Lemonade Restaurant

If I could I would leave zero stars. By far the worst experience I ever had at ANY Leomonade. I placed a phone order, which was set to be ready in 10 mins. I arrive for pickup and still had to wait 15mins (no exaggeration) .My food was confirmed ready,I walked up to the register to let the lady know I had a phone order to only be told I will be with you in a second. I noticed she went on and took another party that didnt even know what they wanted when you could of easily just charged me . 10mins after they finished ordering(no exaggeration) the same lady that told me to wait a second decides to then walk awayand go and help another party !like I just dont exist finally another lady comes out and ask me have I ordered I then say I am just trying to pick up an order . Icing on the cake when now into 25mins of me being there I pay and the cashier told me to have a good night with no FOOD. Fast forward I leave and call into escalate my experience and requested corporate s info. The manager on duty Christina answers saying she doesnt know it and shes management. Replying No customer calls and ask for the corporate number. My order was incomplete and their absolutely was no level of customer service given to me as a guests . I dont ever post a review but this was warranted and I hope you train your staff to treat every paying customer with respect as I know your brand started to do when opening around California.

I am a Jamaican and I have something to say what this owner one day did to me. I always support these people and their business. My children and I live in Torrance, and buy Indian food since part of my culture as a Jamaican we eat curry. One say I passed twi peole sitting outside, a man and woman. I passed by to enter the restaurant and politely said hi, good evening to an Indian woman and man. I was passing between them so I didnt want to be rude. I entered the restaurant and I noticed an oversized Indian man that was ordering. That man became very nervous when he saw me and became very violent in his attitude for no reason, I figure because I am black wearing a mask. He doubled his fist as if he 8nstamtky wanted to attack me. I realized that the woman I Said hi to was his wife and child. I didnt do anything wrong just being polite. It was such a tension that I became nervous. I always come to this place and support. The owner sees me on many occasions and I even know his sons. They see me all the time coming to the Zebra bar. I drink there and eat at their restaurant. This man didnt try to make his customer comfortable, I asked him dont toy know me? He denied me that he never see me before as if he was disregarding me. Its such a shame to see a fight could have happened between me and the big guy. Your God is ashamed of you. I always support you and I felt so belittled by him when he should have stood up for me. Its my people that fought to make you be here 8n America and can be able to have a business to help.yout children. Its the 1965 immigration act Drm Martin Luther King have congress signed so you people can come here and be successful. All asians whether from India or China etc. Its appalling to see your behaviour and how you people think you can treat African american in such derogatory way. We didnt fought for black rights, we fought for human rights for every human being. What gave you done for us in America? Nothing. It hurts me to see an older man did nothing to make peace in his establishment. You should be ashamed. God dont like ugly. Your sons know me. I know when they read this, they know exactly who wrote it.
Chicken Dijon - Mediterranean Restaurant Cateri...
3556 Torrance Blvd B, Torrance, CA 90503, United States
I had to ask for a refund.!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!THE WILL RIP YOU OFFOrdered the gyro sandwich with fries and a bottle of water for just under 19 bucks. The food comes out and red flags go off. The gyro is not in a pita, but wrapped in a lavash, which is a flatbread like tortilla the size you would use for a burrito. This is not a bad thing, but the gyro is really a wrap is massive and contains a massive amount of lettuce, tomato, and Tzatziki sauce. They literally engineered this gyro to be about 2 oz of meat. There was so much and it was so wet that the lavash was falling apart as soon as you picked it up.When I complained to the guy working the counter who was obviously not the owner because of his young age the lady in the kitchen doing most the work held her head down and scurried to the back of the kitchen. They gave me a refund as I didnt even eat any of the food and was not going to. I have had gyros in Greektown neighborhoods in various US cities, doner kebabs in Berlin, and ate at many good Mediterranean places in LA, but none of them turned a gyro into a salad wrap with meat as a condiment.

This is the only vegetarian place I know in this area. Indian grocery items are available. Though I think price is little high. Collection of Sweets is good. Food is also ok. Not extraordinarily good. Cleanliness could have been more improved. Positive side is variety of collection of Indian grocery, Sweet and vegetarian food/snaks.

Add this to the list of places to never go back to.we have been here 5 times in the last week. Upon arriving tonight at 827, We waited in line, only one person in front of us. We waited about 10 minutes to be helped. Upon getting to order there was no food left no protein just scraps to be honest. I said I needed to order 5 meals . She proceeded to tellMe that they barely had any food left because they closed at 9. Not the best answer if you are running a restaurant, I know I have worked in and own my own food business for 20 years. I told the worker, girlWith tattoos and a mask, there should be enough food if you are open until 9 . She was not very nice and I toldHer we would have to go elsewhere. To be honest looking in the containers there were scraps of meat that should not be served . They looked dried out and to have been sitting there for hours. I have had nothin but great service every time I have been here and great food. I tried to ask the tattooed lady for the general managers name and she hesitated to give it to me and I had to ask her several times. I think the managers name is Margo but I doubt she gave me the correct info so if Margo sees this I recommend making sure you guys have enough food to be served so you don't lose loyal customers . I would also recommend training employees properly although i know you can't teach them manners those are learned. If you don't have enough food to serve customers then you need to close. Shoutout to the gentleman working there tonight he is amazing and does a wonderful job and his energy is so great.

