I am writing this review not due to the food quality of the restaurant but their behavior of profiling my son who was there to get dinner on evening of 4/22. So this is how it goes . My Son who is 28 year old walks in the restaurant and waits for a table to be seated . Once he is seated, he gets really weird look from the staff . He has no idea that why he is getting this looks from the staff. Then one of the waitresses just walks over to him and questions him in front of everyone if his name is Ahmed and he did not pay his bill when he was at the restaurant the previous night . My Son was really taken back and was in disbelief due to this gesture of accusation . He tells them that his name is not Ahmed and he was not there yesterday at all. The waitress refuses to not belief him till he pulls out his Drivers License and Business card to prove that he is not that person ( Ahmed). After he proves he is not that person the waitress just walks away without any apology. Really.... At this point my Son was very upset and asked to speak with the manager. The manager comes out and says that he is sorry about this and offers him a free drink. How would a free drink rectify the humiliation he just went through by one of their very incompetent and possibly racial staff. Did he get treated like this because he was wearing Jeans and Hoody. The waitress was a white female and my Son looks like Black/Pacific Islander male. What shall we deduce from such am appalling behavior from the Restaurant staff.

By far the BEST Vietnamese restaurant in the Bay Area! Authentic flavors from the rice dishes to the noodle bowls! Generous portions!...left the restaurant full and satisfied! Very fresh herbs and greens. Just as important as their quality dishes, very nice staff! If you’re looking for an unpretentious, affordable, clean, friendly and fast service Vietnamese restaurant, this place is the one!

I finally checked out this place during the “COVID-19 pandemic”. They have dine-in for lunch; there were very few customers; in fact two guys were eating. Which was better due to no surrounding windows in the dining areas. Have lunch and ordered the vermicelli with grilled chicken and egg rolls. The meal was really great and I end up taking some home. This is a true Vietnamese restaurant. The grilled chicken was cooked well to perfection along with the egg rolls. Along with the meal, I ordered a Taro Milk with pearl. That too was made well and very, very good. I’m happy. I have a “go to” Pho Vietnamese restaurant. I even pick up a togo menu. I enjoyed my lunch at this restaurant. It’s so hard to find authentic Vietnamese cuisine that truly is authentic. Thank you Pho Thai Hung. ???

Basic for the dishes and service. I went in because of the high ratings, specifically for Pho. They didnt seat us they looked at us and and said yes I said table for two they pointed at a table and stayed seated (4 employees). Sat down for a few minutes looked through the menu then they rushed us through it( literally started while we said werent ready) then didnt really answer the questions about the dishes so settled on the first of the two options of pho. Plates brought out quickly (thats great) however Nothing special or impressive just super plain noodles, broth and chicken (or shrimp if you reaallllly ask them a few times). Service was kinda non existent. Me and my mother had to keep getting up to ask ask for things - water (my mom was choking a little bit), another lemon wedge (gave us one plate for the soup with a handful of bean sprouts cilantro and 2 limes 4 pieces of jalapeno TO SHARE), a side dish of rice, and the check then they looked like they were upset about the 3 dollar tip which was generous considering the service or lack there of. Everything we asked for seemingingly bothered them. The flavor of the broth as really good with everything in it. But honestly for broth, noodles, and a few pieces of protein you could pass and go to another place for the same price. Wont be going there again.

