I was craving the food here because in Asia this fast food chain is super delicious. I got the combination protein. It was okay and not even closer to the tastes I was accustomed to. The service people was nice and my order came out quick.

Food came out super fast! Food had been just sitting back there! Orange chicken was hard as a rock, cold. Rice was cold, inedible, taste like plastic! Horrible experience! Salmon had a weird taste to it!

Highly disappointed. Theyre using a quarter amount of the chicken now I had one broccoli one carrot it has half the amount of rice that used to have they dont use jasmine rice anymore and it tasted old and dry I waited 50 minutes to order 30 minutes to get my food and I drove home and they gave me the wrong chicken they give me habanero not teriyaki. And the coleslaw is very small for the price theyre charging they might as well put in the container thats 1/4 of the size of the container that actually put it in. But stingy stingy stingy and all the employees were not happy no one was smiling theyre acting like slow robots and ask for extra onions and they said I had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes because Im using the pan were drying burnt so theyre adding these onions for the food and if somebody wants a side they had to remake it wheres the quality control the management skills for the staff on top of that they dont have any more carrot cake. And the cashier was going to have me my drink Im in a wheelchair and I noticed the cup was uneven but she looked at it and still handed to me and I know the lid will not fit. Management needs to clean house and fire everybody and hire a really productive crew whose 20 care about the corporation and the people who choose to eat there!!!

They were out of brown rice, regular rice, and they were just running out of everything. They gave us everything but some of the rice was missing, and the veggies and some of the chicken, my Thia tea was half missing. It was a disaster. There was a lot of chicken skin and sauce but a little chicken.

Big improvement! I avoided this place for at least a year for bad service, dirty restaurant and miniscule servings. Today is my second visit in two weeks, I wanted to make sure it wasnt a fluke.. it wasnt. The service has greatly improved, not great but improved! The restaurant itself seems to be cleaner! The beef bowl, tasted consistent! I got a free 5-piece serving of gyoza on both visits courtesy of the app. The cashier customer service still needs some tweaking but the beef bowl, tasted as I remember!

Its a very convenient place to stop for a quick bite to eat. The staff is really friendly and courteous. The order process was fast. I was in and out in seven minutes. And the price is quite reasonable.

This Yoshinoya Was Terrible In Serving A Proportion Amount Of Each Of Our Plates And Very Messy. My Experience Of A 38 Year Customer Which I Started In Temple City, To The Difference Now. Very, Very Poor Service An Quantity Of Serving An Satisfying Customers........

I ordered some drinks and they were supposed to come with boba, but they didn’t have any boba left and I was ok with that. They charged me full price for a half full drink with no boba. They didn’t even add anything complimentary to compensate for no boba. I don’t recommend going to this branch ever.

Quality of food has gone down considerably in my last three visits. My specific cashier was friendly. Transients have always been around this location. Yoshinoya used to be our familys favorite place to go for something different, unfortunately, this will probably be our last visit. There are many other places with better quality of food. The only thing that is good that hasnt changed is the packets of pickled ginger, everything else the quality is just not the same anymore.
