Fast food version of Japanese meal. I like the price and convenience. However, the taste wasnt good, and the atmosphere was dark and small. I recommend that if you want something little better than mcdonalds or Burger King. But I recommend you to go to real dine in restaurants if possible.

I feel like this is a trend in lawndale. But they get my order wrong when ever I go there. I work in the area and I enjoy their food so this is where I go for lunch.But today the girl at the window hands me my change and my drink then disappears and a guy comes and hands me my food and then everyone disappeared from the window. I look at my food and its wrong. I dont have time to wait sitting around for someone to come back to the window because I have to make it back to work by a certain time. There was only 1 car behind me and no one was in the parking lot. I dont understand how they mess up my order almost everytime I go there. On top of the the order they gave me is spicy and I cant eat spicy.

Just terrible. I placed an order for curbside pickup. I arrived on time and used the appropriate button to let them know I was there. I could see them helping the people at the drive through and the counter. After about 5 minutes I called the number for the restaurant but no answer. So of course I went in. No one was at the counter, just one person working the window. Again after waiting about 2 to 3 minutes I loudly said hello, is anyone going to help us. When I finally got her attention she said she was the only one there and she would get to me. There was someone cooking and two people just talking in the back as well as someone at a customer table,maybe on break. The counter person finally asked my name after packing up a couple of other orders. She said mine wasnt ready yet even though it was now 15 minutes late. She finally gave me my order but it was missing a plate. So she rechecked and then was asking the cook for another chicken order. After another couple of minutes she said they were out of veggies. I was a bit sparky and said if it had been ready on time I would have gotten the veggies. She said it would be another 5 minutes. I said the two plates on the counter would get cold and she said it would still be hot. I asked (was not offered) about a substitution and got coleslaw. I asked for the manager name and number and she said she was the manager. I never once got an apology of any kind. When I got home I found that one other order also had no veggies. Service and attitude was horrible. Seems this is the new standard for fast food chains.

Poor service thru drive thru.and attended ask if I wanted orange chicken then said dont have it fasle comments to the customer. And very slow 🐌 service waited 15 for my order. Bad service

I placed an online food delivery order from the Lawndale location, but unfortunately, I received the wrong items. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I immediately tried to contact the store to resolve the issue. I made more than five or six phone calls, but no one answered. Frustrated and in need of a meal, I ended up placing another order from a different restaurant since I couldnt get in touch with the store or their customer service center.Even the next day, I attempted to reach out, nobody answered the phone. This experience has me left me extremely dissatisfied, and I have decided not to order from Yoshinoya again.

1.Somebodys burning the food.2. Young manager. Immature.3. Slow staff.4. They were overwhelmed with only three customers inside.5. After 20 minutes I looked around and everyone was still waiting.6. The noodles were dry and burned the cook is terrible7. No sauce for egg rolls. Gotta pay.8. He offered me free sauce for the wait but literally didnt even fill it half way.9. This was dinner for my baby and this whack staff effed it up.NO STARS 👎🏽

I was so disappointed with a recent visit at another Yoshinoya but the one in Lawndale was so on point. It definitely keeps up with their name and reason why some of us still love Yoshinoya dishes. It was hot and ready to enjoy when I got home. Did I mention that I got this through a drive-threw? Yes! The lady had awesome customer service and they are open till midnight too! Definitely coming back.

Best place for worst employees to work! The staff here has changed a few times, but the staff taking orders are always the worst and not friendly. The staff here are thugs or uneducated staff always take orders and make me feel bad.

The drive thru window was terrible. The man in front of me took over 30 minutes ordering, I was the second car in line.
