Myung Ga Tofu & Korean BBQ
1760 S Tippecanoe Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
They have vegan (hidden) options, whenever you order bibimbap or hot soup or anything mushroom or tofu just order it with no eggs..(this was my review 5years ago)It's 2023 and I still love coming here for Korean food, I've been coming here since my high school year!! My Korean friend recommended this restaurant, they did change ownership but still one of the best Korean restaurants I went to! The only bad experience I had actual was last week when I went with my friends, it was a misunderstanding cuz all of us order the soondubu (soft stew soup) but I order just the tofu no egg, my friend order her with meat, and she mixed hers with egg already without checking since we don't know it yet until I took a bite on mine it was meat, i told them that they got my order wrong and my friend is supposed to be the one getting this, I asked for a new one and the owner was kinda hesitant to give us a new soup, cuz I don't eat egg, the owner took her soup back and ask me to give my soup that I already tried to my friend.. we were not happy about that.. because it touched my mouth already, if anything they should've taken the soup back and also give her a brand new one.. the problem is solved but it takes 3 people to actually give my friend a brand new soup..but I've come here maybe once or twice every week.. so that's why I do still come back here and I only go from 5 stars to 4 stars.. if I have friends or family that want a great Korean food and there's this waiter that is super nice I feel like he sees us a lot so he's super cool and he knows what's up..

So happy I checked this place out! After my coworkers got me hooked like a fiend on Pho and Bun Bo Hue in the Westminster area, weekends went by I really wanted either dish and was unsure where to fulfill this urge. I tried a few places that either made me feel unwelcome or just didnt quite hit the spot. *Sees a glimmering light int he distance* Ah hah! Lotus Restaurant!Super friendly, the food is delicious, does not taste over salted or jammed with MSG, and the prices are great. The Pho here is on spot! Very light yet tasteful broth, the noodles are cooked just right, and as is the meat-to-fat content.. Speaking of which, time to order some take out. =)The Bun Bo Hue is much different from the majority of the restaurants I have tried out in Westminster. It is really good in its own way, but the broth is more thick, creamy and more of a orange color. Almost seems it may have tomato in the broth, it is hard to explain. Very good, but different if you are expecting a particular style.I have tried various appetizers and I have not had any complaints about any; they come in generous servings, are tasteful, and are priced to please your belly.Officially my go-to spot in the IE. Give them a try!

Poke Bar
East, 891 Harriman Pl Suite A, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
Poke Bar is a decent place to get poke in the San Bernardino/Loma Linda/Redlands area. It costs $9 for a small bowl with 2 scoops of protein, $11 for a medium bowl with 3 scoops, and $13 for a large bowl with 4 scoops. Their prices are around the same that youll find at other poke places in the area. I usually get the medium bowl.Fish quality is good, but unfortunately they dont have yellowtail which is one of my favorite. They offer kale noodles for $1 more, but they just taste like regular noodles to me. Supposedly theyre healthier, but I usually get half brown rice & half spring mix anyway so my go-to option is already healthy.Toppings and sauces are the same that youll find at other poke places. I do like how they have fried garlic & fried onion, which I dont often see at other places.Parking is easy because its located in a large shopping complex. The biggest strength this place has is their stamp card. After 10 bowl purchases, you get a free medium bowl. I actually havent found another poke place that does this, so I literally pick Poke Bar over others just because of their stamp card. Its a very smart move on their part.

Yang Noodle House

DISCRIMINATION against minorities .ive been coming to this restaurant since its opened and spend $20 plus more for one person, myself. I phone in my order every single time and pick up the order, even tip. Ive found hair in my food on 5 occassions and have never asked for a refund just ask the food to be re made. The service is extremely poor. The staff is always unaware of pricing of food. I order the same thing each time and the pricing is always different depending on the staff working. After my recent visits Ive noticed the same employee charging me more than the other associates on the other days I order. After Im told a total the manager comes over to verify and adjusts the total to be higher amount. This has happened on multiple ocassions and I still give the benefit of the doubt. When I asked the staff for clarification the responses are unclear and biased. Ive been a local and business owner in the inland empire for 15 years and also a minority and I know for a fact by the comments being made by the restaurant staff they are absolutely in the wrong and have a biased. A business can have the best product or food however the respect and customer service quality is what I look for and expect. Losing one loyal customer matters. This is not the end of this complaint as I will be reporting to the BBB for discrimination

