The location is lonesome but makes a great quiet time. Their Tokyo fried chicken with the hot mayo sauce is the best! I love the flavor and the chicken is crunchy on the outside but moist and soft on the inside. Their spring rolls are alright and dumplings have a good taste but they had hard parts like they left it to cook for too long. Overall, I will definitely be coming back for that chicken and to try something else👍🏻

The cashier took forever to take our order (it seems that their understaffed) and some people even left. When we did finally order the cashier would ask questions concerning our order but was barely audible as she mumbled her words. And when I would ask her to repeat herself she gave an annoyed look everytime. Customer service here sucks but is not the worst youll experience in the world. We did get our food quickly but a good amount if it tasted like cleaning products (maybe soap?). We also ordered boba and the milk tea was not only too sweet but the flavor was also wrong, so I do not recommend. The Thai tea flavor was more on point. Overall, I do not reccomend.

Came in for lunch and the place was busy. Waited in line about 10 minutes before placing my order. Got the XL combo ( teriyaki ribeye steak & habanero chicken ) with white rice and udon noodles Everything was really good the food came out fast and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely be back

You skimp on the protein, you skimp on the boba drinks, I will skimp on your stars.I understand you are understaffed but I presume you have 20/20 vision and a fairly good common sense.When you clearly see that the boba drink is barely touching the line, DO NOT HAND IT TO THE CUSTOMER. REMAKE IT!!!!Better yet, do not seal the drink yet, fill it up to the top then seal it.I know that the service industry is a tough job but come on...we are paying this food with our own hard-earned money. I expect the correct amount of food that I paid for.

Horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru Saturday 7/8/23. Around 1pm. The lady with the bad teeth was very rude. She rushed me to order. Then when I got to the window I ask for extra sauce, she said her line was very long and I should of asked before. It was literally only 1car behind me. I asked to speak to the manager, told him what happened and all he said was OK. It was obvious he didnt care. Besides that food was bad, I usually like Yoshinoya,not today. I would never come back to this location.

Worst service here. When we got there the one guy looked like a manager and just stared at us for a while while leaning up against the cash register near the drive thru. More concerned about the drive thru They are rude and just didnt seem to care about the inside. They just stare at you from behind the counter and dont bother offering help. We finally get our food. I ask for extra ginger and cashier Juanita tells me to wait while she takes the other persons order. Are you kidding me. After waiting almost 20 minutes at this point to order our food. The only good thing about this place is the food taste and the clean store. Service is terrible. No wonder they werent busy when we got there. Then another man walks in Juanita doesnt bother to acknowledge him and he is standing there waiting to get helped. They really need to hire more staff and understand that customer service is important for return customers. Im sure the owners would not be happy to hear that their store is losing business because of the service.

The original beef bowl is the greatest thing ever! Its super tender and full of flavor. Make sure to ask for extra ginger and soy sauce packets to add to the bowls, they elevate the meal so much.

It had been a while since our last visit, and the place had changed. The atmosphere was not quite the same as we remembered. The food and service were okay, but not particularly great. May try again at a later date.

The young lady that waited on us was very inattentive. After we paid she never said thank you or gave us our receipt, she simply just walked away. We sat down and saw her say goodbye to her coworkers so now we know why she basically ignored us when we were ordering, she was almost off. Well young young you better learn that until you clock out you better treat your customers better....she was extremely rude.

I came to get lunch and was stuck in the drive thru for 20 min+ . Time to order finally and Im told to hold again. Conclusion wasted all my lunch trying to get luck and clocked back in late at work. Last time I come to this location. Unless u have all the time in the world dont recommend this location.
