Tips:1. Park on ECR between 23 to 21st. Plenty of parking but not in front of the store.2. Order ahead and its quick and easy pick up.3. Hot sauce for kimbap not that spicy.Service:Owner lady super nice. Came out to greet us Elite yelpers. Another dude was explaining how things work there.Food:Its definitely one of the better kimbap Ive had. I prefer the beef not cut into small pieces but I think its not easy to cut the kimbap if beef are chunky but I had it chunky before.Flavor is good. Rice is good. I just dont know how she roll it because if you see the pictures, the sea weed wrapper is narrower than the rice piece.

We ordered the bulgogi beef, spam, and fishcake rolls. They were some of the best kimbap rolls Ive ever had. The staff was super nice, and our order was done in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Yumkimbap was something we were missing in the area! Finally we have true authentic Korean kimbap. Its nothing like TJ kimbap, you will know as soon as you get the taste of it. Its so fresh and scrumptious. We got beef yumkimbap and vegie yumkimbap at their pop-up shop today and it reminded me of a good time in Korea at one of our aunts house, eating her handmade special kimbap! And I learnt that Yumkimbaps founders are Korean and their chef is Korean nutritionist /mother/grandmother/aunt. Besides the taste and quality, I loved their packaging. Omg, you gotta try their chocolate mochi :) yum yum yum. Such smart, hard working people - thank you for bringing not just kimbap but insanely authentic, yummy YUMKIMBAP to the area! And their price is nothing you could easily find in this area. Thank you for that too, anyone can afford the best taste.

The beef kimbap is great! Meat is moist and flavorful. Balance of veggies, meat, and rice are great! Its great with or without sauce!Im so used to beef in kimbap being dry. This is my new go to spot for kimbap! The lady who works there with her mom is also really sweet. Pls support this family business! 🥰

As Im eating my delicious lunch, I felt the need to write a review for the OG fish cake and veggie kimbap. My goodness its delicious, perfectly flavored and their house made spicy sauce added just the right amount of spice and enhancement to the already delicious dish. Youve got a fan!

Their김밥 is okay level. I would rather make myself. Nothing special.I guess that they could make it better but due to the potential sesame oil allergy reaction to some people they don’t add as an ingredient in the rice.The spam was cold and smell from cooker. They used it ready cooked spam that was made many hours earlier.The steamed rice inside and veggies are little bit bland that they don’t add salt. Maybe too little I don’t know.The best gimbap place is either in Fremont or Dublin.Making 김밥 might be easy and this is not for something I would buy.I think that they are naive.

The whole family is unfortunately sick & we all just need something light & healthy. Luckily, on Insta, I read about YumKimbap & wanted to try it immediately. 2 orders of 12 rolls is enough for both lunch & dinner for 3 people. The OG Fishcake & the Beef Kimbap are SO GOOD. Im definitely returning & hopefully when Im not sick so these can taste even yummier.

First, YumKimbap is take out only.All you need to know its crazy delicious and healthy. Eat here, it wont disappoint.I fell in love with Kimbap at university where a local Asian market would sell it premade for cheap, this place tickles the nostalgia but replaces the sketchy daikon pickles with homemade daikon AND ITS SO GOOD.If you need something affordable and healthy, this is your place to go!

Although no expert, I’ve eaten a lot of kimbap in K-town and honestly this is the most delicious I have ever had. Flavors are subtle and nuanced, ingredients are fresh, and she uses Korean Gim, not Japanese nori which I happen to love. It’s thinner and super tasty. Highly recommend.

Im going to start by saying I NEVER leave reviews, but I cant not.I needed some kimbaps for my kids school function. A small order but I needed to pick up before they opened. I messaged them through IG, they responded quickly (within the hour!?) and said they could do it. The day of, I went to pick it up, it was wet and rainy, theres no parking at all, I circled twice. They saw me in my car, waved me down with my kimbaps in hand and ran it out to my car. You just dont get that service these days anymore. Oh, and the kimbaps are delicious. They will be on my short list for any future parties/functions (and of course, when Im craving single serving size kimbaps).
