Boba was cold. Sandwiches were plain and hard. Hard croissant and cold meats and cheeses. Better off making them myself at home. Overpriced. Took forever to get my food. And when I asked what the other sandwiches had in them she just said that and pointed at a picture and I asked what was inside and no explanation was given

GREAT smoothies I prefer the real fruit. Im not a fan of boba so I get it without.Some food items Ive never had.No AC it can be uncomfortable while waiting.25c surcharge for credit cards.

Their Vietnamese iced coffee is very yummy and the boba they make is really good!They use slightly big boba and the taste of the boba is great. Some boba at other boba shops either taste like nothing or like water.

I love the boba but when I got it from my school there was not tea and when I got it her there was tea idk if you have to ask then no tea but I didnt really like it with tea. Also they take forever the girl who is the crashed told me that it would be in 5 minutes and it was in 15 minutes, and the women who was making it was to slow because I saw her walking like a snail she was very slow and I think they need another person helping out 🐌🐌🐌🐌

My family and I absolutely love this place. Its super clean. Their food is Amazing ! We love their Boba the flavors are right on. The owners are very friendly. Love these guys!! If your a Boba fan and love good fresh food, definately a must try.

Been going here for YEARS- absolutely love the huge variety of options with snacks and an awesome winner every time arcade game with prizes. Quality and amazing service Annie the girl there is so nice! Love love love xxx

I used to go to Yum yum Yos before they shut down their frozen yogurts. They close later hours than the rest of the Boba stores around area which is convenient enough to grave a late light snack.

Good selection, but I think they have their young daughter helped out. She was not so friendly, could use a little customer service experience. Boba milk tea and ice tea taste great though.

I think Yum Yum Yo service is fine the wait times are a bit long but product is usually worth it. Sandwiches and drinks are both great. All in all good place to go grab a bite.
