Came here late night because they stayed open until 2am. upon arrival there is a sign stating that they are only serving kids meals.There is no ways an establishment that is this big can only have portion sizes for kids meals and if so to accommodate your customers you would serve them in whatever bowl that you have available.This is an obvious sign of laziness whoever was working tonight just did not want to cook and decided to deter customers with this sign.I have been here numerous times and this has never been an issue.Instead of saying that you only have kids meals just close the business down for the night...Not only did I waste my gas and my time coming here but The lack of customer service Does not give me a reason to come back.I even asked the employee if they could give me the same portion for my large meal just put it in the kids bowls.. However I was told that they could not do that because it would be too many bowls!What kind of business is this?!?!For a large chain they should be ashamed of hiring people who do not want to do their job.For the manager or owner who sees this look at the picture that was posted in your establishment.Horrible service and a waste of time

Good food. The restaurant was really clean and well managed. The Habanero grilled chicken and Orange chicken were AMAZING. My wife ordered the teriyaki grilled chicken and the Habanero grilled chicken. She wasnt a big fan of the teriyaki, and to be honest, neither was I. Atmosphere I rate it 3 stars because of the person that was sleeping and not one employee decided to wake him up. Other than that, we liked the food. This was our first time going to this food chain, and it definitely wont be our last.

Mostly good experience. They somehow dropped our order off the screen and forgot to make it. They promptly fixed the problem once we brought it to their attention. The bathroom though... Sweet mercy of Mother Mary, someone had a fight with the paper products and got water everywhere, it smelled pretty bad too. Bathroom put up a good fight, but I think it lost. I believe they eventually fixed it after a few people complained. I think management took the day off.

Whoever Jasmine is at the register has horrible customer service. Also she is slow but wants you to rush on her time. Great value. Especially if you get the coupons in the mail or download the app. I like the grilled beef & the shrimp. My son the tilapia. They also have a good cheese cake. Friendly, fast. I also prefer the NOT SO FRIED RICE & the steamed vegetables.They do a good job social distancing. Go in throw one door, out throw another..Face mask that cover both mouth & nose mandated.Clean.

For the most part, all Yoshinoyas taste the same. The problem at this location is the homeless, transients, and drug dealers hanging outside and occasionally coming into the establishment. This may cause you to feel unsafe. Otherwise, the staff is good and the food is what you expect. Just hire some ARMED security!

This store was not a good look for the brand Yoshinoya. The service was bad, the food presentation and taste disgraceful, and the store needs a housekeeper!! I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with veggies and extra teriyaki sauce on the side($.50 more), but there wasnt a drop anywhere!! Neither, on the food or on the side. The veggies were undercooked, and the meat was chopped to a second death. Yuck...

Place is nasty. Cooks are chatting with each while serving the food, so rest assured that youre eating their saliva and anything that comes out of their mouths and noses 🤮Also they step in the kitchen without washing hands or changing aprons. Horrible! Girl that took my order had an attitude didnt acknowledge anyone that came in. Ignored a person that was trying to ask a question. My order wrong. They didnt have any plates for the plate orders. Gave me everything individually. The beef juice that I ordered had been forgotten to give to me. Got dinner here after the BTS concert so it was busy. Very fortunate that it was still open unlike most places. The service was quick considering the line out the door. Bathroom required a token that you could get from an employee. Food was good and in large portions. Only complaint is that they mixed up our rice orders. Understandable for how many orders they were receiving though.

Rude cashier went to order with only 2 people inside making a line with an empty restaurant left my bike in a corner next to the trashcan because Im working delivering food and is my money making transport. She saw me and told me I cant have it inside I told her can I just place my order really quick and I wait outside. First time coming to Yoshinoya, always wanted to come after my trip in Japan. I was debating going to this place or the Mongolian place nearby and to my regret, I came here. I must say, I was really disappointed. I barely got any meat which by the way, was bland and flavorless, and the large bowls almost had the same serving I would get for a regular bowl. The service was not the great either, the lady that handed me my food was not respectful in the slightest. Probably not coming back.

This place was very near our hotel so we gave it a try. You order at the counter and the food is brought to you at your table. Prices are quite reasonable - especially for the Los Angeles area. We ordered Asian BBQ wings which were delicious, some spring rolls - also delicious and a large beef bowl. This one wasnt really what we expected. The beef was kind of soft without a lot of flavor. We were expecting something like a soy or teriyaki flavor. This place is certainly worth a visit if you are in the mood for Asian food

Thr neighborhood is kind of rough. There were three hungry guys outside the restaurant asking for food and offering up their buy one get one free coupon. We ended up just buying them each a bowl of whatever they wanted and letting them keep their coupon. The staff at the store was friendly helpful and attentive. She kept our orders separated from the three orders that we got foe the gentlemen. It was fast, clean, and filling. One of their two unisex bathrooms was operational but the door jams so she was quick in helping to get it unjammed for us before she helped the next customers. She was awesome! I gave thebplace 3 stars but they get another star cuz of her.

I am very disappointed at this Yoshinoya. I have been coming here for years and never got disappointed. Just picked up friends from the airport that came out to visit from out of town... I figured I take them here since they never had Yoshinoya. We order large chicken combos and clam chowder. The chicken was burnt and the clam chowder was spoiled. It had a spoiled smell to it like old milk. I ordered a chicken combo with noodles and no veggies. Instead I got noodles with veggies mixed into my noodles. It was like eating bad food that’s been left out the day before...... Because we live across town and already was on the freeway it was no point in turning and coming back.... Yoshinoya, please have your workers check to make sure nothing is spoiled before serving it.
