Ordered on Uber eats and the chicken was cold, no teriyaki sauce on my meat even tho it’s called teriyaki steak and the meat also had lots and lots of charcoal residue. The soda they gave us was super warm. The avocado that we paid extra for was disgusting. I advise not to order here period because as someone who also worked in a fast food environment I would not serve this period. Feel bad for the cashiers/order takers and front house people who hand out food like this putting trust into their cooks. They should also learn though to double check instead of trusting cooks who just set up the business for failure.

I got the app so last time I order from Azuza I had to go pick it up to El Monte but it was warm. It was delicious. They give me my condiments. This place is another one that I usually like to go to. I’m going to see pictures next time I do definitely recommend it.

Went back the counter to ask for teriyaki sauce, they forgot in the bag, and he acted as if I was lying about it. I asked 3 times and finally the kid turned around and grabbed the sauces he forgot to put on the bag sitting on the counter behind him and handed them to me. No sorry, not even eye contact cuz we both know who was wrong.

Food was good however cannot say the same about the customer service, the girl at the register named desiree, was giving my boyfriend and I some attitude making us feel pressure to order quickly. She was doing the same to a lady ordering in front of me and poor lady kept getting interrupted, desiree basically was like what do you want? Can u like tell me exactly and making us and other customers rush to order... Maybe she was having a bad day but made us feel unwanted here.

If you want to feel ignored, this is the place for you. Standing in line, by myself, no one in front of me, for over 5 minutes before acknowledged. Four workers in sight. 😑 Can’t comment on the food, as this review is being posted while I wait to be of existence. The girl who walked from the back, and took my order, was nice however. I’d put her name but she didn’t have a name tag on such as the other girl.

The service was pretty good. Friendly staff and everything. Got a little busy during the time that we were there. Overall they were attentive to what we needed. The food was just average. Nothing really special. The brown rice was very bland to be honest. But thats what it is. The not so fried rice was tasty and good alternative. The thin Cotton beef is pretty standard for this place. Overall its a good cheap place.

The night shift manager is absolutely a remarkable and passionate leader to have working for her company and they are lucky to have such a inspirational colleague. On the other hand the food was delicious, I ate 2 entire plates to myself because I couldnt stop after the first one. Will definitely consider having social gatherings here and dining on this lavish but simple cuisine that this restaurant has to offer.

Ordered Salmon Teriyaki, asked for a little extra teriyaki sauce because there is never enough to cover the rice, I have had same plate at other Yoshinoyas and they give extra teriyaki for no charge they want to charge $1. The Salmon was dry and hard. I asked for only carrots and broccoli but they wouldnt do it. For 11 or 12 dollars dont bother going to this Yoshinoya. There are other ones that have better quality & better service

Wow the service is questionable. As soon as I drive up to the window and handed my card for payment, the clerk comes back and asked if I have cash. She mustve pressed the wrong button. However I dont have cash which is why I handed the card. She then comes back and asked what my order was again so I answered. It took about nearly 10 minutes while I was on the window to have her restart my order so she can put that my payment is card and to reenter my order. I was pretty disappointed. Then, my beef bowl was filled with so many onions.

Ordered (2) side orders and both were very low in the amount of food offered, but this is a regular occurrence where half of the time the portions are less than half of what is offered at another time or location. I am fed up with the inconsistency and will no longer patronize Yoshinoya. Not to mention the person working there wanting to debate about weight and portions; horrible experiences.

I have had the worst experience at this restaurant as they had me waiting for almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. I just ordered two regular bowls with one with white rice and the other with not so fries rice. There were like four people in the front when I pulled up, but a small lady was left alone for 5 minutes taking orders inside and serving them and finally me. I thought that maybe the not so fried rice was the thing that was taking too long. But as soon as I got home, the rice was not so fresh. The rice on the edges were dried up and hard that I almost choked. Im really disappointed in this specific establishment. Poor service, take too long, and unsatisfactory food.

Id give this place more of a 4.5 or somewhere around 4.3 or 4.4 but I decided to round up instead of down.There is a multitude of things that makes this my go-to Yoshinoya. We can first start off with a service. Service here, even though it is a fastfood restaurant, is always great. I see that some of the people here did rate it lower because of service, usually in the drive-thru, but everytime I have come here, I have received quick and easy service. Sometimes getting my food in 3 mins. I have one instance here where I had to wait around 10 minutes just to order because of how busy the kitchen. That is why I would say this review is moreso around the 4.3 side.The food here is nothing to complain about. You get great and tasty food for a low price. If you want something fancier, than go to a Japanese restaurant. You know what youre getting when you come here, and its delicious for the price.The seating area here is on the nicer side, which is why this is one of my favorite ones. At other Yoshinoyas, I tend to take my order to-go, but here I like sitting around and eating because it is a bit nicer.Parking here is always plentiful. Most of the plaza is empty at all times because the bigger establishments here have closed down a while ago. There is just a Planet Fitness and some other chain stores that inhabit the area, but the crowds here are never to much.

Recently remodeled. Good, quick food. The beef bowl is similar to korean bbq. The rice is always great. Forks and napkinz are off to the side so while you wait for your food, grab them to save yourself on time. Chop sticks are available upon request. Great comfort food
