Food is fresh and prices are decent, around the outlet. This is the one of good choice for your lunch.Service good and friendly, soups base are delicious,I ordered their classic bone broth, and friend is tomato soup, both are tasty.Will be back and highly recommend it.

I’m blown away with not only the food, but the impeccable service as well.I came here on a Friday afternoon because I had just gotten back from Europe and was craving Malatang. I filled my bowl with ample amounts of meat and even got vermicelli noodle, my bowl came out to $14.54!!! Such a good price, and very comparable to Europe prices.I got medium spicy beef broth, and it’s the perfect amount of spice and ma-la sichuan flavor.Every time I even sipped my water a little bit, I immediately had a server refill my cup. It’s also spotless on the inside! Will come again, and bring my whole family next time! :)

I stumbled this place while going to the outlets near by. I was going to go to the other hotpot place but it was all you can eat. Zhangliang Malatang offers a vibrant and customizable hot pot experience. I like how you pay by weight, I dont eat much so it was well worth it for me.The ambiance is casual yet lively, with modern decor that hints at traditional Chinese culture. You are allowed to pick between fresh ingredients, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles, which are then cooked in a rich, flavorful broth tailored to your spice preference. The service is efficient and friendly, they were really nice and patiently explained everything to me. Overall, Zhangliang Malatang delivers a fun, flavorful, and high-quality meal that is perfect for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners with friends.

Foods are very clean and fresh. The staffs are very friendly and very nice to my 2 year old boy. Will definitely come back.

Ive been to Zhangliang four or five times since last month, just cannot STOP. There are plenty of food for you to choose and you can have whatever you want. The soup base is amazing and the food are fresh. Also, plenty of flavor for me to choose as well. Only one suggestion, I need one in Fremont!

This restaurant is great for a tasty and fairly quick meal. It’s self serve veggies meats and other toppings, and then they weigh your bowl and charge by lb then fill with broth of your choiceThe food comes out fast, and the ingredients are all fresh. I got the mushroom broth which was pretty tasty and a good option if you don’t eat spicy

The food is fresh and the prices are reasonable around the outlet. This is a great choice for lunch. The service is good and friendly, and the soup bases are delicious. I ordered their classic bone broth. I will be back to try the tomato and highly recommend it.

New and interesting concept and allows you to choose your own selection of food and soup. I love as it allows to pick to my own choosing. Ingredients are fresh and staff tries to keep everything clean and tidy.Will come again to try again. Waitress was super nice and informative
