So delicious. Simple, fresh, and the owners are really sweet. The bread they make is top notch. Really happy this place is in the neighborhood now! I only hope they can extend their hours a bit when they aren’t short staffed anymore. I often miss them by the time I leave work, but they’re a weekend must for sure.
So glad I decided to try this new place! My first time having a Bahn Mi sandwich and it was delicious and fresh tasting with the teriyaki chicken. I also ordered the wrong drink by mistake but the extremely kind staff swapped it out for me free of charge. Definitely going to come back 😊
When I first walked into the restaurant I loved the decor! It reminded me of my travels to Taiwan and Japan. We ordered the Summer Rolls, Bao Buns, and Pho. Summer rolls were massive, in a good way, sizable shrimp and fresh noodles and greens. The bao was so good that I ordered another helping before leaving. Pho was excellent!!! The pho broth had great flavor, along with a good helping of protein, and noodles with just the right consistency. 👍👍 I highly recommend Banh Mi Zon. The staff was so friendly and gracious as well.
One of the best banh mi sandwiches that I’ve had in the Bay Area. You can tell that all of the ingredients are fresh and high quality, it was SO tasty. Will be coming back ASAP. Staff was also very friendly and everything was clean!
Finally, a great banh mi and pho place in Mill Valley! We tried the traditional bahn mi, pho, spring rolls, Vietnamese coffee, and Thai tea. The banh mi was juicy and delicious with a soft baguette which I always appreciate. Pho was great too - especially thought the broth was rich and flavorful. The spring rolls were much bigger than expected and freshly made. Also enjoyed both drinks.Staff was super friendly and the order experience was a breeze. I ordered from one of the iPads and picked up my order when the number was called (and texted to me).Will def come back again to try some of the bowls as well. This will be a go-to when I have bahn mi and pho cravings!
The tofu bahn mi I got here tasted great, just like their other store in by the Civic Center! The iced Vietnamese Coffee is also terrific here! Welcoming space, welcoming people!
The staff were so nice to me and my mother, the dishes we got were amazing. We were so excited to find really good Vietnamese food without haveing to go to the city or San Rafael. GO HERE!!
Their Pho beef soup is out of this world!!The broth is very delicate, not oily, and the beef just breaks down in your mouth like a brisket would and their shrimp rolls are also delicious and the bánh mì sandwich is divine!!So happy I don’t need to drive into SF anymore for good pho!😘😘😘

Mediocre, BBQ pork bahn mi had tough gristly meat. Small sandwich for the price, there are better options in Marin.
The food and service were amazing and the atmosphere is lovely. I tried the bahn mi with pork belly and a matcha tea, they were both delicious.

2023-09-13 00:50:55This might be the least authentic Vietnamese place in town. The Bahn Mi had the wrong bread, and the pork tasted off. The boba milk tea had no flavor, either. It felt watered down. To top off the experience, there is no restroom to wash your hands…I was very disappointed, as I was looking forward to trying this place.

He made small talk with us even though they were clearly busy fulfilling orders. He was very friendly and treated us with so much kindness! The overall service was phenomenal!Banh Mi Zon has some of the best banh-mi Ive ever had! The bread they make and use for their banh-mi sandwiches is soft, fresh, well-risen, light crumb, and very delicious! If you eat a lot of banh-mi like I do, you know that the quality of the bread can either make or break a sandwich. Here, you wont have to worry. This place has top-notch banh-mi bread!!! I havent found superior quality like this anywhere else!The meat was flavored well and very tender, and veggies were fresh and crunchy! It was all proportioned well.I got the beef bulgogi banh-mi and highly recommend it! My sister had the spicy pork belly banh-mi, and my husband ordered the bbq pork. They both loved what they ordered and also raved about it!The restaurant was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Vibes were great. Really loved the simple and sleek design of the place! And the self order kiosks were awesome!Literally, there are too many good things to say about Banh Mi Zon! Because they have the correct bread for starters - it’s thin and crispy on the outside, airy but it still can hold a massive amount of fillings.The pickled daikon radish and carrots is really perfectly made along with just the right amount of pate in the traditional one.The Bulgogi version was also super delicious!Highly recommended as we are very picky with Banh Mi after spending lots of time in Vietnam!

2023-06-19 16:41:08Easy to order for pickup and there are few parking spots in front. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the food was gross and inedible.The rolls were stale and the shrimp was rubbery. The chicken in the Pho was hard as a rock and flavorless. The tofu in the vermicelli was the strangest texture and again, no flavor. Even the rice noodles tasted stale which I didn’t know was possible.Nothing authentic or savory about the food. About as bland and disappointing as it gets.

2023-06-29 13:59:50Best Pho in the area. The broth is simply amazing and though the restaurant states that they are understaffed we were met with smiles and the customer service was great. Sadly we live 2 hours away but I can definitely see stopping here every time that we are in the area. Thank you so much for the delicious food.

2023-08-08 20:05:01We were just from this banh mi shop. And eventhough we didnt order any banh mi, we did order some rice bowls and pho soup. And everything was sooo delicious. The staff are really nice too and suggested us to visit a really nice place up in the mountain. Great food, great service and great experience. Will be back for sure if we visit San Francisco again.
