2023-10-14 02:26:05It’s so upsetting coming to a food place to basically order my food the way I want it 50 minutes before closing to be told they can’t cook my chicken well done because they stop cooking at a certain time! I know they are saying that to close early! I used to work for Yoshinoya and I know damn well that’s not right! Management needs to correct this!

2019-05-22 21:57:37Yoshinoya, is pretty awesome, no matter what, but this particular location is particularly great. The food was very tasty, fresh and delicious! The portion sizes were really good here. The dining room was clean and condiments were readily available. I would definitely return to this location if I were in the area, its very easily accessible from the freeway, and I know its great! I would definitely recommend.

2021-08-26 16:21:39I always check my chicken, they always cheat you on it. This place has nice staff but check your chicken before walking out the door. The beef was a lil old. But been eating Yoshi for 30 yrs so nothing keeps me away.Christy has really good customer service and very helpful.Kathy is awesome, she moves the line super fast, and is very friendly.I have been back plenty of times using up as many coupons as i can, and i have had nothing but good service.

2023-08-12 17:35:52Weve been going to Yo for many years so its pretty clear to us that the quality has taken a serious hit. We understand that getting good help is pretty tough these days, but this goes beyond this as weve watched the quality of the prepared meals decline on a consistently declining slope over the last year. As we always do, we ordered 3 combo meals. They were served practically dry -Maybe a couple of tablespoons of sauce for the entire meal. The rice was also dry. The veggies, what there were of them, were not only practically missing compared to only 6-8 months ago, but were badly overcooked. The teriyaki chicken was over-cooked, not tender and juicy like its always been up until now, and the orange chicken pieces were more like overcooked chicken tenders dipped in some orange sauce - very similar, but not quite as good as the bag of orange chicken you can buy from the freezer at Smart&Final. To top it off, when you order from the app you can no longer ask for extra sauce, only request No Sauce(!) If you want enough sauce to actually help make the meal taste the way its supposed to, you know, like teriyaki, youll have to pony up $ for a little, bitty cup of it about the size of a dipping serving at McDonalds. Weve started taking a bottle of our own teriyaki sauce with us in anticipation of Yos new recipe. Oh! Not too forget, the original beef thats comes with the classic combo meal is much lower in quality than it used to be - a LOT more fatty than in the past. We no longer order it.To be fair, the front-end employees are always very friendly and accommodating, but whoever is setting the policy for the actual meal preparation and QC, whether it be at the corporate level or the local franchisee... Well, if we do ever go back itll probably be a while. Weve stopped going as often as we used to for all the reasons and this last time on Aug 8 just put a cap on it for us. Our discretionary $$ spending for restaurants of all types is undergoing a massive downsizing so when we do decide to go somewhere you can bet were going to be a lot more descriminating in our choices.

2023-10-06 20:31:32This is my favorite Yoshinoya location of all time. They always hook it up, serving good sized portions and the people working there seem to always be chill and welcoming.

2023-08-06 22:03:57The only good thing is the food, cashiers are horrible, they cant pay attention to detail! I told the girl i wanted a combo xl three times and she put it down as a regular plate! It was not even busy! Unacceptable

2023-06-13 03:40:33Terrible!!! Food was cold done in like 2 minutes. Meat no flavor my husband had to recook it. Along with the dumplings being rock hard and them putting a single slice of avocado on our bowls. Do not eat here (go to wabagrill

2022-05-16 04:37:30This location is the closest one near my home and its quite a drive but I love Yoshinoya in general as they never fail with their original beef and veggies. However, it seems every time they bring something new I try it and its such a fail that I end up disappointed. I tried their noodles and they are super thick and flavorless. The location is clean in general and the service is pretty quick even though it was packed when I got there but the only down side is that we had to eat in our car since they don’t allow to dine in past 6:30pm. I will be back but would be sticking to my usual order.

2023-07-23 03:32:30Always came here when in town. I dont know what happened to this place... feels ran down and dirty and workers seem so miserable and not friendly. Also the past times tried to come here they closed about 30 minutes before it says.