I always tip for services and the fact that now our only option is to do so at the beginning before being seated along with paying for food is bogus!I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 9 years. Customer service is top priority, esp at a restaurant and those who deal with customers nonstop. My experience today was horrible. I left a $20 tip, expecting a nice service from the servers but my expectations were far from what we recieved. We got our food before our appetizer -- we were already finished with our food when we got a hold of someone to ask them about it. (Mind you, these people dont even ask if you need anything; a water refill, if the food came out okay or if they can assist us with anything else. They just drop off what you ordered before being seated and go.) He said he was going to check up on it, comes back 15 mins later. We get our dessert right after our appetizer -- as the person who left our appetizer is walking away in comes our dessert.. I just think thats ridiculous. I was at a point of asking for a refund, not even a full refund for my bill but just a refund for the appetizer because I no longer wanted it after eating my food -- HENCE the word appetizer: BEFORE the food.. I know what its like to work at a restaurant so I have the patience and Im capable of understanding what the kitchen or waiters/waitresses go through, but to overhear from the table next to us that didnt even recieve their cups of water until AFTER they were eating their food is utterly ridiculous! The restaurant experience at Pollo Inka was horrible. I loved going there. There was this Latin waiter, on the older side, who worked there for YEARS as long as I can remember. That man made sure everything was good, his service was excellent, always served with a smile, was attentive and best believe his gratuity was above 20%! We always took care of him. Its a shame to this establishment if he no longer works there (which I have not seen him since Pollo inka has made adjustments with ordering food/customer experience). He was the only good thing left in that place.

I noticed this place after going on a gym date at 24hr Fitness, and since things were going really well I decided to grab some lunch with my date at this establishment. After perusing the menu outside, I figured a place serving such delicious looking food would be top-notch. Even the ambiance was more inviting and upscale than other establishments of its kind.Unfortunately, everything is only upscale and quality in appearance, and the delivery of service and food was no better than a cafeteria at a hospital. The cashier was so lacking in energy, and seemed so downtrodden that I was concerned for her wellbeing. The other staff seemed like they didnt even want to be there.I thought to myself that surely the food would make up for the poor service. However, the only dish I received that was of higher quality was the most simple dish -- a spicy chicken sandwich.Even the spicy chicken sandwich was a bit of a disappointment because they threw an entire bottle of ketchup on the plate. I dont mean poured an entire bottle, no, they just served me the dish with the ketchup bottle on top of the food. No one wants a bottle of condiments on top of their food, especially not after people have been handling the bottle to get it to me and who knows however many times before that.My dates soup was served cold, yet the bowl was piping hot leaving a tepid goop to be slurped down. The steak, potatoes, and veggies I was served were all lukewarm at best, had no seasoning, and the steak had been cross contaminated with some sort of seafood. Biting into a cold steak tasting of fish almost had me gagging.Like I said, though, the sandwich was the simplest dish but it was bomb.I cant ever see myself returning here, so go at your own risk. At least the presentation doesnt disappoint, so food pictures are a must.

I cant get enough of the flavors at Chicken Maison. The vegetarian options here are fantastic, especially the stuffed grape leaves and falafel. The food is consistently flavorful, and the restaurants commitment to quality sets it apart.

Please Train your employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered fries with my meal and the cashier obviously misunderstood me ans thought i said rice, as i recieve my food i noticed I had rice instead of fries so i told the lady who gave me my food and she tried to explain to me how fries are included as one side.. Im thinking thats fine because I also ordered potato salad so she attempted to give me the fries but before doing so she told the cashier that I ordered fries and not rice.. the cashier turn around and said to me No you didnt I said yes I did she rolled her eyes at me and turned around, I had to defend myself on an order that was clearly misunderstood and Instead of being accommodated I was challenged (Bizarre)

Ordered on Grub Hub out of the all the food place choices to spend my money I chose this restaurant with a particular craving in mind. Isn't that why we choose the restaurant we order from?! To get the food we want to eat. Sad to say The kitchen got my order wrong - I called right away and the manager wouldn't resend me the items that were missing from my order that I paid over $30 for - they said they can't replace orders placed on grub hub. So shame on you chicken maison - you want the additional money that having your business on grub hub brings you but you won't take care of your customers that pay regular price plus a hearty delivery fee when you get the order wrong. You shouldn't take advantage of regular customers that way. Especially since I eat here regularly. I have other options though. Not a happy lady. Don't mess with women and PMS food cravings it doesn't work out well.
