Since this one was a newer branch, the cleanliness was very noticeable. The counters were clean and clutter-free. The menu was clear and simple, and ordering was a breeze. Ive always ordered their Clam Chowder, which I loved at the other branch. However, this recipe was more liquidy and diluted. It still tasted like Clam Chowder, but the less creamier version. My daughter loved their combo chicken and beef meal, though.

Gydon: Was nice. You can ask for some beef broth for free, which is nice. The meat is tender, and the serving is decent.Pudding: Lacks sweetness.Gyoza: Delicious sauce, but theyre not very generous. Just 1 small pack for 5 pcs.? Its cheap to buy extra, but its just sauce. And the Gyozas fins are a little thick, but its fast food, so its passable.Price: Pretty affordable.

Update: The app is a total failure there is always an issue redeeming my rewards. Maybe its just this location? I havent been going here as much as I used to.Unlike the dozens of fast food apps I use with easy regularity, Im extremely confused about how yoshinoyas app works. Remodel and all service is nice personnel is courteous, but ask for extra onions and source, and my order came with less than normal, understandable and no reason to complain but the one star comes because when I asked for it it took for ever by the time I returned to my plate the only hot thing was the sauce and onions that I asked for. By the way this has been the Yoshinoya that I been coming to since I move here more than 25 years ago, I live somewhere else and still coming here.

Taste good Japanese Fast-food. Love the combination with Teriyaki Chicken and Beef with rice. However, since the pandemic, it is getting fairly pricey like close to $10 for the XL combo bowl.Visited in 10/2023, the way how they cooked the crisp teriyaki chicken is changed to something that I mess like. Now the chicken is more like steamed or boiled chicken meat and the chicken skin is no longer as crunchy as it used to be.

I will drive to California from Las Vegas just to go here . There was a new guy working and you can tell he was happy . He made a comment to the manager about him being able to make 4 upsells to a meal and she cheered him on and told him what an amazing job he was doing . The domino effect from her telling him how good he was doing to him being happy to amazing customer service is phenomenal . I wish I got his name but thank you!!

Guy taking orders trying to keep his head screwed on was having a bad day because he insulted my friend with me not once but twice. You should never snap at a customer no matter what! Food was too spicy when i ordered regular food it should not have been spicy. I was not only one with spicy entre that should not have been. Friend said noodles were really soggy smushy food was horrible! It had been better eating there i was told.

Yoshinoya found its niche in a huge city. They have an excellent meal of chicken and vegetables served over white rice with a great tasting orange-colored sauce in just the right proportions. I indulge myself with a meal from Yoshinoya whenever I visit Los Angeles.

Last time I was here, the wait was ridiculously long. The staff seemed to not be in a rush to finish my order at all. The employee who took my order left on her break and the person who was coming off of their break to relieve her still took about 10 minutes to finish socializing with everyone while my hit food sat on the table with the tops open. I looked over at the 2 guys in the kitchen cooking and asked if they could bag my order up so i could leave. They looked at me confused and I then realized they didnt speak English. It took me a total of 45 minutes to get my order. 3 orders came in after mine and they were served first. When I later got home to eat, food was not only ice cold but they had totally skimped on the meat... Like literally 4 slices of beef stretched over the rice... Waste of time and money.

Foods pretty good if you want a cheap Japanese food fix. The meats a little spotty sometimes like the chicken will be too dry or the steak will have tendon or bone. Great value though and they always bombard you with coupons if you live around the west valley. Little bit dirty but its cleaner than it was a couple years ago. Im mad though that they took away the complimentary pickled ginger and pepper containers, you have to ask them for it now >:(

Bought two huge combo bowls, and they hassled me about giving me a little sauce to go. Give me some tiny container and then said they had to charge me for a second one. I got two entrees why would I only get one sauce. That being said if thats the policy okay but their attitude was bad so there you go wont be going here again anytime soon. Brilliant job losing a customer over sauce theyll probably throw out at the end of the night anyways.

1 Star, but only because 0 wouldnt let me say how AWFUL this food is-- and our expectations were low. They offer brown rice, but it was overcooked and tasteless, just like the overcooked, tasteless, floppy, mix of frozen carrots, broccoli, and (i think) cabbage. Id describe the beef and chicken but, if you want mystery meat, load up on the chili-cheese fries, right across the street at Tommys. You might not be 100% sure its beef in there but, whatever it is, it tastes pretty good!

Absolutely love the Yoshinoya Chain, this particular location has a recently remodeled dinning room with a modern and clean ambient. So clean they have the employees clean their composite orange chairs, thats gotta tell you something. The food is always very enjoyable and fresh and the staff is friendly.

Parking lot is shared with other businesses. Came in for a quick bite with my brother and ordered a regular chicken bowl, spicy, extra green onions, no sesame seeds, and easy vegetable juice (like I have for years!). My brother orders a large combo bowl, chicken and beef, spicy. I get mine just regular, with a few sesame seeds, non-spicy and regular green onions and vegetable juice, like I never said anything. My brother gets his non-spicy as well and barely any chicken. We didnt say anything b/c we were in a rush and hungry. We didnt wait long though. Place was relatively clean and enough condiments; they did come around to clean while we were there. I probably wont be visiting again unless Im desperate or something, haha.

This place is the absolute worse, i ordered 2 extra large bowls, all beef and i got the chicken..i never liked the chicken but i decide to try it and the chicken tasted old and disgusting! I live too far to go back and complain so i will do it here, the host that ruined my day is Haydee, i was there at 3:27 pm on 4/27/2021. Do not recomend to the world, goto a different spot if you really carving yoshinoya, you will regret coming here. Slowest storefront i have ever been too, not too mention customer service is not on point, they dont even try. I recommend change of staff. I hadnt been here for years, and went back twice recently just to give it another try, and was sorely disappointed on both occasions. Yoshinoya is my all time favorute restaurant. This location has been one ive been going for years now and really love that they have remodeled the facility in recent times giving it a hip and clean look to the former confusing 80s chinese brothel/Spa and nail salon look it had. The bathrooms are the only scary aspect of this place, steer clear!! Love that they are open till very late hours of the night on particular days and the food is always of satisfactory quality.
