not greeted, grab a menu myself and sat where you sit when youre waited to be seated. No ask me anything after waking by me several times, and this place is empty. Than someone walks in and they say hello and seat them right away completely ignoring me. Wont come back here. Cant tell you how the food was because they never came to me and ask of I wanted anything or anything. This place sucks

We’ve gone here at least 3 times a month because it has such a vibe that really makes it feel like home. It’s amazing and the people there are so friendly as kind. Highly recommend going to this restaurant not only for its authenticity but for the good service and price as well. :))

I came here during weekday lunch hour. It wasnt busy at all. We sat down right away and were greeted with our waiter. The menu has a good selection of sushi, appetizer, bento box, hot entree, etc. We ordered the Katsu Bento Box, which comes with salad, soup, and bento box. It was a good value considering the things they provided. The sushi was fresh and tender.This is not a fancy sushi spot where you expect to find the best cut of sashimi but I was pretty happy with the freshness and the sushi rice quality. I would come back for another time.

Today I had to cancel work and instead go to see my doctors after having sushi at this place last night. I didn’t realize why I was feeling so badly until I was told that the high salt soy sauce was what caused it. I asked for low sat specifically! It is people’s health you are putting at risk, do not.

Delicious appetizers and speciality rolls. My go-to is always the crunch calamari and honey-bunny roll. The crunch calamari has just the right amount of breading, and comes with a sweet dipping sauce. I havent had an experience where the fish wasnt fresh, and the staff are extremely courteous.If youre looking for speciality rolls, this is the place to go. For more traditional sushi, like sashimi, check out Jos.
