This is our go to Sushi place now since social distancing started. Of the many many times weve gone here, theyve always prepared well made Sushi and excellent quality for the price. Is it the best sushi restaurant ever? No. But we cant shell out $200+ every week or so for that kind of sushi. But for around $50, you can get a pretty decent meal for 2 at this place with really good quality for the price. We used to go to Sai in Yorba Linda but the last few times we went, they changed their portion sizes and didnt enforce social distancing for their patrons or even at the bar right next to where they were preparing the food.Weve had no such experience here. In this area, if you can get quality sushi for a decent price, thats a steal.The last time I went, I noticed the mood of the staff was a bit somber and the chef seemed despondent. I really hope it doesnt mean theyre suffering from lack of patrons. I hope the community continues to support them so they continue to stay in business.I highly recommend their vegetable tempura and rainbow roll!

Fresh and authentic Japanese food. Nice ambience and excellent service. Sashimi is really fresh and there is a wide selection of sushi. Miso soup is great, not too salty like many Japanese restaurants. The avocado salmon sushi is my favorite. Definitely worth the drive to this restaurant.

This place is so yummy!! The inside is very cute, and the owners are very nice. The food is absolutely delicious! Theres a pad lock on the door, but its definitely open and definitely delicious!

Need a shout out for this hidden gem! This place is so under rated! Line should be out the door. Sushi portions are good, freshness and taste is out the door. My husband n I ordered almost all the sushi on the menu we ate just one piece each, was the best idea so youre not too full. Albacore, Amberjack, Bluefin Toro, Yellowtail, Uni, Unagi, Halibut, Squid, Spicy Tuna cut, just to name some. The highlight was the Black cod. Everything was so amazing that I forgot to take photos at the beginning!

Ordered the combination dinner, $30 bucks. Oh, can I get an extra Miso soup(about6oz)? $35 bucks now, WOW. Need to learn how to make my own soup. Next, mixed Sashimi used to come on little bars of rice. Nah, lets just toss them all together in a little container, reduce the quantity, and no more rice.When did you guys stop caring???

The service is really bad and the waiters and staff are extremely rude. This was the one of the best sushi restaurants around until the changed the third time to new owners and now don’t even bother to go here!

Best sushi in Anaheim Hills. Very fresh and perfect sized bites. They have your traditional rolls but their specialty rolls are unbelievable. Try the shishito yellow tail roll with truffle oil. So delicious 😋 great service too!

We have been going for many years, they have changed ownership a few times. We have returned after Staying away for a while, so far so good. They offer a good selection of sashimi specials and a few that a difficult to find elsewhere. Limited inside seating along with outside dining. They said the bar should be reopening in the next few weeks.

I came here forever due to the quality of the sushi and fresh fish that was used. Recently came back and was informed was under new ownership, looked at the 1/2 empty sushi / fresh fish bar and KNEW, I was not going to be happy. The new management has ruined the rep of this place for those of us that have enjoyed coming here for decades enjoying the fresh and reasonably priced fish. New owners must of thought saving a few $ on the fish would be a plus, but instead it is a loosing mindset as they have lost many customers and have even seen people curse the new owners for ruining a great Japanese sushi experience. :( The rest of the cooked standard Japanese food is what I ate and was still on par. That being said, I can get that anywhere else and will not be returning again :(

Great place for lunch! Delicious food, attentive and freindly service. Usually miso soup isnt worth eating but theirs is very good. The salad is really fresh and i love the ginger dressing. The teriyaki salmon is really good, i love the vegetable and shrimp tempura as well. I was a little disappointed with the eel and salmon sushi that came in my bento as it seemed a little skimpy but it was tasty. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. There is ample parking. I highly recommend.

Dont be deceived by new owners. This restaurant has gone down ever since ownership has changed earlier this year. Its such a shame to really change this restaurant for what it was known for, the neighborhood sushi restaurant charm. I didnt dine here because the fish was tasty. I came back almost weekly because of the chefs and the servers. When Mitz-san left, I thought, okay well at least Kin-san is still there but since new ownership, they fired Kin-san because they wanted him to work more hours. So that long lasting relationship with the chefs are now gone. So at least the food should be still decent right? WRONG. Fish quality has gone down as well, Im sure to cut costs or probably go with their cheap suppliers. So, sorry to say, I will advertise to all of my friends to not bring their business here.If youre dining here for the first time this year, yeah its another sushi joint that blasts korean music, its hustling, bustling. Save your money, go across the street. You know where it is.

Stopped here because it was on the way home waiting for traffic to die down. Was actually really good 👍. Service was prompt and friendly. Our meal arrived quickly and the quality was very fresh. Would definitely give it 5 stars all around.

My husband and I absolutely love this place! The sushi and sashimi are really good and the service is great. Sitting at the bar is a must not only for the free edamame but it’s always fun talking with the sushi chefs.

We went back after Covid and the experience was not good, not good at all.The people were nice, the interior little changed, which was fine, BUT THE FOOD!! OMG, FONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT A TOTAL STEP DOWN !!It’s now on out list of places we don’t go to
