The nice girl at the checkout is very welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is nice and clean, if I’m in these parts I’ll definitely come again. It was my first time in Yoshinoya.

The last time I had Yoshinoya was in Namba, Osaka and the North Hollywood locations quality was very similar. I ordered the original with white rice and veggies and really enjoyed it. The flavour of the beef wasnt overpowering. Recommended!

Worse Yoshinoya to eat! They take way to long for your order. Very impolite. Very rude staff. Those 3 girls are so lazy. I order my food at 02:00 pm. Didnt received it till 2:30 very slow for a fast food restaurant. She got my order wrong. So another 20 minutes. And the rice burn. The chicken burn. The potatoes dry. Very bad service😷😷😷😷😷

Very unhappy with the customer service and quality of food. Visited this location 9/8/23 around 830 - 9pm and was very disappointed with my whole experience. First of all the cashier was charging me a drink that I was redeeming from my app and second the food omg was super cold. Yes, the rice, beef and chicken WAS COLD. We didnt want to say anything cuz we were afraid they might spit on our food if we complained. But we did warn a customer that the food was cold and to check her order before leaving. Thats when the cook heard us tell the customer in Spanish and he offered to redo my husbands combo, but he was very rude. I suppose since it was close to closing time they keep everything at room temperature so that they are able to wash the pots and pans before they close. I spent close to $20 for some disgusting meals. I dont recommend this location to anyone cuz its going to be a waste of money. I shouldve gone to Taco Bell which is just down the street. I really truly regret spending my money at Yoshinoya! 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

This is by far the BEST Yoshinoya Ive ever been in! Its really clean and the service is swift and accurate. Britney was a big help and actually got my order right. Big high 5 to the staff and to the whole experience.

A bit slow for fast food, but otherwise good. Check your order to make sure its correct. The coupons are really good, as we got two combo bowls for $10 when normally they are $7.49 each. Got lots of good food for not too expensive of a price. I like the decor and colors.

My family and I have loved Yoshioka for years. Sadly you all have really cut back on the quality of the beef itself. Why??? That was the best part. Im happy to see you add new items to your menu. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Very unprofessional staff who often cheat on orders. Sometimes the side orders in combos are missing and at other times you won’t get what you paid for in the order. Tonight was the last straw for me when the manager tried to send me off with just an extra side as an apology for not having items worth more than six dollars (which is basically the price of an entree). I will not be using this location again and would NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone else either. Instead just go to the Yoshinoya store on Sherman Way which is only an extra 5-6 min drive.

I went to the location today and placed an order and was helped by a girl named Lupe. I ordered two combo bowls with drinks and egg rolls and 1 cole slaw. I should have double checked my order before leaving but of course I always trust fast food places and hope that they will get it right. I drove 10 mins to get home and when I get back NO COLESLAW. So I went back because I love my food with the cole slaw and when I get there Lupe was cleaning tables and continued to clean tables while I waited even though she saw me waiting. I’ve worked Fast food places and believe me I would of stopped to help the customer, especially since she had just helped me and should have known I was back because something most likely went wrong...anyways she finally helps me and very rudely she asked how she can help, I told her “you missed my cole slaw!” Never did she apologize..and that honestly made it worse! I’m really not the type to complain because I know how it is. After she gave me the cole slaw I asked “can I PLEASE get extra siracha sauce” and her response was “well how many did you take?” Keep in mind SHE messed up my order. I responded and said “you gave me two!” And then she said “well it’s only one per plate!” That just got me 10 times more upset!!!!! It’s like where is your Customer service!!!!?????? I told her “the least you can do is give me an extra sauce after you messed up my order” and of course with the biggest attitude she said she couldn’t! I don’t like being the person that complaints and believe me I don’t but I have never ever had this type of service at a yoshinoya restaurant. I am very disappointed that people like her actually get hired! Please keep her in the kitchen since she clearly doesn’t know how to run the front counter!!!

Ive been there before and the service was decent but today the cashier was a bit snappy. I made a mistake on my order and was told I would have to wait in line to fix it. I also if had to ask for soy sauce on a to go order, other locations they ask if you if you want any. I understand I made an error but she even seemed snarky with another customer. When he didnt hear what she said she raised her voice several octaves.

This place is one of my favorite places to eat at but today 05/01/19 I had a really bad experience with one of the cashiers working this day whos name was Juliet. She had a really bad attitude, got my order wrong and to top it off she gave me attitude when I asked her for straws, napkins and forks because I didnt get any with my order. I am used to getting good customer service every time I come here but today was just really bad and it disappointed me.

Yoshinoya is just slowly going down the toilet. Gone are the days of a budget meal of decent quality. The beef bowl is full of onion filler now. Staff looks a little lost. With a long line, one person is taking orders and filling orders, while someone who I take it is a manager cause theyre wearing a different uniform, walks around the restaurant pretending to clean and socializing.

The worst customer service ! I was standing in line with another customer for a while and I over heard them telling a customer that was there before any of us, rudely that their machine was down and they couldn’t take orders. I had to ask what was going on for them to tell me they couldn’t take any of our orders !? Yoshinoya is the worse especially this location, i ordered a plate of beef and rice, the rice was good but the beef was the nastiest thing i have ever eaten in my life! the beef looked like dry skin that was just pulled off and yanked off a body it was a greyish color and had no flavor at all. I went in on a week night with 2 people ahead of me and had to wait over 10 minutes for 2 combo bowls. 2 people that came after me got their food before I did and when I saw my food waiting to be bagged the checkout girl continued to ignore as she rang up a new customer. I finally had to insist on grabbing my order (in arms reach) before she stopped ringing them up and bagged my food, as it was getting cold on the counter top. She also told me she was short handed when she told me to wait but I could see 3 people walking around in the kitchen in addition to her... Would have gotten 1 star but because the food was solid Im giving a 2 star. YOSHINOYA needs to train one of the extra workers to back up the front instead of having 4 on shift with only one girl taking money and bagging finished orders. Im giving this place a one star because of the cheap move they did with my food. So I ordered the bowl with the shrimp and by mistake they put meat so what they did was removed the meat from the rice and put the shrimp on top, thats not right! they should have changed the whole thing what about if I could have been allergic 2 something in the meat bowl and all the juices from the meat were in the rice really nasty cause I dont like meat and I had pieces of meat under the shrimp. Very bad service, the women who serve are very depressed, I asked them for sauce and they made an angry face! I asked them for more teriyaki and they got upset too!They dont even say hello to people! At least Im not coming back to this place!!Very bad service!! The owner should do something because otherwise he will lose customers!Because when you go to a place that serves you well, you have the pleasure of coming back!!And the service these women give is terrible!And very slow going
