Bengee Sushi in Ontario

We stumbled on this place and Im so glad we did. Every item we tried was delicious!!! The server was very knowledgeable and recommended items to us. The place was clean and the service was great. We will absolutely be back to try some new items next time. The only problem is they dont serve alcohol. We like our sushi with a beer. If they add beer to their menu this place will be perfect. The sushi is so fresh. The uni was just delivered that morning. This is definitely the best sushi in Ontario hands down. 😋

Hidden small lil gem for sushi. Small place, but very cozy. The service is good, the waiter was very helpful and cheerful. The sushi rolls were real good. Portions were great as well. To some, the sushi rolls might seem smaller than other places, but rolls are meant meant to be like this. This is probably one of the closest renditions to authentic Japanese sushi. Fresh fish and ingredients. They dont have beer or sake, maybe and hopefully, in the future, they will add these on. But please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to authentic sushi.

Such a hidden gem here. First time I ordered Bake salmon roll, Takoyaki’ and some nigiri sushi, it is all good! Fish is very fresh, bake salmon roll its the best Ive ever eaten!Second time i ordered Mango lover roll, OMG, its special flavor, fresh and delicious also!Will bring my friend and family come back to try other things next time

Nice place, servers are really attentive the omurice was makes really well. The egg wasnt over cooked, the rice was woked nicely and the pork belly with a good mix of crispy and tender.

Ordered Chirashi ($25) for wife only to find out there was no wasabi in it. Also the store packed hot miso soup on top of the chirashi, which was supposed to keep cool to stay fresh.The house salad was basically of a few pieces of leaves bathing in excessive amount of watery dressing.Never had this kind of experience elsewhere. Disappointed.

W. Our server with the W. Place is low-key amazing, starts with their rice, and ends with their entrée. Limited selection, but all look great! I recommend getting some tea and getting an appetizer or 2. The salad, although plain, was fresh and tasty. I ordered a simple teriyaki and rice and left nothing on my plate and left full. My wife got the playboy roll and not only looked good but tasted really good. Service easy 5 stars. Very friendly and explained the dishes thoroughly. I forgot to take pictures but use your imagination. Its sushi the way it is supposed to be. There are so many other dishes I will be returning to try, like the omurice and other rolls and appetizers. If youre local or near the airport I suggest trying it, you wont be disappointed.

BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD! Went for lunch the other day and am making a reservation for dinner tomorrow. If anyone wants some good high quality Sushi, this is the place to go. The service is amazing and you get big portions for not a lot of money. My 12yrs old boy and his friend ate the entire box of Sushi I took home and they said if I could rank this 1/100 it wouldnt even be on the list, it would be higher than 100...

This place is such a hidden gem! Weve tried many of the sushi spots in the area, but this one has definitely topped our list. The restaurant itself is small, cozy, and clean. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was outstanding. You can tell they use quality ingredients-everything tasted really fresh and delicious. We thought it was reasonably priced as well. Well be back!

Stopped by Bengee today for lunch. They were having a grand opening special discount, so everything was 12% off.The seaweed salad is enough for 1-2 people, and so is the shrimp tempura, it comes with 5 pieces and they were crispy and fresh.We also ordered the baked scallop roll, it is creamy and covered with sauce. The roll is 6 pieces with a generous portion of crab, scallop, shrimp, and scallions for presentation.It’s a great casual place to get some sushi in the IE. Each table seats up to 4 people.
