Panera Bread
31605 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, United States
So after almost 25 mins of watching order before me go out,I decided to ask the Manager..I think. He was spinning around so much and really creating a spazy atmosphere. I asked him where my order was he states ummm your number 14. He had no regret that we were running to almost 30 mins for soup and a grilled cheese. The bagels we ordered werent even available so they thought not telling us till We even asked about Our order. I get it. Your a new store ..its all so fresh! Im just thinking maybe focus on Customer Service..you know the whole reason We choose to come to your Restaurant. I also think maybe age plays a role not telling the customer that the order would be incomplete from the start would have altered the desire to stay. I mean with so many Restaurants to choose in this small area maybe avoid 30 min wait times. Talk with your Customers and dont depend on the kiosks to do your job. Shame it actually a nice spot.

Italia Bella
33527 Yucaipa Blvd # C1, Yucaipa, CA 92399, United States
**Please note that I am not reviewing based on my dining experience. My post is more of a suggestion to the consumer/customer.**A member of the nextdoor app posted a glowing review of Italia Bella. Based on that review, I perused Google Reviews and found the overall rating at 4.8 along with glowing comments about the food.Having guests in town, I decided this would be an excellent opportunity to experience a new diner. As we entered the establishment, all of the chairs were positioned upside down on the dining tables. I asked if the restaurant was not open for dining. I was told they were preparing a 300 person catering event. We were welcome to order food for takeout.Unfortunately, having guests, I preferred a dine-in meal. I would have loved to have tried the food based on all of the wonderful reviews I read. This incident took place on an early Saturday afternoon.Other notations based on observation are the restaurant appears intimate, having a limited number of tables/seats.I did scan the menu and Italia Bella seems to have a wide variety of entrees and also serves traditional Italian desserts. My suggestion is, if you are expecting a dine-in experience, you may want to call Italia Bella in advance to make sure they are available for in restaurant dining.I failed to ask staff if excluding in-restaurant dining due to catering was a common event or if this generally happens on weekends.

Sam Hut
34080 County Line Rd #1/2, Yucaipa, CA 92399, United States
The food is DELICIOUS! Seriously, this restaurant is an undiscovered gem. Wonderful service, the waiter very sweetly checked up on us often and refilled waters without being prompted. The portions are huge! My party took home boxes and made another meal out of it. We ordered the tofu pho, sweet & sour soup, and tofu veggie plate. We shared them all, and all agreed they were excellent. We also got a Taro Boba, which was delicious. I cant wait to go back! So worth it!

Woodhaus
35010 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, United States
Amazing service and food. Woodhaus is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself with friends or family! Their pizza dough is one of the best I have ever had and I really like the creative appetizers they have here. You can tell that they carefully thought through what items to place on their menu from the food to their new selection of wine and beer. 10/10. Will be coming back very soon, whether it is takeout or dining in!

Wilshires Apple Shed
11925 Oak Glen Rd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, United States
We visited in early October, there was a slight chill in the air. Wishires Apple Shed is a welcoming, old world cafe and store. They had a wood burning fireplace stoked, and the place felt clean, warm and inviting. We ordered the Bees Knees and pepperoni pizzas. They use a traditional wood fired oven outside, and you can see the process from inside the restaurant. Both pizzas were perfect, delicious with char crisped crust and just the right amount of toppings. Portions were generous, we had some left to take home. We ordered a carmel apple latte and mocha for the road. I do not recommend the carmel apple latte but the mocha was great! Overall this place was fantastic and we will definitely return. We visited on a Monday and there was nobody there but we were told there is a line out the door on weekends!

Damasco Mediterranean Cuisine
35045 Ave D, Yucaipa, CA 92399, United States
I found out about this little hole in the wall place from a friend. Its hard to miss if you dont know its there. Just to throw this out there, this isnt a sit-down restaurant. Its take out only, and thats just fine. The kitchen is right up front and you can watch them make everything fresh.I grew up in a blended middle-eastern home, and grew up eating pretty much everything on the menu. My opinion is based on my personal experiences comparing to the food I grew up enjoying. With that, I loved everything I got. My two favorites were the tabbouleh and mixed pickle plate. The tabbouleh was nice and fresh, a good amount of lemon, and more parsley than wheat. The pickles and picked turnips were great, and they make them all themselves (they even sell jars of various pickled veggies in the restaurant). The rice is good, but not as flavorful as Im used to, but this is likely a regional thing. The chicken was well marinaded and the lamb tasted fresh (albeit a little overcooked, I like mine medium).Spoke a while with the owner while waiting. I appreciate when heart and soul is put into a place, and I was made to feel like my order was the most important. I even got samples to eat while I waited; nice touch. Prices are reasonable for this sort of food, which is higher than fast food, but this is sooo much better. Overall I am very happy to have something like this in Yucaipa and we will be coming back many more times.

