Thai Spoon Restaurant
7750 Palm Ave, Highland, CA 92346, United States
Thai Spoon in Highland, CA serves some tasty Thai food in no time at all and offers take out as well.Paul Thongphanith the owner of Thai Spoon in Highland is a delightful fellow always offering great service with a smile on his face. If you want to customize a dish just ask him. He is always trying to make his customers happy and does a good job at it. Paul also owns two other Thai Spoons. One in Redlands and one in Loma Linda. The food is good and fresh cooked. I must admit I have never had to complain about a dish or the quality of the food. As a matter of fact, a couple times I was late to pick up my order and Paul and his wife were concerned. They offered to cook new dishes and replace the order but I convinced them that it was okay it was my fault I was late. And after all, when were done eating we always have plenty of food left over to eat late into the night and the next day as well! The food tastes great and has an assortment of spicy and sweet dishes along with many other delicacies you can only find at a Thai food restaurant.
Southeast Asian Food To Go
209 E Highland Ave Ste A, San Bernardino, CA 92404, United States
10/10 Highly recommend. As a Southeast Asian coming from Central California... I went from having mounds of southeast Asian restaurant options to choose from for those quick cravings when I dont want to cook, my mother/families cooking, to moving out here and having to drive an hour or so to long beach to find these authentic flavors. I am excited to have this selection right here in San Bernardino! Delicious food and friendly owners. Def a little taste of home! Saap Saap.

Que Huong Market
5510 Watt Ave, North Highlands, CA 95660, United States
This is an Asian food store. It has cuisine from several countries (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, etc). There are a couple of refrigerators and freezers, as well as a meat counter, but most of the stock is dry goods. The space is really tight. Difficult to maintain social distancing. But that means the place is packed with good stuff. Noodles (wheat and rice), mixes for soups and beverages and stuff that a white person like me cant even guess what they are.The reason for going to Que Huong Market (which is way out of my way, though easy to find) is the prices. Definitely get your soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, etc there. As an example: A small bottle of rice vinegar at the grocery store costs more than a full sized bottle at this market. Similar savings on everything. Get your rice here, too, for sure. There are also many great treats. Its a mom and pop kinda place, an older couple. Ive never seen anyone else working the register. They are welcoming. The parking lot is a bit tricky. Small and with the spaces in strange spots.Over all, definitely recommend.
