Wow, true fresh hand made noodles, they literally sliced the noodles right in front of you, and it taste superb. This is the freshest hand made noodles in OC.We tried the following dishes:1. Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodles with knife shaved type noodles ~ the flavor of the broth was very rich with a little spice numbing kick to it, I love it, the noodles were so fresh and chewy, you can taste the freshness in every bite!!2. Shanghai Juicy Dumplings ~ my kids loved it so much we ended up ordering 4 orders. Yes 4 orders of it and they finished it all !! The dumplings was that good, even though the skin was not as thin as DTF but its up there!!3. Spicy Wontons ~ I honestly think that this is one of the best spicy wontons around, its smaller in size but the taste is very well balanced, they seasoned it very nicely!!4. Beef Wrap ~ the roll is huge and its very nicely seasoned with sesame oil and the beef is very well marinated and with the right amount of sweet bean sauce too!!5. Veggie Spring Rolls ~ perfect food for kids to enjoy churchy skin with veggies inside6. Fried Shrimp ~ typical tempura shrimpYES, 100% well definitely be back to try other dishes, the price is very very reasonable and the quality of the food was top notch!! If your into fresh noodles and juicy dumplings, this place is a must to try!!!

Today is the second day of opening, I caught up with it. What a luck. I ordered a basket of Shanghai buns, the meat is fresh and elastic, and the soup is fresh. Very delicious. I also ordered a bowl of spicy beef noodles. The noodles are handmade on the spot, and the chef is very professional.

By far one of the best noodle shops Ive been to in the past couple of years. Let me start off by saying my family, especially my son loves noodles. Weve tried a lot of noodle shops ranging from LA to OC and so far, Yummy Noodle ranks 1st for our family. We were seated quickly and service was excellent. The food came out quick, hot, and fresh. Everything was super flavorful and tasty. The ambiance is really nice too, the kids loved seeing the chefs behind the counter hand-pulling and hand-cutting all the noods, it was a great experience.We ordered:Lan Zhou noodle soup - 5 stars, I can eat this bowl on a daily basis.Steamed chicken - LOVED the sauce, sweet and spicy, but not too spicy, perfectly balanced.Veggie spring rolls - Bigger than most eggrolls you get at other restaurants, very flavorful and came out steaming hot.Beef wrap - OMG!!! the first beef wrap I ordered where they gave more beef rather than spring onions and cilantro.Xiaolongbao - Goodbye DTF, hello Yummy Noodle. Finally, I can get my high quality XLB while the kids enjoy a hearty bowl of noodles!!!Overall, if you havent tried Yummy Noodle yet, then youre missing out. Make sure to visit this place you wont regret it. Best of all, the pricing is super affordable, I was very surprised when I saw their pricing, for the quality and quantity of food, you cant beat it.

Heard about new opening noodle house, I went to try spicy beef noodle today . That was awesome!!! Nice environment to dining. Hand made noodle tastes great ! Service friendly. Ill definitely comeback again!

Clean, spacious, cozy atmosphere. Very friendly service. We had the dan Dan noodle and spicy beef noodle soup, absolutely incredible. Excellent flavor, good portions, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly service. A taste of Northern China is now in town. Their noodles are made on the spot very fresh and good. Their Chong Qing style spicy noodle soup is unique. The beef brisket noodle spicy or non spicy are equally good. Chinese beef burritos is good too. Their sides dishes were just as good. So far so good. Give them a try. Something difference than the Pho and Japanese noodles in town. Price is no bad. Comparable to Pho noodles.

I wanted to support a small business, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered spicy wontons and Dan Dan noodles. The spicy wontons tasted decent, but the portion size was quite small for the price. The Dan Dan noodles had a chewy texture, but unfortunately, the sauce was excessively salty, forcing me to stop after just two bites. I dislike wasting food, but it was too salty to continue. Honestly, I think Ill stick with Din Tai Fung in the future.
