I came here several times the service is hit and miss. I had this cashier take my order and made a mistake. She corrected my order then proceeded to make my order even though there was someone already there to make it. I thought she was going to make it right. But I had to check twice before I left. She prepared it with less beef and was trying to give me something else instead of the person preparing it. The other two employees looked at each other and were confused and didnt want to intervene and make it right. I wouldnt recommend coming here. Go down the street to the other one. Parking is also terrible. I tried to like this place, but the vibe is not good. Sorry. Update 11/29/23 1:00pm: As I was eating she spread out the meat thinly so it seems I had a full Combo Meal thats $9.99. I feel a little ripped off even more. I dont usually write bad reviews. But sometimes I cant just let it go. I just want to make sure everyone came here for what they came for. Dont get me wrong. I have been going to Yoshinoya since I can remember.

My recommendation here is basically avoid. The parking is small so youre better off parking at the Seafood City plaza so its easier to get in and out if there a open spot. My uncle wanted to come here to get dinner so I had to drive him. When we came here there were only 2 people working. I believe the woman who was taking people order knows that they are slow and have to deal with many angry customer. Our food took forever to be made which was just chicken and rice. To top it off, they didnt even announce the name. I had to go up to the counter when I saw people who came after us get their food and they just handed my uncle food to us. Coming here is not worth the wait or trying to find parking.

You get what you pay for. I recommend sticking to the classics like beef, chicken, and white rice. Today was my first time trying the gyoza, and its terrible. The dipping sauce tastes weird, and Im not sure why, but it looked burnt and tasted lightly burnt, while the non burnt sides were soggy. I only got it because gyoza is supposed to taste good, and I didnt want spring rolls because when their spring rolls cool down, they start to taste stale. The food was better when they still had sesame chicken wings on the menu. Only go here when youre on a budget, and youre going to stick to the classic menu items.

Best yoshinoya in the valley!!!!! They stay open till 3 in the morning and and open at 8 the chefs give out quality portions and not the ends everything from the tilapia to the chicken beef and steak is always fresh just went the other day to try out the NEW! Fish and chips and just as I expected it come out fresh they used good oil in the fryers #keepitup #yosh

Omg this place was so nasty. We asked for a chicken bowl and a beef bowl. The chicken tasted radioactive. When we opened the beef bowl a horrible stench escaped the box. It was reeking of dog food and broccoli. The “beef” was grey and looked like you left $2 pastrami in the back of your fridge for 17 years and then threw it together with tons of rotten broccoli. Our kitchen smelt terrible for a week. We ended up giving it to our dogs and even they refused to eat it. Never ever going back here ever again and I suggest you do the same.

Service are always nice and the place is clean. Parking can be difficult since theres not too many spot. The new lobster stew is just ok. Taste mostly tomatoes base stew there was lobster meat but it was mushy. Bad testure and not much flavor other then tomatoes.

Asked for extra sauce. They drenched the rice in sauce (like it was soup), then put more on the meat. That’s a little more than extra. Then the chicken had a gross skin on it. Not worth the money. I will never eat here again. Pretty sure what they charged me didn’t line up with what was the meal price either. Lastly, asked for no veggies, and there were definitely a few veggies in there.

I keep holding out hope that Yoshinoya can get back to basics. Its a good product if its executed properly. My most recent visit I had uncooked brown rice, uncooked udon noodles, and cold chicken. This was after waiting 20 minutes for my take-out order. I was the only customer there at the time. Bottom line cooks and or management need re-training. Unless there is change I dont recommend this establishment at this time.

Service was Horrible. One person taking orders and serving them one at a time and with the patience of a lifetime. That woman moved slower than my great grandma. First off i orderd a combo xl wich portion sizes ate good, when it comes to food quality it was a 2/10 got the orange chicken and habenero chicken and what really made me gag was the chemical hand wash taste,secondly specifically ordered the new udon but got rice got a side was still disjointed as it was cold and stale, probably would never eat here again

Open till 3am everyday for some late night grub. Friendly staff. Beef Bowl, no complaints. Asian BBQ Chicken Wings, awesome. No crowd, so you can be in and out in minutes, though Ive only been here late nights. Good choice if you find yourself hungry at two in the morning and the usual fast-food burger will not do.

