Thai Orchid Restaurant Of Murrieta
25359 Madison Ave STE 101, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
Thai Orchid is absolutely delicious. Clean restaurant with plenty of delicious meal options ranging from soups, salads, noodles, curries, and lunch specials (from 11am-3pm/M-F). This location maybe small, but man do their plates pack such big/bold flavors. My husband ordered the Pad Saew with beef and was asked how spicy he would like it on a scale of 0-5. He asked for a level 3 and loved it. He said it had a sweet and spicy flavor that he very much enjoyed. Now as for me, Im allergic to shellfish and tree nuts. So I asked our waiter if the Pad Thai had either to which he responded that it did have fish sauce (typically containing shellfish), but was quick to offer to order it with no fish sauce and said he would make sure the cook did not put fish sauce. He was so kind and made me feel at ease. The Pad Thai was scrumptious. I ordered it at a level 4 of spiciness and it certainly had a kick. Along with that we also ordered the Thai Fried Rice with chicken and that was very tasty. There was not a single thing that we disliked. The food was made fresh and brought out to us piping hot. We were able to enjoy a nice conversation, watch some news on the television and even joke around with the staff. They made us feel very welcomed. Lastly, we ordered the Mango Sticky Rice. Oh man! You should definitely try it. The Mango was perfect as was the sticky rice. We will definitely be back. Several people were there for lunch when we arrived and even more people placed orders for pick up. This restaurant has an A for a good reason.

Well, something was knocking on my belly that said I wanted Thai Food so I chose this place to try tonight.I wanted to try a couple things so I ordered, via Door dash as I was a bit busy pretending the stove was clean and trying to figure out what I got on the burner a foot away! Anyhow, back on track. Here is what I ordered so you know what youre looking at. I elected to show you how it looked delivered and how it looked plated. The dishes are as follows:Garlic Chicken Stir Fry (one in container)Pad See Lew (Beef) with noodlesThai Garlic FriesAlright, so now that we have that figured out, here are my thoughts:I will first start with Garlic Chicken Stir Fry which offers other meat options: (Beef, Pork, Shrimp, and Tofu). I really enjoyed the sauce and the meat was the quality one hopes for and they nailed it. As a whole, once you mix it all together, this is worth exploring!Second is Pad See Lew. I went with beef, but you have options here on meats (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Shrimp, and Tofu), which I thought was great. As a whole, it seemed like a bit more flavor would be great. I did find that the Chili Sauce packet included helped quite a bit as I like things spicy, but felt a neutral assessment was best. Kids can easily eat this. The last on the order was Thai Garlic Fries. I tried them as many people gave positive reviews. Im a Garlic lover and the flavor was there, but I felt like more would have been nice. As a whole, fries were perfect despite delivery, so they did an EXCELLENT job there. Only place Ive ever had crispy delivered fries from. EVER.To wrap things up, I took two rounds of photos to allow you to see how it looks delivered and how it looks plated. I wanted to make sure you saw something that reflected the quality and I plated it as though I would be serving family. You wont be disappointed and the price is sure fair. I like small places and give them a try!!

Unfortunately I've tried reaching out to management or an owner via email and phone to no avail. This is a review based on my experience on 11/3.I am sitting outside of Wingz and Mi after traveling to the restaurant to place an order. At 6:55 pm, I called the restaurant and was immediately asked if I could hold. I said, “sure”. No big deal, it's Friday it must be busy. As the minutes passed I wasn't sure if it was slammed or if I was forgotten about. After 20 minutes passed, I realized that I may have been forgotten about. I stayed on the line and traveled from the French Valley and walked inside. There were 3 individual customers ahead. I patiently waited. As I approached the counter I was greeted by Penny. I asked her if there was someone I could talk to, a manager on duty or owner. She said, “may I ask why?”. I told her unfortunately I've been sitting on hold for 35 minutes. She goes, “oh, sometimes we get so busy our employees forget”. I didn't see anyone else around except for 2 men in kitchen and Penny. I said this actually happened about two weeks ago too. But I didn't wait this long, I hung up and eventually an hour later was able to call back and place my order. She said, “I can give you a free drink”. I politely declined and said is there a phone number or email so I can get in touch with someone? She looked around and said no. I continued to press, almost to the point of begging for a point of contact when she finally printed out on receipt paper this email. Penny wasn't apologetic, while she remained calm and caught off guard, it wasn't quite the experience I imagined. I placed my order at 7:30 pm at the counter. My husband and I come here 1-2 times a week to grab food for our family. We love it. We are just disappointed that this has happened twice in two weeks. We mentioned it the first time and asked about the phones. We were told something wasn't working right with the phones. I'm hoping by contacting you, this is something you can address with your staff or come up with a different solution that might be beneficial for not only customers but for the business.
