I was craving the food here because in Asia this fast food chain is super delicious. I got the combination protein. It was okay and not even closer to the tastes I was accustomed to. The service people was nice and my order came out quick.

Highly disappointed. Theyre using a quarter amount of the chicken now I had one broccoli one carrot it has half the amount of rice that used to have they dont use jasmine rice anymore and it tasted old and dry I waited 50 minutes to order 30 minutes to get my food and I drove home and they gave me the wrong chicken they give me habanero not teriyaki. And the coleslaw is very small for the price theyre charging they might as well put in the container thats 1/4 of the size of the container that actually put it in. But stingy stingy stingy and all the employees were not happy no one was smiling theyre acting like slow robots and ask for extra onions and they said I had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes because Im using the pan were drying burnt so theyre adding these onions for the food and if somebody wants a side they had to remake it wheres the quality control the management skills for the staff on top of that they dont have any more carrot cake. And the cashier was going to have me my drink Im in a wheelchair and I noticed the cup was uneven but she looked at it and still handed to me and I know the lid will not fit. Management needs to clean house and fire everybody and hire a really productive crew whose 20 care about the corporation and the people who choose to eat there!!!

They were out of brown rice, regular rice, and they were just running out of everything. They gave us everything but some of the rice was missing, and the veggies and some of the chicken, my Thia tea was half missing. It was a disaster. There was a lot of chicken skin and sauce but a little chicken.

Big improvement! I avoided this place for at least a year for bad service, dirty restaurant and miniscule servings. Today is my second visit in two weeks, I wanted to make sure it wasnt a fluke.. it wasnt. The service has greatly improved, not great but improved! The restaurant itself seems to be cleaner! The beef bowl, tasted consistent! I got a free 5-piece serving of gyoza on both visits courtesy of the app. The cashier customer service still needs some tweaking but the beef bowl, tasted as I remember!

Its a very convenient place to stop for a quick bite to eat. The staff is really friendly and courteous. The order process was fast. I was in and out in seven minutes. And the price is quite reasonable.

I ordered some drinks and they were supposed to come with boba, but they didn’t have any boba left and I was ok with that. They charged me full price for a half full drink with no boba. Quality of food has gone down considerably in my last three visits. My specific cashier was friendly. Transients have always been around this location. Yoshinoya used to be our familys favorite place to go for something different, unfortunately, this will probably be our last visit. There are many other places with better quality of food. The only thing that is good that hasnt changed is the packets of pickled ginger, everything else the quality is just not the same anymore.

I love yoshinoya.. Im really disappointed they dont serve the sesame wings anymore, but Im sure its for a reason. I went there a couple days ago and in the evening time and the cashier girl ( sorry dont remember the name) was very helpful and kept it very professional for a high stress time..I had a lot of questions and she answered them all without getting rude and I thank her for that. Food was delicious as always. Its busy, so dont mind the wait 5-10 min. Thank you!!!

There was a beggar standing out side the door asking for money, the parking lot was full of skateboarders and drug addicts on bicycles, lots of for traffic going in and out of the 7-eleven. It did not feel like a safe place to eat so I took my food to go.

Very fatty beef, the chicken was decent...a little expensive for the mediocre quality of the food, almost $20 for the two plates. There are many issues with this place going from customer service to orders and also portions. The portions seems smaller than other yoshinoya, the cook as customers can see are a bit lazed put in their work as they just rush to get the food out as if they want to finish fast, the person managing the register, whose name I think i remember is Christine or something, is very rude as when i place my order, she immediately said, okay thats it right? No changing your order, which was rushed and rude as I was hoping to change my order to a different protein but didnt. Unless things change from staff to the service, I am seeing this store is gonna be shut down anytime in the near future

Yoshinoya is not the greatest place to get Japanese food but not bad for something quick. This is one of the oldest and best Yoshinoya locations Ive been to. It says a lot for lasting in this location for so long. The quality of food is better than your avg Yoshinoya. I had a bad experience with one in Tustin. The combo bowl was good. The chicken and beef proportions werent bad as it felt nicely balanced compared to other places where they give you more rice than meat so you always end up with leftover rice or have to eat rice alone after eating all the chicken, beef, and vegetables. Place is pretty busy but not crowded since pretty spacious with lots of tables and chairs.

Not everyone likes yoshinoya....But I happen to like having a bowl of rice tipped with soy stewed meats. They have gone up in price in recent years but to me this is comfort food. Sometimes you might agent a bowl where the soysauce was just topped off so its not as fragrant, but I thinks its still tasty. They have added a lot of other options now including chili shrimp, grilled fish, orange chicken, and steak. Might be worth trying at some point but I think I would just stick to the classic beef bowl

The night staff were really awesome and laid back. Professional courteous yet mellowed out. The only negative is you have weird tweakers and homeless there but that’s not yoshinoyas fault.
