Such a lovely place! The owner is super friendly and passionate about what shes doing. We had a tarte with avocado and coconut/lemon which was to die for (still dreaming about it). They roast their own beans which means you get excellent coffee as well. We also bought some flavored salt and pickles. There are lovely gifts such as body scrubs, tea, salts... All handmade and organic! ❤️Just one thing I would be more happy about and our planet as well: not only single use cups and boxes/cutlery. There are many other beautiful options which would be so much better avoiding this unnecessary amounts of trash all over the world. Everyone can do a little thing for our planet 💕
Just perfect. Delicious feta wraps are a quintessence of simplicity and flavor. So difficult to achieve but they got it just right. One of our highlights of the trip to Joshua tree.
Charming cafe off the highway, if you drive too fast you might miss it.Stopped here to get some munchies for the road back to LA and was pleasantly surprised by the bountiful “Hummus Box” and a vegan cinnamon bun.Delicious!
This place was fun. Organic pastries, teas, and coffee. The owner showed us around the property. We sat on the porch shaded by coffee sacks in comfort sheltered from the beautiful sun of Yucca Valley. I will go back to visit again

Great little vegan spot near Joshua Tree NP. A small but mighty menu, we got the vegan chili, the 50/50 wrap, and a coconut banana cupcake. The flavors were incredible, portions generous. And they treated us so kindly, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. You can tell they care deeply about providing great service and making great, quality food. Not exaggerating when I say we might stop in every weekend from now on!

Very lucky to find this delightful and delicious spot in Yucca Valley, near Joshua Tree. We were so hungry after our hike and wanted something healthy and satisfying. We ordered the vegan chili, eggplant toast, matcha oatmilk latte, and ginger lemonade. Perfect!
I’m vegan and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to find food while in Joshua tree. Not did I find vegan food, but this food was INCREDIBLE! I got the hummus wrap with avocado and vegan chicken. They also gave my dog some dog treats. Loved it!
Amazing food, chickpea salad is so good on pita and so is all their delicious, wholesome, fresh organic food! Don’t miss the brownie, it’s to die for! Bring the food to the park or eat it there, and try their chili!! Wish it was open later but just happy it is still there.

This place is an absolute gem tucked away on the road to Joshua Tree. Fully vegan with a bit of Mediterranean flair (at least the way they index on eggplant).The eggplant toast is fantastic, and so is the 50/50 wrap. Tried the mango immunity and chocolate sunbutter smoothies — both delectable. And got the saffron rose rice pudding which just melts in your mouth.Oh and the service is great. Super kind, super fast. Definitely coming back.

Great coffee, super nice people working there! They had us try their pineapple vegan honey which is amaaazing! The smoothies look really yummy. There are benches outside to sit which was really nice. Highly recommend stopping here! We will be back.

The perfect little vegan takeout-out place, I was hangry after a long road trip and my kids don’t exact vegan so this place was a good-send. I got the vegan chili (so good, filling) and the pesto-cado (pesto avocado) “wrap” with pita and a side salad. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back before we head out of town!
Amazing food vegan or otherwise. Coffee was great and paired well with the pumpkin cup for dessert. Got us ready for a day in the park. Skip the greasy brunch places and head out here for some healthy food!

The Pestacado is heaven! Housemade pesto with arugula on top of a halved avocado and eat it with pita! Sooooo good!
We dropped in last weekend after having passed it many times and was so happy we did. I didnt have the coffee because the pastries were so dominantly displayed. They were not the expected usual kind. They were so unique in ingredients, texture and flavor. Just like the desert. Amazing. Please continue making these. The owners mom bakes the carrot cake and that too was fresh and delicious. Youre a part of our weekend trips to 29P now!! 😃

SERIOUSLY AMAZING. There arent a ton of healthy options in the area so I was dying to try this place. It completely blew us away! The salad and eggplant toast were otherworldly. The mango immunity drink was bomb. 10/10. I will be back for sure! I wish they were open during the week!
We were so excited to find this gem in Yucca Valley. They have unique and delicious dishes. They also have the best desserts, coffee and tea drinks. Their service is excellent, very friendly and their prices are very reasonable. Their food is very healthy with a Persian touch. Vegans and vegetarians will love this place.If you are on your way to Joshua Tree or the Big Morongo Nature Preserve, make sure to stop in for many treats at this one of a kind place.
I was in the valley for a week..And the Organic Market Cafe was the first place I ran into! Love at first taste, simply fabulous. April, the pretty woman behind the counter is a master baker . She knows her business . And Ray the owner is fabulous and funny. He is very creative and brilliantly friendly. I went there 3 times well with the exceptions of the two days being closed. Just finished Aprils Apple muffin, YUM!What a beautiful desert gem. If youre in Joshua Tree area and looking for a local coffeeshop with special touches, then this is it!
This place is a MUST if youre spending time in Yucca Valley or heading to Joshua Tree. Ive been here twice now; once for lunch (the sampler plate and the rice pudding were wonderful!) And once for a snack on the way home from a day hiking in Joshua Tree (we loved the Coco Rosie hot chocolate, an Earl Grey latte, and the Fluffy Cake!) I cant wait to come back.
My 7 year old daughter loves the vegan chili- “so delicious and flavorful!” We appreciate finding somewhere organic too. Sweet place full of character and friendly owners. And the rose mint ice tea = a hit as well.
This place is super cool. Its a little quaint spot to get coffee, pastries, jams, organic flours, honey, tea, craft sodas, and much more. Met the owner today and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sounds like hes got his hands in a little bit of everything including the Joshua tree chamber of commerce and a solar business. He also said they are gping to be opening the building in the back of the lot as a little club / piano bar for music events and such. Cant wait! Will definitely be stopping back in here on the regular.
One of the best organic cafe/markets around...and the owners are so awesome! Highly recommend the Lebanese bread with the hummus! They also have amazing peanut butter, banana and granola balls - vegan, organic and amazing!
Stop in for the healthy pastries made by a fitness expert, Miss April. She makes this brownie cookie to die for. Believe me, I dream of it daily. The amazing Ray who is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the most amazing tea Ive ever had, and the local lore, I never want to leave because its such a pleasure conversing with the guy. Such a charming place, with an old school vibe, so much rich history. I highly recommend it. Cant wait to go back!

