I have loved and frequently go to this location since the day they opened with my service dog, but after some staff changes (unsure), the place is not the same.For the person who kicked my dog and me for not wearing a service vest: By law, service animals are not obligated to use harnesses Check the Service Animals and the ADA. I offered to show my service ID card. Still, they declined and responded: the harness is required to verify, the dog is a service dog, Which is not TRUE.Ultimately, I enjoyed waking to the location, and I will return BUTFeedback for the employees: Practice giving options to the customers. If you can give them what they want, make the experience enjoyable, and have choices in cases like this, for example, You can order online, Do you know what you want? We can go ahead and order at the register. We will bring the salad outside for you, but not make the atmosphere of the place unenjoyable.

Food is always good here. Lot of options to choose from even if you are a vegetarian. Salsa bar has salsa of all spice levels.If you are ordering via Door dash or any other delivery apps, salasas are not packed by the restaurant. So request your delivery person to pick up some salsas for you.

Nice to have vegetarian food availiable where your plates, glasses smell like animal products. good to know that animal tissue is not cooked in your pots and pans before they move on to vegetaraian. i choose kung pao tofu with vegies, it was excellent, im taking a group today, new vegan restaurant in folsom, wow, moving on up.

I was excited to hear that a New York Style by the slice pizzeria was coming to Folsom. I was disappointed when I found small slices than expected however. When I think New York, I imagine a slice you can wear as a hat. A whole pie that would overlap the small tables found here ... still, the taste was damned good. I do wish they had a neapolitan style margherita option. I do wish they had more customisation options, but Ive still visited 3 times now and plan to keep returning at least monthly.The service here has been poor. The place is also too small to currently serve the customers that are pouring in, at least during my visits. Wait times are excessive. All signs of growing pains I suppose. The counter staff tends be snarky as well. Hopefully a larger place will come next with seating for bigger groups and a slightly more relaxed atmosphere.I also think they should under bake there pies a little more as when they reheat your slices they tend to get a little over done. Extra crispy or slightly burnt should be an option, not the norm. My wife however prefers hers a little crispier and the overall flavors still convince me their pizza is better than anyone elses in the Greater Sacramento Region so far.Their prices are a bargain (at least in California) for the overall quality they produce. Though small, their New York slices dont disappoint other than that. Their Detroit slices take me back home to Buddys in Detroit where I am originally from. The sauces, cheeses and meats have all been of the highest qualities.If you are in California and love pizza as much as I do ... here are my suggestions:Chicago Deep Dish - Ginos East (LA)Traditional Napoli Style - Desanos (Santa Monica)Everything Else Pizza - Slice House (Folsom)Despite my complaints, Im still giving this place 5 stars!

I have never experienced bad customer service than I have at this location. I decided to go to lunch with my family and the customer service was AWFUL. Every single person in the establishment was rude and not helpful in answering any of my questions. One person in particular by the name of KEISHA threw the utensils when I asked for Parmesan cheese on my pizza. Then she proceeds to mumble something under her breath and then throw the meat on top of my pizza(so rude), but the best part is she just stormed off into the back of the restaurant and slammed the door and left my food sitting there and I wasn't finished ordering? I also saw her pull up her pants(with the gloves she was using to touch my food) and then proceeds to add more items to my meal. The other 3 employees ran after her and my family and I were just left sitting there with a unfinished meal. Another worker had to come over and help us because everyone working at the corner left us just standing there. There wasn't a manager on duty, and no one apologized for anyones actions at all. The customer service here is TRASH and the food wasn't even that good. They have limited salad options and NO diet soda either. I was very displeased with my service and will NOT be returning.This honestly deserves a 0/10.

I moved to Granite Bay a few months ago from Fremont, CA. I definitely miss the diversity of restaurants that could be found in the SF Bay Area. I was pleased to find Avatars close by, and I enjoy the taste of their dishes. Their cauliflower appetizer is delicious and the curry dishes hit the spot. I appreciate that their menu features gluten free and vegetarian options for those who have dietary restrictions. My husband and I have mostly gone there during lunch hours, so we have not experienced the service at a busy time. Ive found the staff to be consistently thoughtful and polite, and I am sure that the staff available works as efficiently as possible to serve those dining there, both during low-key and fast-paced times of the day.

Great pizza! Good and on time deliveries. Been a customer of this location for a long time. Only problem is their online ordering system is HORRIBLE. Their computer doesnt pick up coupon codes very well. INVALID! INVALID!And, sometimes theres no button on the screen to complete the order and checkout. The problem is even worst with online only specials. So, then I end up giving up as I get a headache from it and I have to call in an order. Uuuugh! So, after all, I dont get that online special because it became a call-in order. I cant do it anymore. Gives me a headache ordering from Pizza Guys online.

Ordered on Halloween at 11:45AM. Went to pick it up at 4:30PM and it still wasnt ready. What are the employees doing all day long? People were coming in, ordering and picking up their pizza when I ordered 6 hours in advance. They offered a free side and free pizza next time I go but they ruined my Halloween and caused me to miss the football game. Will be getting my free pizza next time and a full refund or Ill have my credit card company do a charge back. I dont care if you have 200 pizzas that you have to make, that is not my problem. I dont hear their excuses, If someone orders 6 hours early, the pizza should be ready all it was was a pepperoni pizza. Definitely not coming back to this location only when I am picking up my free item. Will be going to the location in greenback even though I live down the street from this one.Was contacted by a corporate person who offered to give me a full refund 3 months ago but have yet to receive one. They also refused to accept my free pizza coupon that came with my botched Jack o lantern order from Halloween recently. Why add coupons if you dont want to honor them? Im going to to the El Dorado Hills location from now on IF I choose to do business with this company again and drive further instead of giving this location business. Papa Johns Jack o lantern from now on every Halloween. Ill also be contacting American Express for the charge back and provide the corporate email promising a refund.

I have been a regular customer at this Capriotti's (Caps) that opened up about five months ago. The sandwiches are pretty darn good. My faves are the Bobbie (hot), Classic Italian, and Italian Sausage. They have sizes from half, small, medium, and large sizes. They also carry salads and fries.The Bobbie sandwich is Thanksgiving turkey dinner stuffed in a sandwich… turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. You can get it hot or cold. I like it heated up a bit. For an extra couple of bucks, you can get turkey gravy to dip your sandwich into. The gravy is pretty tasty. Cap's only uses Italian sandwich rolls. Plus unfortunately, Cap's do not offer any gluten free bread… aww shucks. But they do offer sandwich bowls served with spring mix.They are minutes from the East Bidwell Street (south) exit of Highway 50 in a spanking brand new building. Like most Caps, the interior seating is limited. But unlike most other Caps, this one has an outdoor patio.