The Fat Greek
33265 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, United States
This review is meant to be detailed orientated and thoughtful just like the beautiful family at The Fat Greek.I found out about The Fat Greek on a billboard on the 10-W freeway and it was the best choice I made in awhile to fall for this advertisement. My girlfriend and I showed up and we were greeted by Nick who is a great energy guy! We were excited to try the Spicy Greek Fries, chicken gyro, steak kabob plate, and Baklava Cheesecake. I will give a concise review of each menu item, but I felt compelled to leave a review of beyond the food because of the kindness and wholesome vibe of this family restaurant. Therefore I am structuring this review with a timeline. The Waiting Room:After ordering up front, we sat in a booth and embraced the attention to detail of the ambience. My girlfriend and i appreciated the blue theme, the maps on the table, and just being able to look outside the windows. The peaceful and relaxing setting helped balance the excitement we had to try the dishes we ordered. I lost track of time, but it was not because they took long I just was in deep admiration of the experience I was having. Simran came out and she was excited to bring out the Spicy Greek Fries. See below for the reviewSpicy Greek Fries: This is a perfect harmony of fresh seasoned french fries that are nice and soft, the freshest feta cheese crumbles I ever had, and I think the rest of the ingredients were minced garlic and parsley. The serving was huge, but we devoured the pile of fries in no time. Simran saw how much we were enjoying the fries that she brought out tziki sauce for us. I already knew we she brought it to our table that I wanted to pour it all over the remaining fries. My girlfriend liked their tziki sauce by itself so much she left the little dipping cup spotless, it was cute.Chicken Gyro: This was Vickys order (my girlfriend) Her first impressions was that the pita bread was the freshest she ever had, the chicken was tender and flavorful, and the rest of the toppings onions and lettuce (Vicky doesnt like tomatoes) just added a nice crunch and texture to her gyro.Steak Kabob Plate: When my steak kabob plate was brought out I almost wanted to faint from happiness. They served me like the King that I am haha. The steak kabob there is legit. I got what I think looked like huge steak sirloin on a kabob. It was cooked medium and you could just taste the grill and quality of the steak. It comes with the fluffiest pilaf rice, a beautiful salad, and that fresh pita. I dont usually enjoy pilaf rice, but it was delicious and paired well with every bite. The salad comes with beautiful whole olives and again I dont like olives but I took a bite and surprised my self. I still dont like olives, but if I did then I was served the best olives that are out there.2 slices of Baklava Cheesecake: Originally Vicky and I ordered just one slice at first, but quickly I understood after the first bite that I must order another one! Have you ever had cheesecake just dissolve in your mouth?? Well thats what happens here and although Simran was joking if we were ready for the climax, it was no joke. The baklava topping of the cheesecake was like a slight crunch and texture to the cheesecake base and that was no New York Cheesecake base just so you know. The Ending: My Fat Greek experience added a new layer of appreciation and connectedness in my life. I dont like taking picture, I dont like posting/leaving reviews, I keep to myself. However, yesterday on February 25, 2024 I opened up my heart a little more and I have Nick and Simran plus the rest of their family working there to thank. I asked to take a picture with them and thats a big deal to me. Theres so much more nice conversations I had with them while I was there, but what I want to leave you with is whether you like to look at reviews or really want to try The Fat Greek, my message to you is open yourself up a little more today. I just about reached the character count limit.Blessings!

Clarkies Diner
13661 Calimesa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, United States
“Stepping into Clarkie's Diner feels like being wrapped in the warm embrace of a beloved, cozy eatery, where the simplicity of a classic breakfast is elevated to an art form. From the moment you're seated, the smell of sizzling bacon and the sound of eggs frying on the griddle promise a meal that's both hearty and delicious. The bacon and eggs dish, a staple of any diner worth its salt, is nothing short of perfection here, with each component cooked to just the right level of crispiness and tenderness. But Clarkie's doesn't stop at the basics. Their pancakes, fluffy and light, yet satisfyingly filling, are a testament to the diner's commitment to breakfast excellence. Served in generous portions, these pancakes have a way of making you plan your next visit before you've even finished your current meal. Indeed, it's a rare occasion to leave without a to-go box in hand, a delightful reminder of the meal you've enjoyed and the abundance Clarkie's offers. The service at Clarkie's Diner matches the quality of the food. Servers greet you with genuine smiles and ensure your coffee cup is never empty, making every visit feel like you're a part of the diner's family. The attentiveness and efficiency of the staff contribute significantly to the overall experience, ensuring that even on the busiest mornings, your wait time is minimal. However, a word to the wise: parking can be a bit of a challenge. The diner's popularity means that finding a spot right out front or to the side of the building can require a bit of patience. But this minor inconvenience is a small price to pay for the culinary delights that await inside. In summary, Clarkie's Diner is a gem that shines bright in the world of breakfast and lunch spots. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're guaranteed to leave with a full stomach, a to-go box for later, and the anticipation of your next visit. It's more than just a meal; it's an experience that reminds you of the simple joy of well-prepared comfort food, served with a smile.”
