I ordered my food through Uber eats. As soon as I opened the box meal I noticed my noodles weren’t fully cooked plus my strawberry boba drink literally taste like water!!Props to my Uber eats driver for delivering my food quick👌🏻

1) Informed me after placing my order that they were out white rice (on a Thursday night at 6pm?) and asked if I would take brown rice which I was okay with (I actually prefer it, but didnt know it was an option). Got my plate and got...white rice. 🤷🏽2) For my combo bowl I ordered their hot gydon beef and habenero chicken thinking theyd be spicy. Sadly I was disappointed with both proteins. The beef was actually bland with almost no spice, hot or otherwise.3) The music was too loud. I get that they are next to some colleges and Im 51, but the mix was atrocious. (think 90s & aughts 3rd rate R&B and dance music). If your going to make it loud, at least make it good.4) The kid who took my order; nice & informative. The only highlight of the dinner.

The restaurant was clean when I entered. The service was very slow and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my 2 large bowls. The lady that took my order was also unkind and seemed impatient. The food was pretty fresh, but the portion was smaller than normal. This location is inconsistent with portion sizes. Even with the coupon, the food was barely worth it.

Little dude ate a combo bowl. Loves the Original Beef and Orange Chicken with white rice and veggies. You add 3 ginger packets and you got a meal. He beat his older brother and sisters at eating his meats and veggies. Food can be pricey on it own but coupons almost cut the price in half.03/14/2023Came in early and they had a small line that was taking longer than usual. Manager was going over what seemed like promotion paperwork with a current employee in the back dinning lobby. That caused a slow down and Marco and the cook were able to deal with the line as quickly as possible. Marco provided excellent customer service for the extended wait.Got some good late 80s, early 90s top hits that go well with the atmosphere. Also perfect audio level to keep your conversations private while not overdoing it.

I got two Combo XL bowls, with two different meats, and they put very little of it. They took long to getting the food ready. I also got the boba, but it’s filled with too much ice. Even though I told the cashier to do “light ice.” I would highly recommend to stay away from this Yoshinoya location.

This will be my first bad review. I Really try to understand people In the food industry since I am also in customer service. I’ve had two bad experiences here with Juliana. She has terrible customer service. Very rude how she speaks to customers. Not sure why employers would have her in front of the house taking orders.

Its alright. Compare to the yoshinoya is asia, this is not even close. They serve their rice bowl with vegetables, so its a plus for healthiness. But you cannot get shabu shabu, salmon rice bowl or any special items that are served in asian. Fortunately, the beef tastes as good as the store in Japan. Keep up the good work yoshinoya.

Never coming here again. Horrible service, the dude doing the cooking, blond tinted hair and beard, is playing a boombox at full blast, while the store music is also playing. The dude trying to take orders can’t hear what is being told to him. I ordered avocado and they gave a half unripened avocado with the skin from the seed left inside of it! Who the the actual store manager is that person really needs to this crew under control.

Their app and front counter customer service sucks!! They kept on telling me to go sit down and figure out how to use the app yourself!! They said they don’t deal with the app?! No training on how to order online, or find solution? I had to end up spend 15 minute figuring out their poorly made app. I can’t even pay cash! What a waste of time! I bought the large Hanabi Hot Gyudon beef with vegetable bowl. Taste was not good. Their standard beef bowl taste a lot better.

Made a phone call on May 22, 2023 at 5:34pm. Picked up by a male staff with bad attitude.I was asking about the price for Kids Bowl, he asked me to look at the website myself because he doesnt know. I said there isnt kids bowls price on your website thats why I call and i planned to make 40 people order. He said he cant take phone order, I have to order on the website. And i was like ???? But there isnt the kids option on the website???He is being rude and not helpful the whole time. Bad experience. The owner if you know who i am talking about, you should fire him.

Largely decent experience, responsive to the customers, follow instruction or dietary request, as opposed to some of their sister joints. Wish they would substitute rice with veggie though, to which some others locations accommodate. It tastes like refrigerated veggie anyway. It’s not a little expense, and extra large combo, with a soda, could easily be close to an Andrew Jackson!

