Let me begin by saying this is the second time that I have been at this restaurant. The first time was amazing. This time it was so horrible that I will not be going back and will be advising others to stay away a from this place.The hostess/waitress was great, very sweet and I can tell she was over worked. This issue was with the timing. Firstly, all people at a table should receive their food at the same time, give or take a few minutes. There should not be 30 minutes in between each plate! I was on the side where I could see the chefs moving. There was no communication between anyone. The sushi chef took 30 minutes to deliver 4 plates. 3 of which were from a table that was there long before my table. Im watching the sushi chef and he has the menu! He doesnt even know what hes making! He shouldnt be left alone on a busy Friday night if he doesnt remember menu items. To top it off, he wasnt even wearing gloves, which I didnt even notice till I was halfway through eating my rolls!My partners food was all cold by the time my rolls came out, the waitress apologized and said they only had one sushi chef. Staff appropriately for the day, and dont but the slowest person on the busiest night. Thats basic restaurant management. They MICROWAVED my partners food! We didnt dare ask it to be made again, we wouldve been there for hours.So disappointing, dont come here. Avoid at all costs on weekend nights.

I ordered the black tonkotsu ramen and it was so surprising. First impression was a punch of umami and roasted spices. Then the peppery creamy broth shown. The flavors even spiced the veggies. It even made me appreciate bamboo shoots. The pork was the best I have ever had. It was a little salty at the end but trust me it was worth it.The atmosphere was so relaxing and chill. Service was quick and attentive. Our go to Ramen from now on.

Food is not great. Tonkotsu ramen tasted watered down.The rolls fell apart while trying to pick them up. Spoons are clunky. Do yourself a favor and pass on it.

Really good flavors, liked the prices, they also have great choices for appetizers and sushi if you aren’t craving ramen. The music is a chill vibe and the service is attentive. Will be back for more!

My 9 year old son wanted to try ramen. He is very picky so I jumped at the opportunity to take him. We had our dog with us so I asked for it to go. They said kids ramen is only dine in sorry What?!!!!! They don’t serve take out??? Then how do they advertise grub hub?

This restaurant is still getting it staff worked out, the food is good but everyone is still learning. Best to go and dine in and have a little patience. Any of the ramen dishes should be your go to, appetizers were nothing special.

I see the bad reviews and really I had a complete different experience. The ramen was really good, maybe not the best I’ve had but still up there for the price. Staff were nice.

New place that recently opened up. Inside is well-lit and clean. As soon as you walk in, youre greeted, which is always appreciated. As soon as I sat down, I was attended and given some iced water. Then I got the Chashu Fried Rice and a Fire Crunch Roll. Both were delicious!The chashu was tender and flavorful, and the fried rice was not oily or greasy in the slightest. It came with a topping of pickled ginger and some green onion for garnish.The fire crunch roll was bomb! It was a solid 8 pieces. The tempura on the shrimp was crispy, not soggy or anything like that. The seaweed was not rubbery and the sushi was very enjoyable to eat overall.Clean place, attentive and quick service and great tasting food, definitely recommend!!!

Worst chicken ramen & karage I’ve had in SoCal. Let’s talk about the ramen the chicken broth had no flavor at all and tasted practically unsalted ( I asked for salt, black garlic oil, and chili oil to add) . The ramen noodles though were cooked to perfection. But good ramen should have both. The karage had no batter or bite to it. They tasted like soggy chicken nuggets. Save yourself the headache, tons of better options in the area.

It’s okay ramen. I ordered the spicy miso ramen, but this ramen was red and way too spicy to enjoy the flavor. I wish the spoons weren’t decorative and could hold more broth. Staff kinda had weird communication between the kitchen and the dining area as they seem to argue over communication. I’ll give this place another shot later since it’s still new.

Chill atmosphere, came on a Tuesday evening, it started to fill up by the time we were done eating. Ramen was good, requested chili paste on the side and that made it better!

The service here is horrible, the tables were not cleared for thirty plus minutes. the ramen is super oily and the broth was really mediocre. i cannot believe how tasteless the appetizers were. would never go back here ever again.

Yoshiharu ramen is a chain I trust. I used to go to the Whittiers location and NEVER had any issues. Servers at Cerritos need to improve their customer skills. I was in the waiting list for 35 mins and a party of two was behind me and were seated before me. The server claim was “we sit based on the size of party not based on arrival time.” Never coming back here!

I did like the food however, the service was horrible. I work in the industry. I am nice to everyone that works in the restaurants because I get it, it is tiring. But your server (manager) was in a really bad mood. Customers do not appreciate that behavior, if he doesnt like his job and what comes with it he shoul quit.
