I got Teriyaki chicken with veggies 🥗 in a large bowl. The chicken was well seasoned and the sauce was so good. They took cash since the computer was down which I didnt know. The lady was so nice and waiting for us to comeback to get some cash so 💯

They have brown rice! Lol The staff is nice and efficient but it seems the portions of the food are less than before, sadly. Also, they do charge extra condiments.

I had a bad experience with the employees, or the store policy on charging extra 75¢ for extra Ginger, sriracha sauce, red pepper, soy sauce. Had already paid 75¢ for extra teriyaki,this is noted on the menu of extra charge. The condiments are not! People are struggling to eat out, and changing for condiments should be noted on the menu too . So customers can make an informed lunch order.

GET RID OF THE TIP JAR!!! Is so pathetic. Put it rite infront of customer. I didnt tip so they got upset and starts talking In Mandarin for not tipping. Why do people have to tip? This is so overated. I will never come back here again. I really hope corporate do something about this. The Chinese girl working the cash register looks miserable. If you hate your job go find another one.

I redeemed my reward points for a drink but they did not allow me to get refill saying that because it was free. Nonsense. I earned it as a loyal patron. But they treated me like a second-class customer. No such restriction in other locations.

Cashiers Michelle and Janet are righteous and will stand up to their personal convictions and principles. I’m cutting back on sodium. They will not, absolutely NOT exchange soy sauce/hot sauce/red pepper for ginger. I didn’t ask for extras. They would rather see me toss them into the garbage than even a 2 for 1 exchange. They are GODS of this Yoshinoya.

Their cashier has been changed, this new Asian girl provided bad service. Instead of smiling, she kept frowning, act like guest owed her money. I bought two combo bowls, when I ask for more chilly pepper, cause their chilly pepper ain’t spicy enough, she only gave one, so cheap and mean.

This one is closest to my house. Theres never much of a crowd so you get your order done fairly quickly. They have the full menu ready of course and with the added convenience of the mobile app to get your food ready when you arrive. The staff is quick and friendly. Be sure to be on the lookout for the in-mail coupon specials.

It doesnt seem much however the people who work there and served my family were well-mannered and hardworking (especially the one named Kai. She was amazing). The food was made steamingly well unlike other that Ive gone to and oh my muffins the best part was the restroom. Youd see that restrooms are dirty and nasty but here it was kept very clean. Most of all it was a good Yoshinoya.

Came here for lunch, lobby was supposed to be open at 9, I get there its closed. I walk to the window they said they cant help me if Im not in a car. I am a truck driver so I obviously cant do that. They get the manager I think Daniel and he tells me The same thing. Why is it so hard to just give me the food I want?? I used to come here all the time I aint coming back.

One of the best Yoshinoya Ive ever been. The food is fresh and recently cooked. Kai the cashier excellent customer service and she keeps the store very clean by herself. Highly recommend.

I like their combo bowl which lets you have both the beef and teriyaki chicken. Very tasty and healthy if you dont finish all the rice. The service is nice. If you want the pickled ginger, youd have to ask. Overall, a good place for a quick lunch.

Great customer service, thanks to Scarlet and Jonathan! Store was clean and conveniently located on Garvey. Food was okay, portion was too small compared to other yoshinoyas. Kevin, I believe is the store manager needs to work on his communication skills. Maybe Jonathan and Scarlet can assist him with that.

Great convenient location, but it may be hard to find parking. It is in a plaza with a supermarket, bakery, an el pollo loco, and other restaurants. The outside doesnt look too inviting, but the staff has always been polite and friendly.