If you dont want to read the whole review heres a summary:-very curt, unwelcoming hostess-decent food that is overpriced-nice atmosphereMy family and I ate here around 2pm on a Saturday. It wasn't busy and we paid $50.25 for four people. As soon as we walked through the door, the hostess stared at us with such distaste that I immediately felt unwelcomed. As she assisted us never once did she smile and she treated other customers similarly, even at the register when we paid for our meals. As a past food service worker I understand that employees may have rough days and they can be too exhausted to smile, but as a hostess tasked with welcoming so many customers into the restaurant, I expected her to be more friendly. She gave us the impression that she did not want to be there and that she didn't care about the guests she was seating. The other waitress didn't smile either but she at least nodded in response when we said “thank you” instead of look away and almost roll her eyes like the hostess did.I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant! Its cozy and there was no intrusive music/background noise. I appreciate this because I could talk to my family. One of the chopsticks provided to us had a waxy, spider-web-like white substance twined around it. It looked like melted plastic or wax and it was on the end of the chopstick meant to pick up food. This flaw was very clearly visible on the darkly-colored utensil and yet the eating hazard was still given to us to use.The dishes were served in filling portions and we were served very quickly. My dad loved his tripe pho! The beef and meatball pho tasted okay but it had a fishy aftertaste. They included bean sprouts already in the soup so the customer can't choose to add or omit it. I say this because the menu doesn't mention that bean sprouts are served already in the soup rather than on a separate dish as other restaurants do, so we didn't know to tell them “no”. The egg noodles are salty but delicious. The beef chow fun was a huge disappointment. Here it costs $12.50 but I have had better beef chow fun for $8.00 elsewhere. Mi's chow fun is strangely slimy and shiny (yes gravy can make it wet but Mi's is a cheap takeout quality slimy). The flavor isn't as good as others I've tasted and as the food cooled down it tasted more and more unappealing. Overall the average-quality food was overpriced and I love the comfortable atmosphere, but the staff was rude enough to drop an average 3-star rating to a 2. I note that the owners of the restaurant read these reviews and a past review mentioned rude staff too, but with my experience today maybe they haven't become any less impolite.

This is my most frequently visited park as I live very close by - and its my primary bicycle access to the San Francisco Bay Trail. For some reason, Google Maps shows the parking area not as pavement, but as park, until you turn on Earth View - so I encourage you to do so right now!Part Marina Access, Part Regional Trail, Newly installed restroom building, wheelchair and stroller friendly. Whats not to like?OK, one thing not to like (and why I didnt bestow the 5th star): When the weather is nice, and its a weekend or holiday, its too crowded! Especially if you walk or ride along the Bay Trail. One thing in particular you should see: The exhibit on the construction of Liberty Ships which is part of the Rosie the Riveter National Historic Monument. From the parking lot, look toward the East Bay hills and youll see, across a bit of grass, the exhibit. It has an informative plaque, then it guides you through a small remembrance garden towards a sea overlook.

Wow... This is the first time Ive ever had such a bad experience Ive been inspired to write a bad review. The staff here are incredibly unpleasant and they have policies that are nearly impossible to comply with.I bought a boat in this marina and before they would give me access they require I show them proof of ownership. Ive never heard of this requirement before and I should have known what was coming. If you make an appointment with the DMV so you dont have to lose a work day it takes a month to get your new registration. Here is the rub, you only have 30 days from the day your boat is sold to vacate the marina. So you buy the boat, you are not allowed access to it for nearly a month and then you have to immediately leave. This really killed me because I bought an old boat that had been sitting for a long time. So somehow I was supposed to make is seaworthy to leave without access to it.I was going to try to keep it in the marina a couple months to get it in good shape but they told me the wait list was full. Every time I tried to talk to them about the situation they kept telling me Ive made the policy clear! and I hate when people ask me to break policy! The marina was mediocre to begin with but the staff made it my worst marina/boating community experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

They NEVER EVER answer the phone for Togo orders.Would be more stars if they did. Even tried calling them while sitting waiting for my order just to see. I would get it if they were super busy but; Nobody in line, 2 employees chatting, phone ringing... They didnt care. Terrible. My coworkers and I have talked about it several times. We all skip quite often because we always get Togo... And were just 6 people. I wonder how much business theyre actually losing from others as well. Must be nice not to need to make those sales. Food is ok for the price.. a little too expensive. Thanks for replying to my review but I dont think you read it!I ordered in person and called you while I was waiting for my food. The phone rang five times went to voicemail while I watched the employees carry on a personal conversation completely ignoring the phone they were standing right next to. I was standing by the door and could hear it ringing. Nobody in line. It definitely would not have been hard for them to pick up the phone. Like I said earlier in the review, if it was busy I get it. But it wasnt, and its the same all the time.As for ordering online, I cant do that while Im driving. Thats why I call.
