2023-08-23 18:44:36Glad we found another good dim sum place to go to. We went at 11am and it was not super busy, the restaurant started filling up closer to noon. It was relatively easy to find parking on the street. Most of the items we ordered were tasty. Especially recommend the century egg congee, roast duck, and salted egg lava bunOne dish that could be improved: Shrimp dumpling (har gow) wrapper kept sticking to the bottom and breaking.

2022-01-05 20:33:59No wait on a Sunday. Good size parking lot in the back with another larger one across from their parking lot. The food came out quickly. Everything was good. I was surprised by how much I liked their radish cake. Taro buns were a good ratio. My only dislike was the jellyfish (texture was good, taste was subpar)

2023-06-24 03:39:14The dining hall is a little run down considering its new ownership as far as aesthetics go.The food is REALLY REALLY well prepared! I dined in last month and have been really wanting to order take out. The dim sums are so nice and delicious. The fried rice isnt exactly the kind of fried rice I am used to so to each their own on this one.Parking is limited in the back, entrance is through the back. Service could improve as far as being more hospital to your customers no matter what kind of background (race) one may be.

2023-08-28 03:28:41Delicious food! The service was relatively quick. We ordered mostly the dim sum. Everything was tasty. Such great variety that it is hard not to find something that you would like. We also got the fried rice, and it was really well made. They dont let the tea run dry either.

2018-12-25 21:18:38Would give 4.5 stars if I could. Went with a group of 4 a little after 11am on Christmas eve. Really liked the decor and setup of the place, perhaps slightly more upscale than many dim sum places. Order from the menu, not carts. Some dishes that stood out as very good were the spicy lamb buns, pan fried daikon cake, and the dry beef chow fun. Soup dumplings were slightly above average and most of the other dumplings we tried we average. Staff was pleasant and overall it was a very nice dim sum.

2023-07-10 06:04:57I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Cantonese restaurant, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience from start to finish. The menu boasted an extensive selection of Cantonese delicacies. From the classic dim sum to dinner. The staff deserves a special mention for their impeccable service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to cater to my preferences. Their recommendations were spot-on, helping me explore the wide array of Cantonese flavors with confidence. For lunch, we had classic dim sum, and for dinner, we had different favorites, including spicy MaPo Tofu, roasted beef, and fresh steamed fish.I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an authentic taste of Cantonese cuisine in a welcoming and elegant setting.

2022-08-20 05:36:05Yum Cha Palace is a great place for dim sum for lunch and a great place for dinner before your concert at The Guild Theater. There is a fancy bar with lots of seats and a large dining area with plenty of tables. Service is always courteous, kind and fast. Dim sum is delicious and don’t forget to try the egg tarts. The crust is super flaky and buttery. The hai gow shrimp balls has whole shrimps in it not shrimp with a lot of filler. Chinese chicken salad is always a hit! Everything there is fresh and fantastic. Walking distance to the Menlo Park Caltrain station and lots of parking in the back public lots. Enjoy 😊
