When I visited Panda Express in Hawthorne theres was a disgruntled guest who made it clear they were frustrated that their food was not ready. The kind employees did a fantastic job diffusing the situation. Watching Adriana and the rest of the team provide excellent customer service despite the obnoxious customer was amazing to watch. All while providing quick and speedy service to the rest of the busy restaurant. Personally, one of the items in my order was still being prepared. Adriana made sure to keep me updated on the status of my plate as it was being made. I was completely enamored at the skill and speed the Panda Express team at the Hawthorne location possessed. I even saw an order go out with what looked like 12-16 plates. Incredible. I am a regular and the above and beyond service is highly appreciated. Thanks for all the hard work and permanent smiles.

I thought this was an actual restaurant but it's part of a ghost kitchen or something. I got the chicken bowl and idk if it's just the chicken I got but it tasted old, not fresh. The veggies were also tasting some what frozen.This reminded me of something I could get from yoshinoya or something. Not what I was expecting, kind of dissatisfied and disappointed.

It was my first time trying out poke from this restaurant and I was not let down. I ordered the gochujang salmon. It was all really good fresh vegetables. The salmon was a good size and didn't feel like it was too little. Portions are good and balanced. All items on their menu are gluten free for those who can't eat gluten. All around great experience.

I placed an order and the driver of the app canceled the order after he picked it up at Pedrocas and I ran out of food! To my surprise, I received a message from the place saying what happened and making a thousand apologies for something that was not their fault. A few days later, I decided to make the same order that I did not receive and again I was surprised by a message saying that this time they made a point of checking the driver of the app and even sent me an additional meal! I want to thank you for your attention and affection! The food was great and the customer served made all the difference! Congratulations, you won my heart!

Almost Excellent!Had it not been for the high prices of Peruvian products. Customer Service is overall good and they maintain that approach throughout. The locale seem way too small however for everything They have managed to pack in it. There are all kinds of Asian nationality products, all sorts of Latin to include Peruvian products, and North American products, besides vegetables and fruits. There is too much packed into a small store.I frequent this market because of the Peruvian products, however, there is a lot more to include excellent food!

Five Stars All Around! Heres why...Ive tried five other Thai spots within the local area, yes five dont judge my crazy cravings, all varying in prices and this place still holds as my favorite. I always order the same Pad Thai ($9.99 or $8.99 during lunch hours 11am-2.30pm Mon-Fri) and Thai Iced Tea ($2.75 Small, $3.75 Large), whether due to lack of creativity on my part or just because its consistently delicious. Their Pad Thai is beautifully balanced with sweet and savory flavor, not too much sauce and the chicken (choice of protien: beef, chicken or shrimp which vary in price) is always cooked perfectly and never dry. The Thai Iced Tea is well balanced with the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. Even the pricier spots elsewhere dont match the tastiness of this restaurant. Ive had anywhere from too greasy too lackluster dry at other restaurants, but not here! Ive truly lucked out finding a Thai restaurant that delivers in flavor in both the Pad Thai and Thai Iced Tea!Another contribution to this awesome, local spot is the consistently friendly service. From the moment you call your order in to the moment you leave the restaurant, all of the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant is super clean and has convenient, shared parking with CVS so as to avoid the frustration of finding parking while youre hangry. My only wish is that they offered delivery via Yelp for those crazy, hectic nights that I cant organize my life to get to the restaurant. Im sure the other delivery sites offer that though.Great tasting food, delicious drinks and amazing service...youve got my business for sure!

In true Chinese tradition quality hand picked products prepared with the care and pride are simply a Joy to fuss over and savor. I have scaled the walls of food mediocrity and finally found happiness right here under my Italian nose. Amazing foods found and prepared here to your exacting standards. I ate everything I ordered right here in the restaurant today.And took home a killer doggybag.Spicy Pork fried rice.Spicy combination chow mein.Beef and Bell Peppers w vegetables in spicy garlic.Chicken egg rollsOK so I had to have more egg rolls another orderAnd I deserved it.Stop being lazy and settling for Medicare and come here and rejoice in really great food at great prices.
