Pho Island Restaurant
3055 S Archibald Ave F, Ontario, CA 91761, United States
I love Pho but the rude experience tonight made it my very last time at this local restaurant. I walked in the girdt late 20s inquired whether call in or not, I proceeded to say no and ask for a menu. She pointed, gesture for my to move out of the way, and quickly greeted the next person before I got a chance to move.Once I figured out what I was to orderI attempted to request my order, I was shut dont saying the Caucasian lady the was bwhind me came 1st which did not occur. She dismissed me and move on to her. I stated that was not the case and she debuted with me. The Caucasian lady stated I could go ahead, but that was not the point. I told her to proceed with her since she deemed her order more important than mine.An older asian gentlemen came from behind the counter to personally take my order (those stars are only b/c of him). Once my order was taking, he gave my order to the rude front order taker.Once she was done taking the Caucasian ladies order, she politely looked around before coming in a conclusion that she has to have me pay for my order. She proceeded to talk to me as if she did nothing f****** wrong and I just left. Its amazing how racism is still alive in this day and age.

Bone & Broth - Vietnamese Pho Cuisine
4320 Mills Cir Suite A, Ontario, CA 91764, United States
1. LocationBone & Broth sits on the outer perimeter of Ontario Mills next to McDonalds. It is also 10 mins away from Ontario Airport.2. ParkingThere is ample space in the plaza so parking is not an issue.3. OrderedCrispy Salmon & Rice (Cm Cá Chiên)House Special Fried Chicken Wings (Cánh Gà Chiên Nớc Mắm)Thai Tea4. ThoughtsI came to Bone & Broth during their Grand Opening. The overall feel of the restaurant was very modern and welcoming with an open floor plan. The star anise designs scattered throughout were a nice touch to the décor and goes well with the restaurants name. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very attentive in seating us promptly and providing service throughout our time there. They made sure to sit patrons 6 feet apart from other groups/parties.We ordered the House Special Fried Chicken Wings as an appetizer. It was marinated well in a garlicky fish sauce and was a tasty starter. The Crispy Salmon & Rice was made perfectly to provide a crispy and flaky taste and paired well with the house special sauce. The house special sauce was a refreshing and tangy accompaniment to the crispy salmon, rice, and veggies. The Thai tea was made just right and not too sweet at all. They also had an option for a green Thai Tea that was equally as tasty.5. Recommend?Yes! Bone & Broth is a family-owned restaurant with an assortment of delicious Vietnamese food options. It has a lot of potential to be something great for the area.

Kra Z Kais BBQ
3430 Ontario Ranch Rd Unit 3, Ontario, CA 91761, United States
Since opening in 2018, Kra Z Kai has soared to one of the most popular restaurants in our fine city. We have frequented this humble, little restaurant about every week. It is that good. The owner, Muskie, is wonderful to talk to. He is so diligent and successful at this location that he is already expanding into Orange County, in Stanton. When that will open, I am not sure. This is Laotian cuisine, similar in taste to Thai. His menu is short and sweet, offering beef, chicken, pork, and shrimp, fixed fresh using the owners excellent family recipes. He also offers a shredded green mango salad that is typical SE Asian with a fish sauce dressing..Our personal favorites are the pork ribs (incredibly meaty), the succulent Laotian sausage (absolutely uncomparable), and the chicken (thighs or wings). These meals run in the $8-9 range and are generous portions. You can also order by the piece. You can also order a combo plate that gives you a choice of 4 proteins. At around $12, it gives you a huge amount of food that could either be shared or eaten as leftovers.Meals come with a choice of rice (3 different kinds - steamed, sticky, or fried), and a salad with a soy dressing. I usually pass on the rice and get double salad instead.Fast service, consistently good. This is a very casual place, limited seating, hidden in the back of a large open strip mall, so it is kind of hard to find the first time around. Be diligent and you will be vastly rewarded.

Take Ur Seat Too
4275 Concours St Suite 130, Ontario, CA 91764, United States
So heres the thing, walking out I was fully ready to leave a scathing review. Today was the last day my sister and brother-in-law are in town and we had a full day of activities planned in LA so we decided to stop by Take Ur Seat Too before heading out because the menu looked tasty and unique. We sat down around 9:40, ordered around 9:45, and did not receive a single plate until 10:45, with the last plate coming out at 11:05. My sister and brother-in-law finished their food before I got mine. I think we can all agree that is a ridiculous wait time, especially considering the party that was sat after us was gone and their table cleared by the time we received a single plate. I dont know exactly what went wrong, but I did not see the waitress who took our order again in that time. However, once the staff realized the issue they did their best to make up for the delay. Two meals were comped and the staff was apologetic. I was still mad leaving, because I didnt even end up eating my plate but rather took it to-go to eat in the car in order to attempt to make up for the time we lost. Despite my extreme disappointment in the wait time, I do have to concede that the management handled it appropriately and the food was delicious in the end. I cannot justify rating it lower than a 4 because the food was genuinely good plus I understand that service jobs are difficult and humans make mistakes, when they do their best to make up for their mistakes I really appreciate it. I live close by, so maybe in the future Ill give this place another try. I hope it will be a 5 star review by that time.

Fast Wok
2550 S Vineyard Ave # C, Ontario, CA 91761, United States
Highly recommend this place if you get the plates that are made when you order it like the Chicken Fried Rice, Tofu Fried Rice or anything else that the staff makes specifically makes for you when you order it and not the items on the steam table for the combo plates. If you get the cook/made to order items from the menu youll probably find the food great, but if you choose the steam table selections you will probably end up having a negative opinion of this restaurant. From reading the other reviews on this place, the main issue with the poor reviews appears to stem from people who buy their food from the steam table for the combo plates and the stale or low quality they perceive it to be. I will say that the food on the steam table you pick and choose does have a certain look that sometimes may not be appealing to the eye or perhaps taste as well, but really it comes down to this restaurant not having as much people traffic as is needed to keep the steam table items moving along and needing to be replenished which I suspect is from the poor reviews. My recommendation for anyone wanting to try the best this restaurant has to offer is to ask for their menu, pick an item or two from it and get ready to taste the high quality diffference this little restaurant can produce.
