I am really sad to write this review, my family have been a customers here for years. The customer service tonight was ATROCIOUS. It was a simple curry order, and we simply ordered it with no spice. When my husband came home with the curry as soon as I looked at it I could tell how spicy it was. When we opened it we could smell how spicy it was, and then we tried it. HOLY FIRE. Like inedible! We called to let them know that the we had received the incorrect curry, and just wanted a credit towards the next one. No biggie. Well sadly the woman on the phone refused to believe it was spicy and demanded I drive the curry to her so she could try it herself. I explained we didn't want a refund, just credit to the next one. We were feeding our little ones and couldn't leave the house. NOPE YOU NEED TO DRIVE IT DOWN RIGHT NOW. I could barely tell between her screaming and the women in the background screaming. At that point I told her her attitude was so unfortunate and that we would no longer be returning to her restaurant. To this she responded “I don't care it's not spicy” LOL I'm even laughing at this as I'm writing bc it's so ridiculous, but to me I cannot understand such rude and poor customer service. So one star bc I had too. The food was inedible and the customer service was insanely awful. Will NOT be returning

There is no fresher pho in southern cal, I travel constantly and have tried pho all over the country. You will not find a more authentic broth and fresh meats and veggies that here. The customer service this family offers is beyond anything you will ever experience. There sandwiches and appetizers are fresh and perfect. Pho rare steak is still pink fresh juicy when served, best bo vien in the region, all custom slush drinks are unmatched (if you like jambs juice but want to get it much better and half priced come by Photastee ) ask for Jamie or mike and tell them Kevin sent you!
