Delicious food. My wife, daughter, and I went here before going to a movie and I’m glad we did. The location was great and had ample parking. The service was great and the setting was very comfortable and relaxing. Everything we had was delicious. The spring rolls were probably the best I’ve had in an Asian restaurant, with great flavor and very good texture (wrapper, light, etc). The soup that came with our meals also had great flavor. My Crying Tiger, although not really spicy (good for those with low tolerance) was very good. My daughter’s Lovely Eggplant was so good. And you could taste the smokiness of the eggplant. And my wife’s Pa Nang curry was equally delicious. I was very impressed with the food here.

This location went above and beyond for me during these times and even during rush hour for them. There was an error with creating my order using DoorDash. I had created my order, and simply assumed it would of auto-generated to this location as the pick-up location. As for it being the closest location to me at the time of the order, and as it always has for practically ever other order I have made when using this app. When I made the original order, I was just a few blocks from this location. However, when I arrived they didnt have a history of the order at all. It seems that the order was placed to another location much further away. The associate took the time, during probably the busiest time for them( dinner rush hour on a Friday). To help me out and retrieve my order from the other location, so that I dont need to drive 15 -20 min somewhere else.I wish I could had properly thanked her.

UPDATE: went in today and Joseph helped us out and was so nice and helpful! I don't eat meat and he asked the cooks if they could please cook some beyond orange chicken for me which they did! Loved the customer service!!Giving it three stars because Jon was so friendly and helpful even though he was training. I hope Mias attitude doesn't run off in him. I observed her completing a few online order without gloves which is fine, but she also touched other surfaces including a wall and then she moved Jon out if the way when he was about to complete my order I asked if Jon could finish it as she hadn't washed her hands or was wearing gloves, she answered back that she hadn't touch cash and it wasn't until I told her I saw her touching the wall that she let Jon complete my order and she went to the back to wash her hands with an attitude. She came back to the front with an even worse attitude.
FISH DISTRICT
26541 Aliso Creek Rd, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656, United States
This was our first visit, and wed certainly go back. FD serves mostly fish-oriented dishes, although theres an incongruous skirt steak on the menu. You order at the counter, and they deliver to your table. We got the salmon burger and the shrimp & scallop melt, a take on a tuna melt which is also available. They make poke bowls, and theres even a catch of the day plate. Do not recall seeing any sushi, however. The salmon burger was a nice surprise. Instead of a lump of salmon that had been worked over with a fork and fashioned into a patty, their salmon burger features a good sized salmon filet on the bun. They top it generously with a sweet and tangy Asian slaw. Salmon was perfect; not dried out. Slaw was a little soupy but delightful. It made a great meal. My companion enjoyed the shrimp & scallop melt. He said the bread almost overwhelmed it, but it was good overall, and the almost-overwhelming bread was reportedly really good. We skipped the sides, which were à la carte; choices included fries and sweet potato fries and a few other things. They also have some nice salads with ingredients that arent exotic but are better than iceberg lettuce, e.g. kale and baby spinach. The staff were friendly, and the clientele was a mix of families, couples and solo diners. Id love to go back and sample something else. If youre thinking Fish as fast food? Count me out, dont be afraid! The eats were fresh and the place seems solid.
Siamese Express
26952 La Paz Rd, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656, United States
My visit was during one of those nights I couldnt decide on what I wanted for dinner. Between pizza, indian food, and asian, I decided to try #SiameseExpress. Its like a mom and pop local place. My first time and was told I had a 30-minute wait because they had a long list of orders and short staff that night. I was a bit disappointed but the lady asked how many I would order. Because it was my first time there and only two orders, the lady said she would see what she could do and that made the difference for me. If I wasnt accommodated, I knew I would be back to try again since the long list of orders tell me it was a good sign to go back. Sure enough, the pad thai and this beef with peanut sauce (I forgot the name) were great choices. Ill be back for sure.

We ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup, a side of the new harissa lime cauliflower, and the double cheeseburger with fries. Robert took our order and was very helpful and friendly. We grabbed our number and took a seat and were getting even more hungry and a little food envy seeing other orders come out. It was a busy time at dinner and it took maybe 5-10 minutes for our food to come out.The chicken tortilla soup had great flavor, a little spiciness, and large tender pieces of chicken. The bread was grilled and oiled and was nice to dip in the soup. The harissa like cauliflower is new on the menu and had a great kick to it. I'd definitely get this again if it sticks around on the menu. The double cheeseburger had seasoned patties, the condiments were fresh and it was juicy. The fries were cooked nicely and well seasoned.Overall a great meal and we are satisfied. Definitely will return.

Chop Stop
26741 Aliso Creek Rd Suite C, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656, United States
The first time I looked up Chop Stop, I wasnt psyched. I just wanted a quick salad and there were too many choices. I didnt want to make choices and calculate costs for premium and super premium toppings. But tonight I gave it another try.It seems like theyve added some standard salads to their menu...Southwest, Cobb, Asian, etc. These can still be customized. I had the Asian salad and it was pretty good. It seemed light on the chicken though. If you like dressing, Id recommend getting an extra one. The salad was big and I ran out of dressing before I was through. The edamame had a mushy texture like theyd been frozen or something. They didnt have that crisp bite that fresh edamame have.Chop Stop is not terrible and its not amazing. Its okay for a fast food salad lunch.

Most books these days will be 15.00+ USDGenerally a clean and large bathroom. The cafe closes roughly half an hour before store closing. There is the occasional local event which you may find in the music department.Staff is generally knowledgeable enough to get you where you need to be and answer whatever questions about services you may have.Checkout is quick, easy, and painless. This location is pretty popular with the occasional student in PJs and the one or two families looking to kill time between events. Up front you will definitely be greeted with all their newest and popular titles with a central kiosk where staff work to place and index their titles. There is a surprisingly large section for toys, kits, and games for children and family ranging from telescopes and robotics, to Dungeons and Dragons Fifth Edition, to enough board games to do a local event with.Their manga section ranges from Junk Ito to Chainsaw Man with plenty of the classics between. However as you trudge against the back, the synopses of poorly executed premises begin to show on some sci fi and fantasy novels. I swear if I read about another royal female protagonist who finds her way through politics with a prophetic magical gift I will just commit myself to writing trashy romance novels instead. The place is clean and welcoming. What is there to say? You almost never find the one or two stray homeless like you do in a convenience or grocery store, nor have I seen any trashy displays besides what I read on the sleeve insert.
The Original Pancake House
26951 Moulton Pkwy, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656, United States
This is a review not for the consumer but for The Original Pancake House management. I could not decide on 2 or 3 stars. My husband and I have been going to the restaurant for more than 20 years and for an excellent breakfast just the way you want it, this was our go to place. We havent been there for about a year and a half. Just had not ventured out for breakfast in a long time. Today we took our son and his girlfriend. We ordered our usual (and was really looking forward to it) the Spinach and Swiss cheese omelet delicately prepared, no brown. We ordered bacon and a side of toast. The omelet does come with pancakes but as a treat, I ordered French toast for all of us to share. My son and his girlfriend ordered pancakes. When our food came, the omelet was brown. The waitress was very apologetic saying that she had told the kitchen what we wanted. She took it right back and said theyd make a new one. We sat there unable to eat the pancakes and French toast as they didnt drop off the syrup with the food. When the waitress came back to drop off the toast, I said we need syrup. Finally got that, and then a little while after that the omelet showed up. It didnt have any brown...but it didnt have any swiss cheese either! When the waitress came back we told her just forget it, please take this off of our bill. When the bill came they took the omelet off but not the toast...we never even saw the side of pancakes that was supposed to come with the omelet! They took the toast off too at our request. So the French toast ended up being the main course instead of just something fun to nibble on. I certainly didnt want so many carbs and sugar, we really were disappointed. None of this would have ever happened back in the day. We highly respected the management and staff back then. Maybe it was an off day, I dont know, but we wont be back most likely.
