2023-08-13 03:10:53The food was pretty good, lots of flavor. Its a bit on the pricey side. Has a nice atmosphere. Would suggest server to be a bit more attentive & in happier spirits. The place had a smell & Im not sure if it was plumbing issues or something cooking in the back. Overall, its a great option if you have some shmoney, are hungry & in the area.

2023-10-01 23:07:59Ive been coming here a few years now, and it is all for the ramen. Being of Hispanic upbringing, I absolutely love chile and spice. Wherever I go to ramen establishments they always have a spicy miso flavor, but the punch is always so lackluster that it makes me second guess my order; even though I will order the spicy miso every time praying for some heat. This is the only ramen restaurant, that i have found so far, that actually is spicy. Their spicy miso ramen comes in three levels, and if you want spice, get the x3. The only problem is the inconsistency in the actual bowls I have gotten. Sometimes the pork in it, being so small, has been a sliver of what it once dreamed to be; its very being dissolving in the soup for its expectations in life were only met with regret. On more than one occasion, I have received a hard-boiled egg instead of a soft boiled; sometimes I have even been given half of an egg. As if the purchase of my ramen is accompanied by a ticket that compels me to span the cosmos in search for my half eggs counterpart. I usually order takeout from here, and it is disappointing because upon arrival home, I have even been given the wrong spice level; being the very reason for my return. The ramen is great, and the flavors are good, but the customer service and attention to detail is where the ratings drop. I have called this place over and over, at one point for almost an hour, and they never pick up the phone. Being busy can only be an excuse every now and then, but when it becomes ones motto, their stars implode, and so will the business. The ramen, whenever everything is done correctly, deserves 5 stars, but the inconsistencies and customer service problem tank the cake.

2023-05-09 15:20:04Great restaurant, very respectful and friendly staff, willing to accommodate and go above and beyond. The food is also very amazing. Definitely put heart into the food they make, would definitely come back and enjoy some sushi, the ambiance is also very relaxing and private to be in. 5/5 stars. They gave us a complimentary bowl from the chef to try out, it was also very delicious. Can for sure say we left that restaurant full and happy.

2023-05-24 23:14:43This place is good! The ramen soups are about 15.00 and they serve you a large bowl, big enough for two. The service is fast and friendly. Kind of small so you may have to wait on a busy day, but I would say it’s worth the wait. The parking is also small and it seems to be a busy shopping center, because it’s always pretty full. On a negative note I have had a chicken bowl there and it was burnt so I would stick to the ramen. Overall great place! Enjoy.

2023-02-28 23:07:18Ordered Ramen on a rainy day, seemed like a great idea. BUT it took about 40 minutes to serve after placing order. When I finally got it, it was cold. Not sure if it has been sitting out too long? The broth was warm but the pork was really cold... Not sure how that works out... The parking lot was full but this place wasnt very busy, got seated right away. I liked the garlic edamame... Place seemed clean. I would not return.

2023-11-04 03:58:53Second time being there, waited with a party of 6 for 25 minutes sat down and ordered a drink. When I wanted to order sushi than they told me they ran out of rice they could have told me before I sat down or even waited. And the waiter was rude and rushed us out and than told us they were kinda happy we were cancelling!

2019-05-12 21:15:27Service was great! Sent back my chicken karaage because I needed it cooked a bit longer for the kids. They cooked me a new batch and they came out well done. I had the shoyu ramen. My table ordered the miso ramen, tonkatsu, dumplings, and vegetable ramen.

2019-06-03 23:13:22We finally tried out this close to home Restaurant. There were plenty of restaurants in this small strip mall on Laurel street which also conveniently next to Whittier Shopping Mall. From the outside look in, dont let this simple restaurant fool you, it looked normal like other restaurants in the area, but when inside this restaurant looked much cleaner, better and welcoming. Well organized and looked simple but beautiful. We ordered the Spicy Tuna bowl and Spicy Miso Ramen. They were very delicious and tasted good. The broth and spiciness came together to bring up the enjoyment of Ramen. Tuna bowl was also very good with sweet ginger and avocados. We have really enjoyed it and especially the vibes were excellent. Services were fast, friendly and highly professional. The server was very helpful and courteous with one on one service. Will be back for sure to this place and dont forget to try out their excellent ice creams.
