2023-10-13 05:11:27Great service, great food, great atmosphere! The interior design of this place makes the whole restaurant feel elevated and authentic. Definitely recommend the fish sauce fries, salted sparkling lemonade, herbal iced tea, and the bone marrow! The star of the show is the pho. The owner explained that the broth doesnt have any MSG; I personally dont have anything against MSG, but I could really taste the difference. In place of the intense flavor that typical broth with MSG has, the broth here has a deep, rich flavor that really cant be done without time and care. The meats are of the highest quality and works so well with the flavor of the broth and the texture of the noodles. The vibe was immaculate, and the service was excellent as well! The cherry on top is the beautiful presentation of the food.

2023-10-14 06:13:11Im so glad that they opened a second location, especially in Cerritos. All of their food and drinks are so good, especially their pho broth. Its so fresh and clean. The flavor is amazing, as I was informed that it was cooked for 48 hours! Also really like that it got no MSG in it. Along with my pho, I got the classic egg rolls as an appetizer, which was so good. For drinks, I got Herbal Iced Tea and their sleeper hit, the Mid-Autumn Dream. They are located in the plaza across the Cerritos mall on 183rd. The area got plenty of parking, so room is always available to park and check them out!Plus, they also got those cool robot waiters, which is always a great treat when dining here.

2023-10-13 21:45:17Had to check out All About Pho new location in Cerritos because I’m a HUGE fan of their food and drinks! Their 48 hour MSG free broth is so scrumptious you can’t go wrong with any pho you choose from the menu! My fave is the wagyu or the special pho xe lua, which has several different meats and a huge rib bone! They also offer free unlimited noodles to make sure you get every delicious slurp of broth!Their apps cannot be beat! So creative and yummy. I had the bone marrow this time which was luscious and buttery and so full of umami flavors, it has risen to the top of my favorite ap! Love their naked egg and fish sauce fries as well, but mmmmmm this one hits the spot! When checking in to Yelp you get a free drink, this time it was their herbal tea which took me back to the streets of HK! Also got their special, beautiful mid autumn dream. I’ll be dreaming about this one for a while!Loving this location! So easy to get to, find parking and go shopping because it’s right across the street from the mall! The decor is so beautiful and straight from Vietnam. You can tell love went into the creation of this restaurant ❤️ From the decor to the menu. Nothing is left out.

2023-10-10 07:52:40- friendly service-flavorful broth- UNLIMITED PHO NOODLES. OMG!!-the beef quality is top notched! And they give you more beef than noodles!!-prices are on par with pretty much other pho places but you get so much more value bc of the quality-their herbal tea and coffee is seriously better than all the boba shop Ive tasted in cerritos. This is now my favorite pho place in all of cerritos!

2023-11-05 01:07:54Im always down to try new Pho spots.I saw this place on a IG post and had to try especially with Waygu and Short Rib pho.The place was inviting with an all white interior, compared to the previous seafood spot which was kinda dim.The Waygu and Short rib was tender and delicious, but if youre looking for authentic Vietnamese pho flavor I felt it lacked it. The fries with fish sauce I think is just a gimmick and wouldnt justify the $10 for the string fries. The service provided by Tammy was good and they have a Robo-busser which was cool. They also add an additional service tax as shown on the menu. So adjust your tip accordingly.

2023-10-10 03:24:44Best pho in Cerritos. Phò xe lùa is perfection in a bowl. Dennis and Richard are both wonderful. Will definitely be back to try their other offerings.

2023-11-26 00:01:15I was ecstatic to learn that All About Pho opened up a second location that would be closer to me! Im a big fan of their Fullerton location so I knew I had to come and support their 2nd location. I really enjoy their 48 hour cooked broth and the option of unlimited thin noodles. My experience is based on their soft opening. Upon entering the establishment, it definitely gives me classy elegant dining vibes. Its probably the fanciest Ive ever felt while eating a bowl of pho. Im told that similar to their Fullerton location, every piece of furniture has been imported from Vietnam. They still have the robot servers here but they dont have the fancy order pick up system you would see at the Fullerton location.|| L O C A T I O N / P A R K I N G ||-Cross Streets are 183 St. and Gridley Rd.-Located in the same plaza as Luna Grill, Blaze Pizza, The Habit, Broth, Chuck E Cheese and more.-Plenty of parking in the plaza but I would definitely recommend parking near Chuck E Cheese otherwise youd be circling the lot for a spot. It would just be less than a minute walk away to All About Pho.|| F O O D / D R I N K S ||Matcha Coconut - I had to get my all time favorite matcha coconut drink here! I love that the matcha is so vibrant green and that they are very generous with the amounts of matcha. I am definitely looking forward to other matcha drinks that they may possibly add onto their menu in the future.Salted Lemonade - My moms favorite and I can definitely see why. Its definitely a super refreshing drink and if you yeet hay (lots of internal heat), this will definitely cool your body down. Its a nice thirst quencher after consuming a hot bowl of pho.Thai Tea - I liked that it wasnt super sweet. I usually stray away from ordering thai tea because I cant stand how sweet it is.Fish Sauce Fries - It was a favorite of mine at the Fullerton location so I definitely was craving it again. Its such a unique concept and is executed well. I love that they chose shoestring fries instead of thick fatty fries to showcase the fish sauce flavor. If you would like more fish sauce flavor, make sure to ask your server for that 40% fish sauce concentrate. Its super strong!Wagyu Pho - I would recommend telling your server that you would like your meat rare so they can bring out the side of meat on the side. The wagyu was super tender and melted in my mouth instantly. I did notice that the fattiness of the wagyu does alter the taste of the broth a bit so I also recommend taking a sip of the broth before dipping that wagyu in.Short Rib Pho - This contains 2 short ribs. The meat on the short rib bone fell off so easily. I was quite impressed by that. I always joke that Ill never order anything bone in on a date because Ill look silly trying to get the meat to slide off and that I might accidentally send some utensils flying. I guess I dont have to worry about that concern here. ;)
