Great food at great price. Large combo bowl is enough for two kids. Fast friendly service from host Anthony.No indoor dinning. Place was really busy at 3pm on a Saturday. Customer followed six feet apart floor decals.Walls, window and counter were clean. Floor needs to be mop more often.

Overall the food has the same classic flavors. They have added many new dishes and proteins that are not true to the original Beef Bowl Yoshinoya was made famous by. My biggest and only complaint is that even with the prices skyrocketing, the portions have still gotten smaller. The beef bowl used to cover the rice with the beef, now the onion slices are huge and there is little beef. I will still eat here because of the flavors, but am sure I would enjoy the meal more with bigger portions. Kid friendly, high chairs, lots of parking, and friendly staff.

Came in at 9 and they rushed to close the lobby and put up the chairs. They didnt add my noodles into my order nor did they have anything in stock. You dont get greeted and the cook is making faces as you order like she doesnt want to do it. Shouldnt have workers that dont want to work. They keep taking orders for things they dont even have in stock anymore. Sad excuse for a Yoshinoya.

I usually stop at this location after work and the customer service is always perfect. Last night was a different story. We showed up at 9:30 pm with our intention to dine in. Well the cashier rushed to close the lobby and did not take my order until after she was done. I tried to pay no attention to it but then realize she didn’t even greet us!!!!! Rude. So whatever I place my order and ask her what time they closed she tells me 11 and I tell her but ur lobby closes at 9:30 she tells me yes with an attitude. I’m like ok sorry for asking. She then calls my name to hand me my food and literally just tosses it on the counter and says here. I didn’t even know what to say. I figured ok she’s having a bad day. So we end up eating in our car in the parking lot. Since we did we have about another 45 min drive to home. So thanks for not allowing us to dine in even though your lobby closes at 10!!!! Food was good but the service wow just wow!

I usually love Yoshinoya, but there were a couple problems today. I ordered a beef bowl with extra juice and chicken wings. As shown in the photo the so called extra juice was all in the bag not on the entree. It was a mess and got all over the other items in the bag. It was really weird.And that isnt even mentioning that the wings are really dry nuggets and not even close to anything called a chicken wing

Terrible customer service, I had gone on Wednesday night at 10:30 (Keep in mind that this was before closing hours) & as a truck driver, time is strictly limited, therefore eating and using a restroom in one stop is pivotal. With this intent, I had ordered first and when attempting to enter the restroom, access was denied by the employees with the excuse that they had already cleaned it, even though it is meant to be open to all customers before closing hours.

The food is delicious, but I never get what I order. Three times in a row, I doordashed an order with their fried rice and received white rice. Tonight, I placed the same order again and then made a call to politely make sure they had the fried rice and that I would receive it in my order. They confirmed, and sent the correct rice, but did not put the sauce on the side of my entree as requested and did not send the egg rolls I paid for. I have been patient because I truly enjoy the food, but it is not worth it— especially not at their price point. I’m done, never ordering from here again.

The food here is awesome, but what sets them apart is their customer service. I came in and ordered my food for takeout. Got it home and unfortunately the tilapia wasnt fully cooked. I want upset, but slightly disappointed. I called in and spoke to Cassandra who, without hesitation, made it right.And on a completely separate side note, this restaurant is extremely clean on the inside. I am a contractor for several restaurants in the United States and I was shocked at the cleanliness.Highly recommend based on the overall experience.

Tried to eat lunch here today. The good: Counter staff was nice and the “food” was ready quickly. The bad: Chicken was nasty, beef was grey and unappealing (nothing like the picture on the menu board), and the shrimp was rock hard and not good at all. Left without finishing our meal. A very fair review. The food was quick, hot and fresh. It didnt make me sick like every other similar independent overpriced asian food restaurant in the area. I am most pleased with how it did not break the bank at all like others in the area. If you order the steak bowl spicy, it is very spicy and you will need water and extra rice. Not a bad thing!

The staff was young and friendly, the restaurant was clean, spacious and neat. The bathrooms are fitted only with one open unshielded ( non-private ) commode, but coin accessed. The bathroom is also reasonably well cleaned, doesnt smell, etc.The lack of more private bathrooms is the only reason this restaurant didnt rate higher, for me. This is a solid place, overall. Would recommend it.

Ordered a chicken bowl, and it really seems like I got a kids bowl. Small amount of rice, one of each veggie and like 4 pieces of chicken. Plus the wait time was a while. Besides that, the lady up front seem to be the only one taking orders plus handing out the food that was already done. My bowl was sitting there for about 5 plus min. She kept going back and forth to cashier...might consider not coming here again...

I finally got my order at 2:11 pm. Usually the beef is juicy enough to add its flavor to the rice below, but not this time. Dry white rice!A customer said that one of the two people working was on the phone. The lobby was a mess. I dont know how many people are supposed to be working the day schedule, but two definitely isnt enough!

The orange chicken wasnt tossed in the sauce it was poored over it so more than half of the chicken didnt get the sauce and the fried rice was burnt. We I informed the manager we did not live close so it might take some time to return for our food and manager said no problem. Yoshinoya offers great coupons which arrive in your mail, it is worth it to use them. Teriyaki chicken is our fav, however, at times we will pay the 80 cent up charge for the steak or spicy shrimp. So far everything we tried is delicious. This location has friendly hardworking employees, and has late hours. There are homeless who do congregate in and around this mall strip, but do not bother customers. There is ample parking. Bathrooms require tokens. This location recently got updated inside.