Guang Lin American and Asian Fusion Cafe
157 S Del Rosa Dr, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
Chinese food is good. Not greasy or over salty like most places. Cooked to order. Delicious variety of flavors. Amazingly does not taste like burgers even though they serve those also. Onion rings especially good. Fried rice is best I ever had at a restaurant. Grandma (Chinese) is in heaven so Im stuck with restaurant for Chinese food. Burgers are good too but the Chinese food is the star of the show. Update 2/22/2019: Just had their Chili Cheese Fries ($5.99), a nice heaping pile of excellent crinkle cut fries buried in chili with beans and lots of real shredded cheddar and jack(?) cheese. For me this place is still all about their Fried Rice.9/22/2021 for $7.99 +tax their ham fried rice with drink feeds me for 2 days lunches. Chicken fried rice from last week was just as good. Still the best flavor in fried rice for me. I liked it better than the rice from Shiki Sushi.

Amazing little mom and pop Indo restaurant, rare gem in San Bernardino! The food is very authentic and delicious and the price is also very good, they stuff so much food in the container, each combo is at least 2 full meals. Definitely try the fried tempeh and tofu, always fresh and crisp

Sushi Miguel Style
2999 Kendall Dr Suite 218, San Bernardino, CA 92407, United States
Our family has been a patron of Miguels since his first restaurant opened in Colton. Happy that his sauce is being used across all the restaurants. Also, as non-meat eater, I appreciate that the menu offers veg alternatives. I particularly enjoyed by Teriyaki Tofu* Bento with an order of Miguels sauce / picked onions on the side.* softer / silken tofuIf vegan, please note that the default salad dressing is mayo based, so youll want to request a ginger vinaigrette. Our omnivore members love the all you can eat option. Tip: ask for more than one all you can eat sushi sheet if two or more people - if ordering a combination of both Miguels style and not.Service was just okay. Had to ask for water refills. Had to ask specifically for wasabi for the table more than once (first request, only enough for one person was brought out with a single trio dish). When asking about how food was prepared d/t dietary allergies, was unable to answer and seemed bothered by having to ask the chef. Never received edamame that was ordered.Well go back again because the food is good. Just wish the service lived up to the pre-established expectations.

Meiga Sushi
1379 E Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404, United States
This is one that makes me come back to reviewing. This is one that is either so good I need to sing its praise or worrisome to where I should let others know.Let me say first, there were families, people really.here filling spots and I would never take away their experience. Some people very much love this place and the reviews show it. Id never take that from anyone.However. This place served some of the dryest, hardest eel ive ever had in my life. It was closer to beef jerky than eel. Eel isnt popular, I get that, maybe I should have gotten a popular item. Their hand rolls had some of the hardest sea weed wraps to where you really need to twist your head and neck like a dog on a chew toy to tear it off. The water was noooot the best, I wouldnt wanna fault them on that though. After a while, you feel like youre eating to make your money back off of the 35 dollar price tag, instead of eating to actually enjoy the food. The service wouldnt even have been that bad, however my party has a tradition where we like to get sashimi where we go and that would have just been an additional price which we were fine with... But the waitress asked if maybe that would be... To expensive? For us? I can get making sure we understand it would be an additional price, but when phrased like that, it just makes me wonder if its more than just price and more of judging if we have that type of money based on our physical traits rubbed me the wrong way, so Im adding it here cause it did make me feel some kind of way.So with all that said, Id never take away from what others have or have gotten from their experience. Some rave about this place up and down and by all means, enjoy to your hearts content. From this experience, I just cant see myself ever going back. Food wasnt too great, rolls had badly proportioned ingredients so the flavor is thrown off, and the financial questions that... id just say for next time its not what you say, but how you say it.