Really good food. I would always come here after my prenatal appointments. Theres a Carls Jr & In n Out near it and I would always choose Yoshi. Its bomb! Not as good as the store that I used to work at, but it came close!The cashier was so sweet. Was always the same cashier, totally didnt catch her name! Always clean amd stocked up! I ordered two tilapia combos with vegetables and two other combos to go, on the two tilapia combos it was missing the vegetables and I only noticed when I got home was really frustrated and I was not planning on going back just for the vegetables, not sure if they serve it with vegetables but cashier said yes. I believe they need more help at this place it was Sunday around 7: pm a big line and only four people or 3 working their really slow.

Food is good, never had any issues compared to other yoshinoyas. Only thing I noticed that I didnt particularly like was the cook was wearing these large wooden inner ear rings, not good for food sanitation,also another helper was wearing gold earrings. I was going to complain to the manager but my brother in law convinced me not to, avoid less quality in our food, if u know what I mean.

I was just at the Yoshinoya on Roscoe & Sepulveda in Panorama City. A customer came in and was standing around waiting for her phone order. Other customers came and gone, her order wasnt processed. She was quietly frustrated and canceled her order. I can see why... shortage of workers, and a manager who didnt even try to help the problem order, totally indifferent, and didnt lift a finger to help. Oh, why the shortage of workers? Because Yoshinoya discriminates against a class of people, in violation of Federal, California, and Los Angeles County laws.

It happens that I go to this Store. most of the time and order the same thing. Fish with rice and coleslaw. It used to be served in a platter and it was very good. I went out of my way to have lunch there. Corporate office dicided to put the fish in a bowl. I do not know what DEVIL made them do that. The cost of the rice or the coleslaw? The fish is still the same size. Unfortunately the fish comes DRY and DOES NOT fit in the bowl. I hope they see the drop on Sales and will go back to the setup that was working.

Passive aggressive at its finest. My order was a combo bowl with extra teriyaki sauce. When I saw that they forgot to add extra teriyaki sauce I asked if I could have just a bit of extra sauce, so the man at the counter takes my bowl goes to the kitchen and pours two fill laddles of sauce into the bowl. It was an exaggerated amount that the sauce was spilling onto the counter as he placed it in the bag. I just looked at him in disbelief. He smiled at me and said have a great day. I guess they dont like being asked for a bit more sauce. I felt like he was trying to teach me a lesson to never ask for extra sauce cause hell give the extra sauce alright.

It’s the only thing I get but I’m content with getting that because it’s amazing. Their is a lot of sitting area u never have to worry about not being able to have a seat. Any time i come here i get the beef bowl. Today i got the same thing and it had the strongest taste of ginger. I told one of the employees that it had a strong taste of ginger and she said they didnt use ginger in the beef and then i asked her to try it from their batch. She tried it and then her manager tried it. She said that the taste is the ginger they use in the sauce. I thought she said they didnt use ginger? I then said that i buy the same thing all the time and at different locations and its never tasted like that. She said every store uses a different sauce, which makes no sense at all. And then she said dont worry this is fresh we just opened all this is fresh none of it is left overnight. I hadnt even implied that despite the rice tasting like it was yesterdays batch. I come from afar to buy because the schedule says they close at 3 am, right now it is 2:30 am. And they tell me that it is already closed, they did not want to serve me, and there are other customers outside who were also surprised that it is closed, the workers are inside cleaning instead of serving customers.It is unfair that they do that because it means coming to customers to waste their time and waste gasoline.I suggest you be more responsible and more competent, since customer service should always be the most important thing.

Im not a fan of this food. I tried it when I was pregnant and I feel terrible about it. Now, after 4 years, Im eating it again. Lets see what happens... if I like it, Ill change my magazine.