Employees are not that respectful but RUDE and gives you attitude by just asking about your order. The beef bowl quantity is no longer the same as before and the price went up. No condiments included with my order. They didnt even bother to ask if I wanted condiments. AVOID this store location if you can

Sorry there are no pictures of the quantity I received, but pictures would of not shown how much I really got. I did post a pic of my receipt to prove that I did order what I am talking about. I ordered there new Combo XL. Its suppose to give you 50% more meat. But in reality you are getting maybe 3 extra pieces of chicken and the beef is just spreaded out further in the bowl since they place the vegetables in a seperate bowl. Its not worth the extra buck. Just stick with getting the regular Large Combo. But the food presentation was great and tasty. Its always great to come here for great tasting food. 😋

The last 3 times I’ve went to get a chicken bowl they only give you 4 pieces of chicken and barely any rice . If you want a chicken bowl go to Waba where they give you more than 4 pieces of chicken and teriyaki

Cashier wouldnt accept my cash. She said only debit or exact change then I see the next customer paying with a $20 wich was what I was going to pay with. Then shes like were out of clam chowder im like ok. So they gave me gyoza cold by the way and the food was so skippmed out looks they were in poverty giving me very little chicken little rice and almost no veggies.Oh. And I asked for a regular bowl amd she gave me a large. I didnt notice untill they served me my cold food that was waiting there.

We love Yoshinoya food, but unfortunately some managers dont deserve to be working there.This afternoon my family and I went to this location.We asked them to have the chicken extra well done we was agreed to wait.They told us 10min of wait.After that time they gave us a wrong order, I asked a Hispanic employee about my order he was very kind but I guess the MOD wasnt, an Asian guy looked very upset of.my claim.Fortunately my receip showed that they made a mistake.

I usually do not like to leave a review unless the service was really good or really poor. In this case it is the latter as I arrived there with 7 people waiting on the side and I was sure if they had ordered. But after asking someone they all confirmed they ordered and so I went off to place my order which was not a problem. After 20-25 min later everyone had left with their food and a new batch of 7-8 people arrived and order. At this point I was extremely upset as this is suppose to be fast food. I went to cashier and ask if my food was ready and provided my number. The person informed me that he is going to make it right now. At that point I had enough and requested a refund. At the end I had no food and wasted about a half an hour of my time.Avoid this location at all cost. Horrible slow service and employees that frankly do not care about your time. Would give it a -5 star if I had the option.

Food quality is really good but the quality of the packing is really different depends on who packed.I ordered XL combo, it supposed to be comes with side veggies. However they put the vegi inside of the box with meat.If i get this quantity and quality, why I ordered xl instead large combo. Pay more and less food is disappointing me. 🤣I didn’t complain it on the store because they look busy. However, no matter how you much you are busy job must be done right.I usually visit this store almost everyday.So far got some few mistakes but it’s okay.But wish the mistake is less than the other Yoshinoya store.

The service was quite good. Cynthia was very helpful and seemed to enjoy the fast pace at the counter. While the variety of food was a surprise, the single drink size was a downer. The menu has been revamped, and Id get their not so fried rice, grilled steak, teriyaki chicken and vegetables. The original is still there, and still what i remember, although is probably skip their lobster stew, and walnut shrimp.

Now i know not to eat here $11.00 for a plate that has less portion i am use to getting at other yoshinoya. Honestly I KNOW NOW I rather go to subway quicker and you leave full. I also worked with Yoshinoya I WANST ALLOWED TO HAVE A RING ON your working with food dont want to cross comtaminate. looks like the managers failed with there new hire and not keeping an eye on them. Review update: several months later. The place and quality of many things are degrading and theres a weird scene of smell here in this restaurant. The first thing that hit you wasnt the tasty smell of the food but instead, it is some kind of weird smell. The food is still fine, for now.

The food is good and fresh. They offer student discounts. Its always crowded since Mt. Sac is across the street and students always catch lunch here, including myself. The down side or atleast to me is that the employees always choose the moat crowded time to mop and the asian lady is so rude, she will mop under the table your eating. I find that rude, its ok to keep it clean, but choose an appropriate time. Other than that fast service and oh, there is no restroom.

I was there yesterday just passed 7pm. I ordered combo beef and chicken, sauces on the side and a drink. Got home with no spoon or forks and napkins. Sad part, I got only 2pcs small slices of chicken and just a little portion of beef. For about close to $10.0 . Really disappointed and I didnt even enjoy eating the food.

AT 9PM AUg 1st, 2018, me & my son had Large Beef....Did not taste the same. My son said bland as hell and splash on soy sauce multiple times. For me, like the beef was old, not fresh. I also splash on soy sauce 2-3 times and only ate 2/3 of it. Quantity were also about 15% less than what I use to get.
