The food is good but they need to seperate the online orders from the in person orders. I ordered 1 item and my order was done and sitting in line on the counter with about 9 orders in front of it and most of the orders where from online orders. I do not like cold food. I expect to get my food hot. So several of the orders in front of mine were waiting for an item to be refilled. My food was cold when I got it. And I ordered the Fire Shrimp... not good cold. At least they should have someone to be pushing out the orders that are completed. I had already paid when I ordered from the girl electronically taking the orders at the front of the line. So I couldnt just walk out.It would be pretty simple to assign one staff member to get the orders out to the customer as soon as its complete. Just check the orders and since they are paid already just get it out. So I will not be dining here if its like this again. It would have been good hot!!!The last couple times here is been much better! Fresh hot food and better service!

Not ONE piece of beef in my BEEF and broccoli. On top of spending almost 100$ at this location tonight, I remained calm and tried to contact them by calling their store. It rang and rang until it told me “no one is available, goodbye!”. When I order in store I usually anxiously watch their meat to vegetable ratio and now knowing they rip you off not only in front of your face but COMPLETELY behind your back for pickup orders. Needless to say I will probably never revisit this location again. Let alone another Panda Express.

Alwayyyyyys love panda express. Got the 2 entree 1 side and a drink. My fam came with me. Iy wasnt suuuuper busy but did get a lil crazy towards the end of our meal. Staff handled the crowd well and they were very nice to us as well. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Good place for a bite. Upon ordering I noticed all there entrées had hardly any protein and were mostly vegetables. I ordered 2 sides or teriyaki chicken on my plate and got about 75% of what I usually get from other locations. Service was fine

They always have had good food and service in the past, but today I had an order to pick up and my order was given to someone else. That was dissapointing but at the end they gave me my order. Waiting was super long. They have to check the order names better so this wont happen to someone else. Specially if its a big order like mine.

I am a Uber Eats driver, the manager was very unprofessional on helping me with my order. The power went out in the system which I understand, so I waited patiently for my order. When she asked for a confirmation number I told her that it wont give me one until I deliver the food, she then refused to complete my order knowing I been waiting for 30 mins! Terrible customer service waited 32min for my food and when I went to check it’s status turned out they lost my order. When I said forget it and wanted to just get my money back that was another mission and a half for them to print some paper that they said the “wait was too long” when I’m all like are you kidding me in reality it was cause they lost my order and their mess up cause they run that place like a zoo. The Manager didn’t even attempt to help take care of the situation. The whole ordeal took way to long between waiting for my food and the return process to just get my money back for food I didn’t even get! Usually the food is pretty good and the restaurant is pretty fast. Don’t go on Sunday’s after church because you will wait in a long line! Use the app you will get your food faster. Restrooms are one of the cleanest and always stocked with toilet paper!

The first time I was a walk-in. They ran out of 5 main entrees. So I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my food. On top of that, they served some entrees and we’re sitting on the plates for 30 min. By the time I got my food, it was cold. I gave them the benefit and thought that is the risk of walking in.Now today I ordered my food online to make sure I would get my food more quickly. Application said food would be ready at 7:23pm. I arrived at 7:15pm and I did not receive my food until 8:05pm. It is ridiculous. Food was once again cold. They need to get better organized and fix application when they start getting behind.It’s sad as my wife and I love the food but this type of service sucks.

The food is great in general. It really comes down to the people working at these restaurants. This particular place lags in communication between employees. When a dish is needed or is ready they dont let each other know right away. At times they are working so slow that the line gets very long. Some dishes can be too soggy with too much sauce. It all comes down to the people working that shift that determines how your food and service will be.

Ive been here several times in the afternoon. Each time theyve been busy and they just dont seem to be able to handle the busyness.Currently they only allow a few people inside. Often they forget to bring people in when someone goes out.They dont have anyone telling the cooks that they at running out of certain items so this causes huge delays.The tall Cook is constantly looking back to see how much food is out but that really shouldnt be his jobThey need a manager or supervisor that can multitask and someone on the line that can notify the cooks what they need frequently.If you see they are busy then you can pretty much figure youll be spending a minimum time of 30 minutes.Great foodUPDATE - May 8th 2022Service was a little slow but the staff was really working hard to get the food out.Staff member Brandon was amazingHe was not only on register but checking on the mobile orders and answering questions for customers.Really great guy

Not sure what express means to this location but I had to wait 45 minutes even though there were only 3 customers ahead of me. Not much to expect if the manager is probably the one working at the slowest pace. How is it possible that after having 20 people in line they give priority to the online orders. We all had to wait until they caught up with online orders, which makes no sense if as a restaurant you read your covid guidelines. How is it possible that a fast food restaurant takes 45 min to serve 3 people? Worst experience! I feel bad for the franchise which has great quality food. The cooks work really hard and the problem are the employees serving. Seriously not even 1 star.

Poor organization in taking orders, despite having two employess exchanging turns in taking orders. My order was misplaced and waited over 20 minutes to get done. This was a take out order. Overridden by employees handling door dash and pick up delivery orders being filled out first. Very frustrated with the whole situation, it is also not the first incident. This occurs multiple times during the week with the same employees.

Tasty as usual but this last time the girl taking your order while you stand outside was very rude when asked simple questions. The employees inside seemed confused as they were taking and filling pick up orders while passing up those of us that had been standing there for quite a while after our order was taken. I will say the girl that was working the register did a fantastic job and apologized for the wait.

