BIG ES TERIYAKI & BURGERS in Rosemead

Always wanted to come here, finally did. The food is good. I heard they were famous for their terriyaki bowls AFTER trying this place; looks like I have to come back :)Limited seating.Slightly above avg seating.Food specials available.They had a TV playing the game in the main seating area.Big booth seating available but limited.Good service.Good food and deal.I will 100% visit again!!!

Good place to go to if youre nearby... I expected more from a Teriyaki spot. The meat was okay...tasted like carne asada, it could have used more teriyaki sauce. I had the Katsu, it was dry and overcooked. I am curious about their beef fries though.

If you love Teriyaki then this is obviously the place for you. It came highly recommended to us and we were very impressed - the Teriyaki bowls and Cheeseburgers were very tasty. Well be back

Okay so this place was amazing!!! The portions are huge!! Its in a small center and the parkings not great but its worth the hassle to park. The food was amazing. I got the half and half plate with coleslaw and rice everything was fresh and tasted great

This place is way overpriced for what you get. The burgers are $7 and then to make it a combo it’s another almost $8 which makes no sense to me at all. The food is nothing special to me either, the fries taste like the crinkle fries you get at Walmart. The patties taste like budget meat too. Not to mention the cashier dude kept being annoying asking everyone if they were ready even if they were in mid conversation with someone looking over the menu. Place is kinda whack for the first experience. Wont be back.

Crazy menu board that took me while to figure out. Once I did, I decided to try a variety. One of their specials give you an option of two of their faves for $8.88. I went for the Nash, spicy sweet chicken sandwich and teriyaki bowl, with sauce on the siDe only they forgot my side of sauce :(. The bowl itself is actually a pretty large plate, so easy enough for two. Chicken was a bit dry without the sauce, but was pretty tasty. Only wish I had the sauce. I chose cabbage for the side and was simple but good. As for the sandwich, it was pretty aMazing. The chicken was juicy and plump. Hint of both sweet and spicy as advertised. For the price, I give it 10 stars. I’ve had quite a few spicy chicken sandwiches and paid well over $10, mostly ranging from $12-16, that were not as good. My personal preference would be for spicy only and at a higher heat level, but will try that next time. I also tried a spam musubi which was as expected. Maybe on the pricy side for one piece. Here’s the breakdown.The Nash chicken sandwich - 5+ stars. Carried the whole meal.Teriyaki chicken bowl - 3 stars. Tasty but dry and forgot myy sauce on the side. Confident would have been 4 stars with sauce.Spam musubi - 4 stars. Tasted as expected.Price - 5 stars. Enough food for 2-3 people under $15Service - 3 stars. Ok. Seemed annoyed as I was studying the menu, but I had something set going in based on Online menu, but knew they were old and wanted to see what changed and it was a lot. No more curry, which is what i wanted to try. The menu board kept changing too, so took me a while to figure out what I wanted. Anyway, it was just ok.Overall - 4 stars with room to improve for sure

Came here just after 6pm. There was a pretty decently long line ahead of me (6 people) considering there are only 3 people working- Cook, Packer and Cashier and food is made pretty fresh.They remodeled and it looks much better here than my last visit from around the time they first opened.While I was waiting in line, 7 Cops came out from the back ALL OF A SUDDEN!!! Did they all share The Mens Room together?? LolSo the Cashier Girl got very busy and so the packer guy took My Order.I went with a Beef Teriyaki Bowl, Spam Masubi & Large Coke.The Soda Machine was out of Ice but, I was fine without any Ice tonight for my Soda.It aint B-Mans Teriyaki in San Gabriel but still, its pretty good Teriyaki here!!!That young Cashier Girl looked over-worked and stressed because it was so busy. I was probably there about 25 minutes total.I didnt use the Restroom but, the place looked pretty clean for as busy as the Staff was.It sucks everyone had Masks and print signs for Masks were up all over, considering they lifted the Mask Order after Garcetti, Newsom & London Breed got caught at a game with Magic Johnson WITHOUT Masks and Garcetti lied about holding his breath while taking pics with people 🤯🤡😆🤥.I wish we can go back to Normal again one day soon.Plenty of Parking Out Front.

The food at Big ES is always good and service fast. I recommend getting the teriyaki on the side, they are very generous with the sauce.

The Nash is amazing. Portion size was big. I am definitely coming back. I got a big e burger and the Nash for about 12 bucks.

I can’t express how disappointing this food was. Fries were drench In teriyaki sauce and chicken was old and hard. Workers are rude and look angry. I don’t recommend this place. Not good
