While visiting Napa we found JuJu’s as a good vegetarian option for me. Was delighted by the freshness of the food and friendly service. It is a quaint little restaurant. The food was made on the spot and was absolutely delicious. We started with a hot cup of tea and then went on to the main course. My family got the lamb kebobs. Also, try the home style potatoes with garlic and parsley. Will come again if we are in the area!

I've always loved Papa Murphy's when you have a group to feed or quick filling dinner it's the spot. Service is not always the greatest and today was no exception. Sweet employee tried to check me out after coming to pick up my phone order. She asked the owner for help applying my coupon. After she did the total was still a little high so I inquired as to the amount per pizza. I explained that I had ordered two of the pizzas because they were on special. The owner intervened and stated that it was a promotion so I could not have the special and the coupon . I have come in to pick up a special and another pizza using a coupon in the past but I would have been more understanding had the owner been a little more gracious. Honestly the additional discount was only a couple of dollars and he could have just waived it and explained NICELY which would have been the appropriate customer service but instead was huffy short and begrudgingly gave me an additional dollar off and walked away . I'm only leaving this review in hopes he'll listen . A little kindness and patience makes a lifelong customer handling misunderstandings appropriately is the mark of a good businessman. After the hundreds of dollars I've spent here year after year I'm honestly put off of this place and all over a few dollars .

Today I visited your store two times once at 10 am in morning which it always a good experience and good food.The reason I am giving you 5 stars is because tonight around 11:10pm I returned and its a Friday night late so there is always a line but the crew that was there was great. It did not take more than 10 minutes to get from over flow line to the window it was fantastic and I thanked them. They made my order right and Im one of those no this or that all plain meat and cheese person Im sure they hate to get on a busy night. They were truly nice and when I asked why the young lady said because I truly like my job. Which I rarely here anymore from anyone. So thanks so much night crew!! Fantastic food and great service with a smile which is what I needed today. For any manager reading this fri- Sun night please please get them at least one more person there long lines and its approximately 20 min. Wait to order on those days, after the inside closes up and those associates take a lot of abuse from customers who arent so understanding and are always very polite. Thanks so much, ??

Pizza Guys location looks like a bigger place from the outside. When you step inside, take four steps & youre at the order/pick up counter. Directly behind the counter is a small kitchen. This place is SUPER tiny. After all these years, I never knew it was just an oder/pickup pizza joint.The young gentleman behind the register was friendly & informative. There was a young lady assisting him. There was also the pizza maker. So these three are supposed to be the Pizza Guys? ?Got my pizza home. After what I had just seen at their location, I was really curious how the pizza tasted. It was an XLarge pepperoni pizza for $21 (included a $2 tip). I will gladly tip $5 if it was a full service, sit down experience.Took a bite into my pepperoni pizza. I could taste the cheese, the pepperoni, & the pizza dough. I didnt taste any Italian herbs/spices in the pizza sauce, the cheese tasted like basic cheese, the pizza dough was acceptable, & there was a decent amount of pepperoni on it. Is it a gourmet pizza with a gourmet price? NO. A typical XLarge pepperoni pizza at a very reasonable price? YES.The pizza was edible, my stomach felt fine after, it didnt put a dent in my wallet, it filled me up with leftovers for breakfast ?, & the young man behind the counter was pleasantly helpful. So, you want a decent single topping, XLarge pizza for ONLY $21, without drama or hassle? Then Pizza Guys is your place to go. A good pizza bang for your buck. I just expected to see more than a couple guys working at Pizza Guys. But hey, the young lady was prettier to look at! ??

How long do you like waiting for your smoothie? If its over 40 minutes, then this place is for you. Minus the health hazards of no one with long hair wearing hair nets, you would think that this place hired a bunch of sloths. I am all for artisanal pride of placing each strawberry in the blender just so, but this place needs to move a bit more faster than it takes for a visible line of dust to settle on clothes.Follow up: I changed my review from one star to three stars due to the owners response. I appreciate the immediacy and acknowledgement to deal with the bucket of sloths that are working there today. Customer service is hard, no one should say it isnt. And people can get tired, etc. and orders can start getting filled slowly at work for a variety of reasons. I hope today was an off-day. I hope this isnt normal and I will try again sometime in the future.