Ive known fastfoods are a little behind these days, so after I ordered online I arrived ten minutes after it was suppose to be ready. Turns out my food was still not ready. So I asked if I was skipped over after 30 mins of still waiting. They just said they are working on it. I was the last to get my food after all the other patrons have left. I felt discriminated here. My husband and I came to Panda on June 11 towards closing. We just got back from a long flight and it took about 45 minutes to get out meal and it was forgotten about. (Things happen no big deal) but Im giving this 5 star review to Amerah who was very considerate and apologetic for the wait she gave us a free meal voucher. I know this will make me sound like a “Karen” and I usually don’t leave reviews but we had an order for pickup and it was supposed to be ready at 7:12pm and when we arrived at about 7:15pm there was about half a dozen people waiting for their online order. Nobody came out to check on the order until maybe five out of the now 12 people went in to ask. By this time it was 7:35 and after getting the servers attention, they came out with three orders, thankfully ours being one of them, and the server justified the wait by saying “I’m not even supposed to be doing this.” We finally got our order at 7:44pm and had to walk by the other 15 people still waiting for the online order. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for them and it will help them manage the place better.

I visited Panda Express recently and had such a great experience. I am very much obsessed with panda bears so coming here is such a treat for me. I asked our cashier if there was any chance I could have one of their panda pens and she checked with the manager to make sure it was allowed. I showed both of them my panda purse, my panda shoes and a few panda accessories to prove my fascination..and she said sure and let me have a pen. Its the little things that can make our day and they delivered! Great food and great service.

Waited literally over an hour in line for my food before walking out when they said it would be atleast another 15 minutes. Around 5-10 huge online orders were made and given out between any 1 in store customer being helped. Never been to a panda with such a long wait. This is not uncommon at this location even when there is only a handful of customers and over 8 employees working the wait time on average is half and hour.

This branch is not as good as others I have gone to. The food is not as cooked as good as other branches. They are way too cheap with their food. Very small servings. And the quality is not as good. The servers are very nice and respectful and I appreciate that, but we come for the food. Also on the day I went I asked for 6 little cups of their brown sauce. Well they dont fill the little cups up, so you have to ask for double because they dont fill them up. Also the the tops to those little while sauce cups kept popped off 3 times getting everything in my bags full of brown sauce and steaky. And we ordered the the 3 choice dinner meals. And in the little boxes to put ghe 3rd itemin, well they were only half full. We wont go back again. Way too cheap with the food.We will find another branch to go to.

I like the spicy selections and my sister loves the Shrimp meals. Chicken, Beef, Sea Food and vegetables are tasty and fresh. I come here pretty often and I’ve never really had a bad experience. If you’re coming during covid expect to wait in line for at least 30 minutes. It has been the case the past 4 times I’ve came. Every single time we come here, the order is wrong. Prior to the pandemic, it was the same way. We have to check the order and then they give us a much smaller side of what we had originally asked for, instead of actually correcting the order in a proper way. We come here far less often but every time we try to take another chance, same experience. Additionally, since the pandemic, the employees are not on the same page about procedures - one will tell you one thing, only to have another tell you something entirely different. I recommend if you come here at all to order online and then CHECK THE ORDER THOROUGHLY before you leave. We have literally never had an order be correct the first time in over two years. Very disappointing because weve never had any issues at any other Panda Express before.

Expect to wait at least an hour for your food and if you are lucky they will even ask you to pay even though your food is still not ready, but dont worry because while you wait for the food you paid for you can watch as they give others who were behind you in line their food, while your food is sitting on the packaging line getting cold. Even after I asked where my food was and a worker pointed and told me its right there, she still would not bag it to give me my food, only whispered to her co worker while they both looked at me and continued helping and bagging other orders. Customer service is terrible!!! They don’t greet you at all they just make you feel like your on a chain gang waiting in line for your meal. The girl serving the rice and chowmein today 10/28/19 @ 5:45pm was rude and was mixing my food up with the person behind me making both our orders as one. This is by far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. Probably the worst in California not to mention they are stingy with the portions. I paid for the three entree plate to literally be served 2 and a quarter. I would rather drive to Ag or anywhere else to another location rather than go back to that dump.

Went there on a Tuesday morning and there was only one server and one person cooking and she was handling money and also handling food I asked her to wash her hands and she briefly stuck them under the water for a second . She was very annoyed . The food tasted like it was yesterdays food. It is one of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to . So I used to like Panda a long time ago and today I decided to give them a try and sorry to say it but I was let down. I requested the vegetables for my side and I was told by the cashier(who by the way had issues running the transaction properly) that they would call me when the veggies were done. As I write this, I am still waiting for my veggies, a total of 20 minutes have passed by and I have looked and stood up to see if vegetables were even being cooked and they were not...after approaching the cashier they finally offered me two entrees which makes up for it a little. I would just suggest that Panda Express do better next time.

Mostly decent food but the noodles are soooo gross. even the kids wouldnt eat them. We only go in on Christmas now (a Jewish tradition) because they are the only place open. They open at 9:30. Crazy early for what Id consider a lunch place, but, whatever.I showed up at 10:10. All the entrée pans but a few are clean. Shanghai Beef? Eight minutes. Broccoli beef? Eight minutes. Kung pao chicken? Eight minutes. White or brown rice? 30 minutes! And the employees seemed totally unfazed.Maybe it was a glitch. Maybe today things happened beyond their control. On 6/19/19, my daughter and I decided on Panda Express for lunch. The line wasnt long so we stayed and ordered. I had decided on kung pao chicken and mushroom chicken as my two sides to go along with my chao mein. The kung pao chicken was out and had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cooked. When I got it, I found a seat to eat my lunch. When I opened my box, to my amazement, I was only given a small portion, that seemed like a 3 bite portion. Check out the picture on the top right hand side. What a rip off!!!! This is a place that I will not be visiting again.
