Yume Japanese Cuisine in Lodi

Yume is one of the only places where you can get actually authentic sushi and ramen. The owner is so kind, puts real thought and effort into his recipes, and the results are incredible. The spicy tangy lemongrass ramen is so good I literally dream about it! The noodles are even freshly made. I highly recommend Yume if you want real food with real flavor!

Shared appetizers with my hubby for dinner. We had the tempura brussel sprouts, mixed tempura (veggies and shrimp), shrimp lollipops, eggrolls, and assorted sashimi. Food was hot and tasty. The fried brussel sprouts were very good. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

I travel all over the lower 48 for business, ALL YEAR LONG. So Ive eaten sushi in a lot of places. This is a mid range priced place with alot of sake options and lots of great wine from local vineyards, like Michael David. Great atmosphere and my server was attentive without being bothersome. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

So Delicious and comforting! We were there in October 2022. We had Tempura to start and then Udon. Perfection! Can’t wait to go back.

My friend has been raving about their black garlic ramen and I finally tried it. It was DELICIOUS! Its so flavourful and the noodles were perfect.

I had the sashimi and a spicy tuna roll and both were great. Solid food, good prices. I would totally come back here

We were referred to this restaurant and introduced ourselves to the owner, Masa. We asked Masa what he recommended and we ordered it all. Their dishes was absolutely delicious. We now have a new Japanese restaurant and will be backnfor more. Thank you Masa and The Yume Crew! #Kampai 🍶🍺

Delicious sushi. The owner and staff are all very friendly and always make you feel like a regular. Their sushi is incredible and the peanut chicken is the best comfort food in Lodi!

Yume is a very small and quaint sushi restaurant. The prices are relatively reasonable. My wife had the spicy pork ramen with egg, egg was cooked to perfection. She gave the ramen 5 stars. As for the two rolls we ordered, a crunchy rainbow roll, and a Philadelphia roll, they get a 3.5 star rating. The crunchy rainbow roll as you can see had to much sauce on it, I like my rainbow rolls with no sauce. The Philadelphia roll had regular salmon, not smoked salmon, apparently they were out. The service was 5 stars, very attentive waitress. If you dont like big lunchtime crowds, I suggest here.
