Huge portions, fish is not fresh. I was extremely disappointed when I took my first bite. I love poke bowls and this was my first time coming to this restaurant which was recommended by a friend. Nothing taste fresh, I got all the way to work and literally tossed the food. I clearly rather have nothing for lunch then to eat that. I really want my money back but it’s a lesson learned.
Experience was great! The lady helping us was very patient and helpful as we explained it was our first visit. We were more than satisfied with our food, restaurant has been marked as a family favorite. Just as other reviewers mentioned, great prices for great portions! I completely recommend trying this place if you get the chance!

My mom and I went in today, the best Poke we hv ever had, the ladies were great.. went back after we ate our lunch at the Water Front and got my husband some Dragon Shrimp.. he said that was the best sushi he has ever had!!!! We will definitely go back!
I was really surprised by the food. They had quite a variety. Though I wouldnt call it a deli per say. I would say that the food was excellent and plentiful. The staff is family and very helpful. I had poke and a vegy roll but they also offered sushi, pancit and Burmese dishes of which I was not familiar. When I left I was very pleased with the food and more pleased with the service. I dont think you can Door Dash this place as the owners taylor your Poke to your individual taste by taking you though each step. As with all Poke places I have been to they build your bowl asking you questions along the way. I think this is a must try spot.
Ordered a poke bowl. The fish had frost bite. The cashier told me its because it was cut fresh, but if youre serving customers to dine-in, the food has to be edible and ready to eat right away. Because of my particular problem, she suggested to take it to go so it will have time to thaw out. This is unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable because of her suggestion. I hate wasting food, so I took the food to go. We had plans afterwards, but we had to go back home because of this food needing to thaw out.Edit: If the food isnt ready, then dont put it out? Simple solution. I wanted white rice and that wasnt available. I understood and opted for something else. Would you place chicken out that wasnt cooked thoroughly to meet demands? The fish wasnt even cut well. Neither were your other food items that were put out. They were cut haphazardly in a sloppy manner. I wanted to go to the event in Suisun that day and had a hard time finding parking. Your suggestion for me to go back home and come back because of your poor customer service and bad food quality is laughable and ridiculous. For anyone thinking to go to this establishment for poke, dont. I cant speak for their other foods because I havent tried them personally, but their poke isnt good. There are much better options out there.
I suppose slicing the shrimp helps to stretch it out and save money by only using half the amount of shrimp for the shrimp tempura roll, but when that happens, other ingredients are increased like cucumber or avocado and it causes the taste and togetherness of the dish to be off-balance. also the shrimp is over cooked and dried out so its so crunchy that it was hard to notice i was eating a tailfin.
It doesnt get fresher... unless they let me gut and clean my own! But we ALL know: sashimi grade MUST be frozen for a specific time, and its certainly not long enough to get freezer burned!(see review below; yes I will defend my local eateries) Ive been eating here since it opened and NEVER had anything taste off. You wont get a bigger plate or bowl ANYWHERE! Generous portions: rolls are nearly twice as big as Yo Sushi for same price! HUGE menu, great people! Love living so close! Sorry Yo, but after that remodel and price hike...well, you know: a girls gotta eat on the cheap!
Honestly, one of my favorite spots in the area. The owner is very friendly and cares about her customers and the food is quite diverse and still delicious. My mainstays are usually the poke salad and the Philadelphia rolls

I went to get a poke bowl with shrimp and the shrimp tasted like they left it soaking in tap water for days then let it sit out. I ate one bite and instantly felt sick. It was super disappointing! It’s worth driving to Vacaville for a poke bowl.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The sushi is good here and the poke bowls. Their mango boba drinks is also really good.
This place may not look like much, but the food is delicious and the price is unbeatable. The crunchy dragon roll is a crazy value and is delicious. Highly recommend.

This place is freakin good! They give big portions and their food is delicious. We couldve just bought 2 sushi rolls (had a chicken teriyaki plate too) and it wouldve been enough for my husband, myself and our 8 yr old - had left overs for later 😊

Wonderful poke. Rolls are huge and you get large portions for your money. But poke is the draw here. The rest of the stuff is so-so. Ambience is very Subway still.

Me and my dad were hungry and we came here the food looked good but tasted like a** the seaweed salad tasted fermented and me and my dad both felt sick after eating this nothing at the bar was fresh it all was sickening to eat we were about to cancel the order after we saw the nasty looking options at the selection bar for the poke bowl!!!!!!!!

They serve many other items that I have yet to try, but the poke bowl is so good that I havent attempted anything else because its my favorite. Such a variety of selections everything is so fresh. The portion size is huge and tastes so good. Definitely worth a try, the bill totals out to around $13.50 with tax. Great buy and good eats.
