Panda Express in Dublin

Whenever I come to this place to eat something I like it, because when I try each dish I love it and I really dont complain about it, it also gives us a very quiet place and everything. But sometimes we dont have very good service or they give us little food and they dont give us a good portion of each dish, but that is if the food is delicious. I hope to come back soon. 😎😀

I usually do not give bad reviews and it is my 1st time and most likely final in this particular Panda. The fast food brand that I actually love. However having degree in hospitality obliges me to see things for what they are. When server is not respecting customer and consequently the food he/she is serving- it is a problem.The main thing for any server is to put the ego and bad mood away once his/her shift starts. It is essential to understand that you are a server of the food/energy and NOT the main actor on the stage - the Customer is! If we have chosen this place to eat we expect quite and agreeable atmosphere and not rudeness and criticism.Please organize bi-weekly training and teach your employees to be polite, NOT loud, not to laugh after customer goes away even if you do not think that you are wrong. In open space everyone and everything is seen.Also talk to them personally and give them benefits to go an heal if they need a rest. They are all tired and on the edge of needing mental help.Thank you 🙏

I have been ordering take out for years and from multiple places and even from Dublin but first time ever experienced this behavior Ordered family meal, boxes were not completely full, if you are charging fir complete family meal than fill the box, felt cheated

They do not have most of the options available most of the times. We ordered online couple of times and then got a call back saying they do not have the items we ordered. I suggest please keep the items out of list if not available. This is frustrating and also wastage of time. The person who called back behaved as if she was doing a favor by refunding the payment for the order they could not fulfill.On top of that the cancellation email said the reason as “Customer no longer wants order” where the truth is that they did not have the items that I ordered. To make things more confusing they sent out a text message mentioning my order was ready for pickup. Overall bad experience.

With time they are going down. Ordered online one time the entree was way less than pick up time. This time the amount of entree they gave is horrible,not at all enough for 1 person may be fine for kids. This happened multiple times. Food was not fresh and too greasy. Not going back to this location again. Horrible experience.

Maam, you cant take photos in here. ?!?!?Ive visited this Panda Express many times and have not had many issues to complain about. With the exception of one time that my steamed vegetables tasted like theyd been sitting in the pan for 4 hours, the food has always otherwise tasted very good. The place is kept pretty clean, and the staff seems to be on top of keeping the food prepared when certain items are running low.Today, I visited the restaurant and remembered that I wanted to write a review, which I thought was going to be very good. I took a photo of the menu, and the lady behind the counter looked past the patron ahead of me, and said Maam, you cant take photos in here. When I asked why, she responded by shrugging her shoulders and said, Its just policy. When I asked her if it was written somewhere, she ignored me and started helping the guest in front of me. I have never heard of such a thing, and now what would have been a positive review is now mediocre because of what was a considerably rude attitude and likely incorrect information. I took photos anyway.

Takeout is fine, for the price its quite good, nothing wrong but rice is not consistent, sometimes too dry and sometimes perfect, needs more water and more oil for fried rice. Sometimes serving sizes are too not correct

So bomb. I normally get chow main orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp(which is extra). This time I got it on the side and got the teriyaki chicken. From previous experience I do recommend coming either early like between 11am-2pm or 5pm-7pm I notice the food is fresher and hasn’t been sitting out for too long. Give them a try.

Ordered the “Plate” lol ridiculously small portions. Whatever styrofoam trays they use emphasize small portions. No doubt. Service was good though but expect to order extra. Not impressed. Won’t go back.

The staff was good. I liked all my food except for the chicken chow Mein. The chicken chow mein had a weird flavor
