2023-05-28 01:08:06Ordered the Yupdduk Oh $22 and added glass noodles $2. The portion can feed 3-4 people.. it’s pretty big! We waited for a good 30 min.. so give yourself some time when you come here! We got the mild spice and it was still too spicy for me. I want to go back and try the extra mild which the server said it’ll be sweeter. Apparently the original is equivalent to the fire noodles. Soo ask before getting the original.. it’s not packed inside but to go orders were consistent as we were there. This store is to the left of the supermarket. Parking is a bit hard so I’d suggest just to park anywhere you can since it’s a plaza and everyone shares parking. I definitely will be coming back since portion wise was big and a decent price.Update: they have new items on their menu!!

2022-05-01 10:40:12I mean it’s Yupdduk—can’t go wrong. Ordered 20 mins in advance, showed up and paid then enjoyed one Yupdduk (fish cake & rice cake doused in delicious sauce ranging from 5 different spice levels) w extra cheese & ramen noodles added + one cokes = $37. Well worth the price, as my partner and I had leftovers for two days after. There is a single restroom available inside reserved for customers only and it is very clean. Establishment has a B rating for whatever reason but all looks well inside.

2022-07-08 00:03:49If you like the chewy korean spicy rice cake dish, you will love it! It is bit spicy so I recommend ordering the rice dishes as a side. The portion was good enough to be shared and service as good as well.

2021-10-09 01:21:07Being an avid foodie and mukbang watcher, I was on the hunt for a good tteok-bokki and let me tell you..Yupdduk did NOT disappoint! The staff was friendly and patient while I navigated the unfamiliar menu and the meal exceeded expectations! There are several options to add if you like more variety. The portions are definitely large so bring a friend or plan for leftovers! (Unless youre a famous mukbanger or competitive eater lol) I guess it speaks for itself that Ive already come back less than a week later and dragged my boyfriend with. YUM!

2021-11-06 21:45:53Ordered the Mild YukDuk (#1) that has extra rice cake. Added extra rice cake and glass noodle, totaling $28. Keynote, they say the original spice level is the same as the Korean Spicy Chicken instant noodle, so you get a good idea how spicy this is. Mild is still pretty strong so most people should go for the extra mild. This bowl of food can feed two for both lunch and dinner, well worth the money.

2022-10-03 21:26:1210/3/22A nice place for family lunch regularly. We come here at least once a month, have some Yupdduk set, Jumbo rice, and Soondae. This time, we asked extra-mild spicy flavor and it was wonderful. Last time, we had just mild, thinking its not that spicy but it was, so we could not even finish it up. Come and try some of those we did, then youll never get disappointed!!

2020-10-04 01:53:19Just like yupdduk in LA, it is very spicy, so please order with respectable spiciness. I ordered Yupdduk mild, seaweed kimbob, and cheese stick. Amount of food was enough for more than 2 people and it really goes well with yocool. Im glad yupdduk came to Diamond Bar, so i dont have to travel all the way to LA! 😁

2021-01-12 05:20:23Korean restaurant with spicy offerings. They’re currently open for delivery (à la UberEats) / takeout during covid. Came here on a Sunday for lunch; called ahead and my food was ready ~20 min later. There’s plenty of parking as it’s located in a lot. Credit cards are accepted. Service is polite and efficient.Food wise, the menu is focused on bringing the heat. They have tteokbokki (rice cakes in a red stew with fish cakes, mozzarella cheese, and noodles). It’s comfort food, and you can opt for more fish cake or more rice cake (same price). One order could feed three to four people. You can opt for add-one; we got the Chinese noodles for an additional $3. It’s suuuuper chewy; it seems popular based on other reviews, but next time, I’d rather try ramen noodles. There were only three sausages in our order but plenty of fish cake. We also got an order of spicy wings (comes with 12). The food is very flavorful. You can customize the spice level - we opted for original, and I had to drink five glasses of water due to the spice (it was so worth it!). Overall, I really liked the food for the taste, portion, and price. I’d recommend coming here when you want to get some spicy, homey food.

2020-12-04 21:18:53I just had this tteokbokki last night and it’s my 3rd time from Yupdduk Diamond Bar. I tried Jjajang tteockbokki as well. The reason i took one star off is I definitely&slightly taste something very sweet from tteokbokkis. It’s supposed to be sweet for sure but aftertaste is a just bit too sweet? Idk sometime artificial..sweet..? That’s something different from other yupdduk at different locations. I don’t know what it is but i wish it could improve at some point. But other than that i liked everything, service and food:)

2022-08-04 17:59:19We had take out, fish cake tteokboki, yup oh, and blood sausage. Great amount of food. However we felt the spicyness level was off. We ordered mild, which we have ordered before and it was significantly more spicy this time. I enjoyed it nevertheless but my little sister did not. Really nice blood sausages tho.