Best kept secret in the desert! Feels like a local favorite but with an everyone’s welcome vibe.Great selection of unique all organic coffees and teas. If ur coming from LA, this is the only place with healthy vegan options and treats in the desert.The service was amazing. Had a great conversation with the owner Ray who is such a great person and very knowledgeable on nearly every subject, as well the fitness expert, body building champion and pastry chef April, about all the best things we should do and see on our visit to Joshua Tree.Great owner Ray also showed us his antique shop and private club behind the cafe. It has amazing antiques for the best prices—we visited nearly every other antique shop in the area on our trip and Ray’s selection, quality and prices could not be beaten.Great owner Ray’s Organic Market Cafe and Antique shop is definitely a must visit for anyone visiting the area!
In a word - stop here and get a snack. Warm friendly and very savvy about the area. The bunny ears were just a treat and in celebration of Valentine’s Day. And the cascara coffee was delicious and has transformed my concept of coffee. Delicious pastries. And hummus.

NOT ALL VEGAN! Despite the sign out front that say “Fresh Vegan Cafe,” I was very disappointed to learn that the eggplant ricotta toast that I ordered and ate was made with goat cheese. They should change the sign to say Vegan friendly or Vegan options, and the staff should definitely inform customers of any dairy being used.
Good organic coffee and smoothies. Rustic wood interior. Frontier coffee on the corner down the street is often too packed so this is more quiet and has a little couch area to sit and enjoy...also good smoothies.

30 minutes for 2 drinks. Cashier helped a party of 3 in front of us. After he took their order he asked us for a minute. 10 minutes later I could he forgot about us and quickly came back to the cashier. Another 20 minutes and we finally got our drinks.

1 star for coffee...I have tried coffee from 4 continents, this is by far top contender for the worst I have tried. Tried both drip and spice. Not bland, but it was not good.3 star for tea.... my friend thought tea was better.

It took a long time for our food to be made and it wasn’t good. An employee stood outside talking to a customer for a long time instead of working. Another employee was rude when we asked if our food was ready. Even the coffee was bad.

The 50/50 plate with hummus and eggplant 🤤… I had a dream about it last night. We also got the supercado toast which would rival any avocado toast on the west coast.Can’t wait to go back!

Super sweet staff and plenty of healthy options- meals, snacks, and beverages. The chia rose water is a must try. So delicious and so hydrating. Outdoor seating.

2021-11-29 19:09:01We stopped by on our way back from Joshua Tree. This vegan cafe is like a hidden gem. I can’t tell you how delicious the food was. And everything on the menu is vegan. The person who took our order was very friendly and she brought our food to our car. Even there were few people waiting for the food, it took only 15 mins for our order. The chocolate cake is a must try. I cant wait to be back here.

2021-03-14 13:24:03I was on a road trip headed to Joshua Tree National Park and me and my friends were looking for food on the way and literally behold this amazing vegan cafe surfaces right ahead of us, which was perfect because there were two vegetarians in the car.I’m neither, I have no dietary restrictions but the 50/50 wrap was amazing, I thought about it all day afterwards and how I wish there was a Fresh Vegan Cafe back home in Los Angeles.Amazing food and staff, we also took many pictures outside of the restaurant for content on social media because the scenery around the place was so cool. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We are visiting for some hiking through Joshua Tree National Park and just stumbled across this restaurant. So grateful! The food is amazing. We had the 50/50 wrap for breakfast then the spicy hummus wrap for lunch. We had the cold brew for breakfast then the ginger lemonade soda for lunch. They gave us a sea moss trifecta of wellness products to try and a taste of the chickpea salad. Seriously, the customer service here is above and beyond, the food is fresh and flavor packed. I will absolutely be eating here all my future trips. Thank you guys for everything ❤🙏