Horrible experience we walked in all dinning area is dirty but we still give it a chance as we see there are only 3 or 4 young guys working and it seems busy. We put in our order and find the cleanest area to sit. Quite some time passes and we start get a lil antsy waiting for are order as well as other fellow customers, when they finally call me up I go get my order but Im still missing my cups for my drinks and I wanted some salsas since there was none at the area they should be. I stand there waiting still patiently to ask one of the guys for my stuff when idk what happens but the one who is making the food starts slamming and throwing everything around as he is causing and screaming about how how he hates working there and that the manager is a lazy *beep beep beep* so I still wait hoping I get one of the other guys who isnt having a melt down. By this time my wife come up to see why Im just waiting there and a new guy comes up and we tell him what we need he only gives us the cups and start telling everyone else that they are out of several things because the morning manager didnt do his job right so their orders will either get modified or cancelled... still we wait patiently then he finally ask yes? and I say can I please get the sauces hes like oh yeah yeah ok... he literally throws them on the counter and turns like he is going to leave but I think he saw my face and ask is that ok I answer still nicely yes thank you and just go sit and try to eat but it just gets worse after that... all I know is Im never going back there again and hope they hire people who know how to work and manage a fast food place correctly...

Very nice helpful employees, kind of. The girl got our order wrong .gave us the wrong pizza and then took it back.amd then owed us a credit. Caused me stress die to covid. The less interacting the better and now here I needed to pull my card out again. Not to mention the pizza we already touched that she took back. Hope she is not going to sell the pizza the three of us have now all touched. Also sister I was there with does. Ot have covid but does have a bad flu so now the flu has been transferred to that pizza wrap to the employee who wasnt wearing gloves to the counter she placed it on then to the 2nd employee who picked the pizza up off the counter who then put it on a tray and then we watched them grab that pizza and hand it to the other man in the store. It must have been his pizza all along. And that my friends is a prime example of how the covid virus is being spread. I just had covid 3 times since the beginning of the year. This location is most defintly not following covid precautions! Order online if u must or wear gloves to be easily discarded. Watching germs being spread so easily right in front of my face showed me the lack of importance our safety is to people and businesses.

My husband and I made our long overdue first visit to Napa Valley over Thanksgiving last year, and since we had no idea where to start amongst the vast multitude of great wineries, we decided to book a short-notice join-in wine tour. After some quick online research we settled on Platypus Wine Tours, mainly because of the good reviews (and yes, maybe a little bit because of the cute and unique name...), and as a result we got to spend a lovely day with fun people and awesome wines at three very different wineries. The last stop of the day (AuburnJames, a smaller winery that we would never ever have found on our own) impressed us so much from both a wine and ambiance point of view that we even signed up for their wine club.Thus, when planning our 2024 Easter Weekend return to Napa we were eager to join another Napa tour with Platypus, especially since we knew that they aim to bring their repeat guests to wineries they havent already visited. Additionally, its honestly such a treat to not have to drive our own car between the wineries, so that we can both fully enjoy the wine tastings. And once more the tour was an excellent experience - this time around with Rob as our lovely and very knowledgeable guide. I wouldnt be surprised if we book with Platypus again for our next Napa getaway. Highly recommended!

We really liked this place.The service was really good and the food was excellent.Staff is friendly and they seem to care about putting out a good product.We had the garlic knots, the Detroit Style Roasted Potato and Pancetta Pizza, and the Detroit Style Croccante Pizza.Out of those, the Roasted Potato and Pancetta Pizza was probably my favorite. Its probably the best pizza Ive eaten in years.The pancetta was crisp on the outside and gave a nice little burst of salt and fat when bitten into. The potatoes were cooked all the way through and gave the pizza some nice body.Really though, I think the crust is the star of the show. The edges were well and truly covered with cheese which stayed crisp and crunchy. It contrasted perfectly with the dough which was soft and had a nice chew.Also, they nailed the hydration level of the dough because it never came close to drying out. If anything, it glistened when it was hit by sunlight. Good stuff.I think next time Id get the potato/pancetta pizza again but maybe add something like hot honey or ask them to go a little heavier on the chili flakes.
