Asian BBQ & Pho Restaurant in Visalia

We really enjoyed our time here. The food was good but what really stood out was the customer service. Our server Charleston was great. He gave good recommendations and was there anytime we needed refills or wanted to order more. On top of that, he was the only one helping our section of multiple other tables at one point. This just made our experience so much better. We’d definitely come back and hopefully Charleston is there.

It was so good I forgot to take a picture. I ordered the Seafood Pho and it was great. Shrimp tender, fish cooked perfectly and didn’t fall apart, broth was delicious. We also ordered Peach Soju, Beef Pho, and side of fries. The hot green tea was not good but that doesn’t matter compared to everything else. Am definitely going back next time we’re in town.

The foods were great, it’s delicious and so much! The service were good too although short of staff, we wait a bit then it’s our turn, we’ll definitely come back often 😊👍🏻

Asian BBQ is delicious. Absolutely love the spicy pork belly. Spicy bulgogi is good. Be sure to get some mixed vegetables to grill as well. Super yummy with extra gochujang sauce for dipping! The pickled carrot and radish side go so great to help clear the palate with the rich meat.

Food is good. Service is a little slow at times no biggie.Rude on the phone. I called to ask their hours if they were open since last year they had posted on social media they were closed from November 24-28 for the Thanksgiving holiday so just wanted to check before going in just incase they decided to close again this year.The person that answered on the phone sound irrated because she was trying to make a call and tried to hang up because since they had already hanged up on me when I called earlier. She asked me in a rude tone, Are you trying to place an order!I replied No, but are you open tomorrow? If so, from what time to what time?She replied with an attitude, You can check onlineSorry, you were trying to call someone by the name of Johnathan (it sounded like she picked up the phone try to hang up on me and then started to dial a number and asked for Johnathan while I called on the phone at the same time) and I interrupted by calling the restaurant.How hard is it to say your hours? Sometimes hours are not always correct online, so I like to check by calling.

Great Pho soup. I highly recommend this place. Our server was really attentive. Im glad I tried this place out, it was super clean. The waiting period for our food was less than 10 min so thats a plus.

Not authentic pho. I knew when they gave our table of 4 one basil leaf.Their siracha is also a fake Hispanic knock off version.When we went it was raining and the roof was also leaking all over me.Overall a bad experience.

Coming from SD, I didnt expect this place to impress me so much! A little disappointed that theres no fish cakes for the sides, but thats ok! The meat is great, the servers are amazing, and I always love coming here to eat.
