Exceptionally good hand pulled noodles! These are the best that I have had outside of NYC, give them a try.I very much enjoyed both the food and staff at this place. The service was quick and I really enjoyed being able to see the dishes being made. Very simple menu but don’t let that dissuade you from a visit, quality not quantity. I can see why this place is gaining such a loyal following. The food was outstanding and I particularly enjoyed the TINGLY CUMIN DRY NOODLES with BEEF added.

YUM! I get the garlic schezwan dry noodles and it’s a great spice level and surprisingly filling. It is pricy for around $16 not including any extra toppings or proteins, but as a vegetarian who doesn’t like mushrooms, they don’t have proteins options I would get anyway. Love to pick this up when I’m in Culver City!*photo isn’t amazing because I was too excited to eat before I remembered to take a photo!

I was skeptical about coming here to try the food because they had low reviews on Google, but it looked so tempting and delicious on Instagram.Drive about 20 minutes from Beverly Hills to Bang Bang Noodles to see if the attractions truth is accurate. This is a pop-up restaurant located in the Citizen Public Market. Its located on the ground floor behind the coffee shop. You will see it as soon as you walk in. This is self-service, and you will clean up after finishing your food. You order at the cashier, and they will text you to pick up the food. Waiting depends on the date. I came here weekday, and it was less than 7 mins.I was surprised by the Szechuan garlic soup because it has a unique taste I have never tried since it was my first time. The big yellow noodles were just eaten, and I was very pleased with the raised beef that went with it. The beef tendon is very tender and not chewy.Food: Szechuan garlic soup (8.5/10), Szechuan garlic dry (6.5/10), sides of dumplings (5/10), chili cucumber (4/10), wonton/dumplings soup (6.5/10)⏳ ordering & waiting time: weekdays (less than 10m); weekends 20-30minsI tried both Szechuan Garlic Dry and Soup options! I liked the soup better! Delicious and perfect for a cold Summer night in #socal🚘 Parking: First 90m FREE at Culver Steps, 9300 Culver Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232. 2 mins walk to Citizen Public MarketWell worth the drive back here!

First time visit. Tried the dry noodles and dumplings. Presentation of the fresh noodles was good. It wasn’t as tasty and it looked. Strong vinegar. Dumplings were ok but overpowered by the sauce.

The noodles here are very chewy, very nice. And the sauce has a lot of flavor. The Sechuan spicy is more about the sauces numbing sensation. However, the basic option doesnt include any meat, and it costs $16, which feels a bit pricey.

I was really excited to try these noodles but it was quite disappointing. i got the Sichuan garlic noodles with soup and it was definitely all right. There was very little garlic and the noodles were way over cooked and it was just lacking. Definitely wasn’t bad but for the price it was just all right.

Really enjoyed their flat cut noodles. I tried the Szechuan garlic noodles, with the flat cut noodles and dry with beef. Very yummy. If im in the area I would try another noodle dish. I wanted try them all. Seating is an issue on busy days.

Delicious hand pulled noodles. Honeydew agua fresca was so refreshing as well. Sichuan garlic with beef was super tasty I love a good garlic crunch with fresh herbs. Traveled a long way to try, not disappointed. Seating in this location is very limited inside but outside there are some tables.

Tried the szechuan noodles and dry tomato noodles. Out of the two, definitely enjoyed the tomato one better. For the price, i would say there are better alternatives though

The noodles were good. The flavor was okay. It taste more like lasagna without cheese than an authentic central Chinese noodle. Not spicy. Fresh cucumber and carrots.
